Fashion Nova 6287505 & 6272688

I ordered these items and I have not received any as yet. I have been issued gift cards but I don't know for which item! However when I go on the site to check the item I bought; they are still available. Also for my order number 627288 I received one pair of shoes which was the taupe wedges and did not get my other pair of shoes which I bought. Can someone tell me the reason why please? I was looking fwd to these items as I am leaving the US in 2 weeks!

Fashion Nova no shipment/ unfulfilled

In the past 2 and a half weeks i've ordered from this website four times. The first time I ordered June 21 (Order 6019357 $150.45) . It took only a week for my package to deliver in the mail, However they only sent 4 out of 8 items. After contacting them, they said they would ship the rest of my items later. Since then the package is still Unfulfilled.

On June 23rd, (Order #6111872) I ordered using my debit card spending $139.22. The status of the order says unfulfilled. I have emailed @[protected]@fashionnova.com three times and [protected]@fashionnoca.zendesk.com three times. I also made an attempt to call them a couple times and no response. A lot of complaints I've seen says they received a gift card, but I have not. I don't want a gift card, I want my items shipped or a full refund of my money.

I also ordered another two times after June 25th and June 29th using Paypal. My items were shipped except one. I got a gift card for the item that was not received, but i'm too afraid to make another purchase with this company.
I find it rather odd that every time I used Paypal, they would ship something where as my debit card, they took money out and gave me nothing in return. I'm tired trying to contact the company and getting no response. I want my items or my money back. Please help!

Fashion Nova customer service

I'm writing to you because this is the second time I've had to order a dress from you guys
The first time I ordered a dress and I'm guessing you guys didn't have it so you sent me a gift card for $29.99
When the dress I paid for was $36
So I ordered another dress
And it came in but the sleeve is messed up on the right arm
It's as if the sleeve was sowed upside down
I'm going to return it and I would just like my money back. I don't want a gift card because it just seems like you guys can not get my order right
I honestly really like this website and I've never had a problem ordering from you guys
I wouldn't have a problem with this any other time but I've been trying to order a dress since June because I am going to a wedding July 29th

Fashion Nova refund

I returned items last week and this week they sent me credit through egift card but they took 23$out of my 117$ refund. So i have 94$ . Why will they take 23$ out my refund. They are hard to reach by phone and email. Never again after i use my refund, ill never order clothes etc. So they are taking folks money from their refund without cause. I paid to return my items etc

Fashion Nova never received my two items

I ordered a peach romper and a flowered see through too it was black I ordered these items on June 19th never received my conformation email tracking never or anything I would love to get my money back or simply just send the things I ordered I have never ordered from here before but my friends do so I decided to order and when I do I never received my stuff and I'm highly upset because today is July 8th

Fashion Nova cheap clothing/horrible customer service

Ordered a dress from them that was cheaply made and ripped as soon as I tried it on, when I left the review about the dress on their website they deleted my review twice, I contacted them on Instagram about them deleting honest reviews well they deleted that instagram comment as well. Second time I ordered from them their jeans left 3 black stripped stains on my thighs that I've had for the past 3 months, I contacted them about it and I was ignored. Third time ordering they had advertised that they will have 2 day shipping for orders $75 and up, completely false. They contacted me 2 days later stating they have a high volume of orders and it will take an extra 4 days, unfortunately there is no way I'll have it by the time I go on vacation. I think I've learned my lesson with this company.

Fashion Nova never shipped my package, only took my money

Orders #6088267 & #6259282
Pissed off would be an understatement of what I am feeling right now! I can't even put into words how upset I am! I feel taken advantage of and scammed! I've ordered from them before and recieved my order so I thought they were a trustworthy and legit company, well I thought wrong! These people took my money and never sent my order! I ordered one package that was $286.19 on june 22, 2017 and the other package that was $198.19 on july 1, 2017! This adds up to be about $484! Still haven't even recieved a tracking number which means neither package has been shipped yet. Which means the 2 day shipping for orders over $75 is a complete lie. I've watched many reviews on youtube of customers who haven't even recieved their orders or have recieved some of the things they ordered but not all of it. Which is pretty [censor]ed up because the items said they were in stock. I've also heard that when they don't send you your order they try to make up for it by sending you this gift card that is even less than the money you spent when you purchased. If you guys can't send customers their first orders, why would they want to order from you again? I've heard so much bad [censor] about this company it's ridiculous but if they are scamming they will eventually get caught! I've called fashionnova, no response. Emailed them, no response. The only emails i've received from them are the same emails they send to all their customers because its automated! Contacted them on twitter, instagram and facebook, still no response. I'm going to give this one more week, after this I am done. Fashionnova send me my orders like a trustworthy, non-fraud, non-scamming company would do. I either want everyhting that I ordered sent off together or my money back! If my clothes are not shipped off in the next week and no one calls me or reaches out to my email I will have no choice but to file a claim with my bank. But I won't stop there, I will then take this into legal matters because I do not play about my hard earned money and cannot respect the fact you guys could potentially be stealing peoples money! Send me my orders and contact me asap.

