After taking advantage of the so called Black Friday sale, I order 17 items and have just been informed that a refund has been issued. (Not yet visible in my account by the way).
No reason was given for this refund. Am I expected to believe that every single 1 of the 17 items I ordered, which were in stock at the time are now unavailable? Because I can still see them on the website, except they are now back to full price.

I honestly feel scammed. Black Friday has been wasted and this is NOT okay. I could have spent my time and the opportunity ordering from other websites.
This is ridiculous.
I have contacted their customer service and am still waiting for a response, 2 days later.
Unreal!

Hello, I ordered a few items from fashionnova.com and I was charged for 2 day shipping on Monday and it's been 4 days and i haven't received my package. Now the reason why I did the 2 day shipping is because I'm leaving for vacation so now I leave on Monday and still haven't received my items. I also tried to track my order but it says tracking is unavailable.

I'm being had here! I placed an order Nov.20th and they have gotten back to me almost 3 times saying that they not only received my order but that it's shipped. Looks to me it's been shipped in circles around Los Angeles!? And now both orders are just sitting there in "pre shipment" status omg! They scammed me on my Jumpsuit making me pay $90 instead of the $40 it would've bewn if they didn't just take my money and not give me the promo code option on Black Friday. Whatever take that money but why fake that an order has been shipped? Why not tell the truth don't these ppl at fashionNOva care that we have special occasions that we ordering for? They have zero care for their customers...now I'm dreading my item coming because if everything else is a fraud their clothes must be the real kicker! Give me my money back or send my damn items already!

It's November 29th...and I ordered on October 31.
I sent many emails, reached BBB, finally filed a case on PayPal a few days ago...and their stupid reaction is to tell me my package was delivered already so contact USPS...they sent me a tracking # as a proof...
The SAME EXACT tracking# from the previous order I already recieved while ago!

On top of that, they sent me an email that says " "Good new! We're finishing touches to your order!"" With the order # that's also exact same # as my old order! Wtf is going on?!?! They gotta be extra retard to act up like that. What kind of system they are using to take care of orders from all over the countries?!?!
Now PayPal is dealing with them to get my full refund. Shame on you.
If you are still waiting for your package, good luck. I hope you guys won't see any missing items in the package when you receive. Another hell is coming. I'm done with FN.

I purchased a item for birthday on 11/24/2018 in merchandise for Black Friday Monday I received a email with order number but now 4 days later still no tracking numbers was sent I'm writing item will not be here in time in result I'll just refund and not work with the company again so many bad reviews but They never even actually shipped my merchandise.! A lawsuit is coming soon, this is a scam company, not the 1st time this has happened with this company.! Emailed 3 times, NO AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE.!

I will never shop with you all ever again your customer service sucks like hell. You all get people money and that's it but can't speak to anyone over the phone which is so unprofessional I will like my refund back because my item is missing and I did not receive anything on the day it says that it was delivered I would like to speak to someone over the phone

I am a very unhappy customer, I have ordered from fashion nova before two items at a time. I took advantage of the black friday deal and since i've never had an issue before I thought it would be no problems. I placed my order last friday. It was 36 f*cking items. You mean to tell me you refunded my entire order but I can see everything I ordered still online. What makes it worst black friday is gone and I live in a international company, not only was it my stuff in my cart but gifts for others. It's simply false advertising. Now I have to wait to get my money back another 10 days which pushes back me ordering from somewhere else. I mean it's not like it was 1 or 2 items in my card the whole 36. I am pissed and people from my country frequently shop there but since what happened to me yesterday my friends and everyon that ordered is nervous because we have christmas parties and everything. I think it's very unprofessional and unfortunate because I could have taken advantage of the black friday deal somewhere else. A whole week later I get a refund email. Wtf. I'm pissed

I placed an order on 10/24, emailed fashion nova right after my order was placed. As I noticed my apartment number was missing from my address. No one ever confirmed my update request, instead I just received an automated reply advising that their in the process of moving. I totally get the fact that they were moving, so I trusted that my address would be updated. On 10/28 I received an email advising that they were adding the finishing touches to my order. Then on 11/12 received and email with the option to cancel my order. At that time I choose to cancel for a refund back to my account. Never received confirmation until I emailed to inquire, at that time I received a reply from Denilson Rodriquez advising that they received my request to cancel and that it may be to late if my order is already packed. If not it would take 7-10 days to be refunded, still no refund. The email was very confusing as it did not confirm whether or I was to receive a refund or a tracking number. I waited until the following week still no update from Fashion Nova. I have sent several emails and have only received one human response. I've even gone to their social site to post and request update no one replies. They only reply to those who are asking about their clothing being advertised. It has now been a month an 4 days and I am out of $225 that Fashion nova basically stole from me. This company is becoming a total scam, in which I should have known once I started receiving unsolicited text messages, during the summer of this year. I will never order from this company again I work very hard form my money, I'm not rich therefore, I cant afford to just give my money away without anything in return. Don't order from this company unless your ok with taking a gamble.