Fashion Nova shipping delays

I made an order with Fashion Nova over a week ago and what was stated was to give them 4 days because they're experiencing delays . And it makes me very upset because I purchased these items for my birthday and I spent a good amount of money . Outfits head to toe . And now I wont be able go wear it and have to spend money because fashionnova didnt state they were having delays before and now I can't even get a refund or get in contact with someone . Because the emails arent really stating much . This will probably be the last time I order something with this store . Very disappointed.

The same thing happened to me. I purchased an outfit from Fashion Nova on June 28th for a vacation trip to Jamaica. Fashion Nova just sent me a email today July 8th apologizing for the delay, then I received another email from them with a virtual gift card. I was confused as to why they sent me a gift card because they didn't explain what the gift card was for, nor did the items I ordered say they were out of stock. To add insult to injury, the gift card was not for the full amount that I spent. I contacted my bank to file a dispute for the full amount that I paid, so I will get my money back in a few hours. If you paid through PayPal, I would suggest giving them a call to file a claim to get your money back or contact your bank to file a dispute. This is my last time ordering from Fashion Nova.

Fashion Nova order being unfulfilled

I ordered a few items from june 25th and I have yet to receive them! Its now july 7th and I cant cancel them because they are already paid for. My shipment is unfulfilled. This is ridiculous, I received my 1st order which was just a jeans. Why can't I get my 2nd order? Because my 2nd order has free shipment. The company said 2 days, its been more than 2 days. I need my order please! I have called, no response. I have emailed, only to get the same thing over and over again. I am an upset customer

Fashion Nova everything

Half of my order came in (Most of it was damaged) I will be returning those... Plus im missing 3 items still! And the order I sent in today, the shipping address needs to be changed asap and no one has emailed or called me back! 6 emails later! If nobody contacts me back and it is sent to the wrong address I will be expecting a full refund back on my credit card. I will be taking this up with the better business bureau if not resolved m=by next week! This is absurd! I want a refund not store credit for the clothes that I return! I will be disputing any charges that are not corrected fairly~

Fashion Nova two order numbers - did not receive items

Ian very disappointed with this company in how they handled all this complaints situation and have not bothered to do a single things about it. I ordered in the middle of June and then had to wait until I received an email on June 29th saying that the shipping department cancelled my order due to the items I wanted was out of stock. It was strange that all the items that I wanted not even 1 was in stock. So they said they credited my card and I should receive the credit within 4-5 days. Today is July 7 and still no credit on my card... so I tried ordering again June 29th and the website said that it will take 4 business days plus the two days for the items to be processed and shipped to me. As of today July 7 I still have not received a tracking number. I emailed and left numerous messages and no answer. So I didn't get the credit for my first order and I still didn't get a tracking number for my second order. Very dissapointing because I have ordered many times at fashion nova and this has never happened. I'm hoping this is not some type of scam.

Fashion Nova never received

I've sent 7 emails, 3 dms and called multiple times only to be ignored I'll never purchase from there again but if my package was lost at the very least let me know . The fact that it's been a month and a half and no one has contacted me is unacceptable. As it stands my last email I requested a refund and have only been meet with an automatic response. I also don't think it's appropriate that when you call them you are given the run around to different menus and can't speak to an actual person.

Fashion Nova service product

Well to start off I purchased over $200 from them im March. the merchandise that was sent to me was damaged and unusable. I sent a request for a refund once I sent the clothes back a few days later in March. I sent them back they only refunded me $24 saying that the items were non-returnable. I then disputed it email them and send pictures saying how can I wear something that is torn dirty ripped and stained. I should get a full refund for selling me something that I can't use . They apologized and gave me an additional $16 what a joke! as a CREDIT not as a refund mind you 3 MONTHS later, so I purchased again my mistake from my vacation which was a week away that was in June 21st. If you're like me you like your money I purchased over $100 worth of product on June 21st and have yet to see it every time I email them I get the same thing regarding delays well I'm sorry delay shouldn't take over 10 days when promise two day shipping with that said I suggest everybody who has dealing with this company should file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which I will be doing

Fashion Nova received an email that one item has a shipping label!!!

First I appreciate the fact that I was told that instead of 2 day shipping it will now be 4 day. However I received an email today saying only one of my item is one the way even though it haven't left the warehouse yet since it's only a shipping label. Now i'm trying to call and all i'm getting is an automated customer representative telling me some [censor]... Fashion nova you need to answer your phones and reassure your customers! I've always loved shopping with you but with you giving us the sun around is making me change my mind about the company. This is the time for you to make your customers feel confident and trust you by replying/ answering their concerns. If I dont receive my order before the 14/7/17 then i'll like a refund not a store credit... A refund!

Fashion Nova poor customer service/ missing items

I've ordered from Fashion Nova numerous times. Lately the company went down in service. I hate the fact I've have orders almost 2 months ago and haven't received them. I was sent a $21.00 gift card but paid $132. I don't want store credit, I want the items I've ordered and paid for!Please do not order from this company. You will not receive the items you order..

Fashion Nova absolute fraud/ took my money sent me a gift card

Reading all the complaints here just makes my situation feel hopeless. I ordered some items on the 28th of June, I saw updates on the site that advised the process in time which is usually 2 days was unavoidably delayed and it would now take four days before the items would be shipped. No biggie and I appreciated the advisory.

9 days later still no updates, no one is responding on their social media or via email. Now I receive a gift card with no explanation with the full value of my purchase...basically these heifers took my money have none of the items in stock and do not have the decency to explain what is happening instead they send me a gift card. To say this is poor service is to put it mildly I am just here to find out the best way to spread the word that this company is a total fraud and persons should throw their money elsewhere. I have been shopping online for years and I hav never experienced anything like this. Completely ridiculous

Fashion Nova missing items from shipment

I ordered a bunch of clothing, non the less two of my expensive items were missing from my box! I've sent themseveral emails and called severallll times and all it gives you on the "customer service" line is a pointless voicemail since no one even follows up.

How are you going to charge someone and not give them what they paid for and then ignore them and not even care to give any sort of response to emails or voicemails weeeeks after constantlyyyy trying.

At this point it's the principal of someone thinking they can take my hard earned money and scam me like that - no hunny I will file a law suit or take this to social media and do whateverrrr I need to to make sure they get what they're giving. Picked the wrong one.

Fashion Nova terrible experience /fraud - order # 6045514

I purchased 5 outfits on June 20th, 2017 for $148 CDN and paid $6 USD for express shipping. All I received was an order confirmation, its now July 5th and Fashion Nova has neglected to ship my products. I am very frustrated since they took money from me and they refuse to provide an update on my shipping, this will be the last time I ever order anything off Fashion Nova. I only managed to get a refund of $6 USD, and I emailed customer support several times with no response. Then a I received a reply from Shanon Hendricks who refuses to give an update. Although there is a delay for shipping this is unacceptable especially since customers have paid for their order. The phone number is a joke because you cant reach a live person. I have already started the process for disputing the charge with my bank and I strongly advise people not to order from Fashion Nova ever again.

Fashion Nova charging my credit card

Hi i was on your website looking to see what i can order with the instore credit i have. Your website is not working properly. I didnt get a chance to put in my gift certificates..you automatically charged my mastercard! I need the sale reversed and i do not want that payment to go through on my credit card. Fashion Nova no confirmation id number or tracking information, no promises 2 day shipping!

My name is Thandiwe Weza. I purchased from your site on 6/28/17. I’ve received no order ID confirmation number of tracking info. Can you please send my order ID number? I was promised 2 day shipping! This has been a horrible experience. I want my items ASAP or my money back! I am terrified because over 1, 000 people on the internet are experiencing the same issue to my knowledge and its probably more than that!