Why is it you guys can post all day but not address people's concerns regarding our orders. I wouldn't care if this was just any other day but my guy is away serving our country and you guys are taking ur time getting orders out. When I ordered it stated I'd have it in 5 days now it doesn't look like I'll get anything any time soon and I don't have time to find a replacement please help me with expediting this order. I ordered before your black Friday sale on Thursday 11-22 actually I ordered the 11-21 but u did not send a confirmation until the next day. Please help me

Incident took place on: November 26th 2018.
I just received the notification that my package will be sent back to the sender (aka you) I really do not understand why. The parcel just arrived to Germany and now the reason for the package being sent back, is due to some error with my address. That cannot be, since I have received items from you, over the past few months, to the exact same address. I really do not want a gift card nor the money. I really just want the package. I don't have any information whatsoever on who/what delivery service has my parcel. I have no tracking information or company name.

I am extremely disappointed. How come the same address, that I always use and have received packages to, is now all of a sudden insufficient? I do not want a store credit! I want my package with everything I ordered. I spent a lot of money on your clothes and the 15$ shipping fee is expensive too. My address is the same as my previous orders. You have my email address, my phone number and you still decided to send my package back, just like that.

How am I ever supposed to trust FashionNova, how am I supposed to spend my money not even knowing if I will receive anything?
It is not my fault an address is all of a sudden insufficient when other FashionNova packages made it safe to the same location! The local courier nor the tracking number was provided. I was practically helpless. I had no idea who had my package.

I recently received a shipment of what I thought was my order #[protected], which was multiple items for a Christmas gift.

However, when I received my package it was a very small package containing a sound dress size small only.

Clearly, this is not my order.

I demand and immediate refund of my total $268.71. This was no small mistake. I order from Fashion Nova often but this was unacceptable and very poor customer service. I do not and will not accept a credit. I plan never to order from your business again.

I was insulted by what I received. I will include a picture of what was shipped to me. So I assume, someone somewhere else has my items.

I will contact your customer service number on Monday morning. As today is Saturday.

Hi, Have made a purchased on November 23, 2018 with order# [protected]. However, i inserted an incorrect shipping address. I emailed Fashion nova notifying them of the error that have made and i only receive an instant feedback to say they received the email and it will take 24 hours to get back to me, and still no response. I really need this dress and heels before Sunday Dec 2, 2018.

I am writing regarding my orders that were placed over a month ago. They were confirmed and they were never shipped. I have requested to cancel these orders multiple times and I have received the generic emails or response. I have written multiple emails and at this point I want my money back. It was over $250.00 worth of clothes. I am still waiting for a refund.

I have always somewhat had good vibes when ordering from fashion nova, but the last 6months have been Hell! They have refunded my items without me knowing. I placed another order and it says, order was accepted and they now have enhanced shipping etc. Well, not the case. They refunded a second order for me, without any explanation and me waiting for over a month. There is no customer service line, so you cant talk to real people. They do not respond to email...it's just a joke! I was growing to love FN and was preparing to make it my go to online shopping place, but with service like this I will stick to Amazon. Better customer service, shorter turn over times and good quality clothing.

No one answers the customer service number that they provide I've been calling for 40min not one answer, haven't got a email update and my tracking number still does not work after 3 days . I am should have two day shipping and I still haven't received my package or a update very unprofessional and I give it a 1 star I do not recommend fashion nova

I placed an order with this company on Oct 15, 2018, it's now Nov 25, 2018 and still no order or refund. I have written multiple emails only to get the generic reply that they are building a new warehouse and due to this they are having shipping delays. I sent another email asking for a full refund due to the order never being fulfilled and still nothing. I'm ready to do what I need to do in order to get my money back from this company. I may have only spent a little over 100.00 but it's money that has been taken from me but I haven't received the merchandise. I'm ready to do a lawsuit against this company

I ordered $208 worth of items from fashion nova and instead of shipping me my items they continue to lie to me that there is a delay in shipping my items due to warehouse . They have been using this excuse for awhile now and they have even sent me an automated email that my ordered is delay and if it is not shipped within 7 days of my order date they will cancel my order . I want all the items that I paid for . I have already reported them to better business bureau and I have also contact on the 7 eye witness news to investigate the malpractice of this company since many of consumers have complained about not receiving their items

I ordered 5 items on 11/17, and on 11/24 got an email saying that they had refunded my purchase, which I never asked to be done. I do not understand why this happened and I have not heard back from Fashion Nova. I would like an explanation as to why this happened without my consent and why others who placed orders for the same products on Black Friday (11/23) have their orders fulfilled and not me, who ordered well before them. I will not be shopping here again nor will my friends and family.

Hello, my sister was very interested in your $30 referral opportunity and was excited about scoring some credit to Fashion Nova. She sent me her referral link and I made a purchase so that she could get the credit. After checking her account, she never got the $30 referral. We googles as to why this was happening, re-read the terms and found out (through Fashion Nova's deceptive terms) that I had to spend over $30 for her to get the referral reward. I went back to cancel my order so that I could add more to it and Fashion Nova tells me that it's not an option! This is is not a great way to treat your customers! I was very excited to shop here, but now am very disappointed. I just want to cancel my order, and redo it.
