Fashion Nova bad customer service

FN never used to be like this.. but for the past year they've been messing up my orders! Reading through these complaints, I'm not the only one. Things will be in stock, ok cool I snagged one in my size! Then sold out later that day & they got you thinking you've bought the last one. But NOPE.. they will either take your money and send you the wrong size OR they still take your money and give you a measly gift card. No money back even if it was the company's fault. Terrible customer service. You can't get through to anyone! Calling. Emailing. DMing on Instagram and twitter, even commenting on their IG posts. This is unbelievable. It sucks too because I love their clothes! But damn.. I'm never purchasing online again! I guess when I'm in the LA area I'll hit up the stores. BEWARE OF ORDERING FROM THEM ONLINE! Their clothes are hella cute, but they will rob you!

Fashion Nova did not receive my order / order #6093958

I have ordered 3 items on June 23rd.2017 It is now July 17th and I have only received 1 item. I have made a complaint directly on their website and no one addressed it. The telephone # is there just to leave a v/m, you can not speak to anyone. I will never order from this website again . I you want to wait for the season to end to get your order and save the clothes for next year, you can order through fashion nova. You might as well start ordering winter clothes now in order for it to be delivered in time for winter.

Fashion Nova tropical jumpsuit

I order something for my wife about a week ago and I still haven't received a email or a tracking order. Every time I try and call a number to reach someone I can never get through to talk to someone. I'm starting to think there's no customer service agent available. How long do I have to wait for something that's say 2 day shipping. I'm confused .

Fashion Nova unfulfilled order. order 6274321

I ordered 3 items and only received one. I was not notified that there was an issue with my orde. I was sent half a two piece. why would I want half a two piece when have ordered the whole thing. I have sent numerous emails regarding this with no response. If I do not receive a response today I will be taking legal action because this is ridiculous and disgusting customer service. You can't just remove items from your customers order and send what you want without even notifying them.

Fashion Nova shipping/customer service

Ordered clothing on 7/2/2017 and my order is still unfulfilled. The free 2-day shipping on orders above $75 is a scam incentive to encourage you to buy/spend more money. I will be filing a complaint with their local BBB of Los Angeles & Silicon Valley and encourage everyone else to do the same. This is probably the worst customer service ever ! I have tried countless times to get help and all I've gotten is automated emails. I ordered my stuff June 17 and I received half my package weeks later and now your sending to me that all the stuff I ordered is out of stock and that you gave me a gift card I want my money back I will never shop at this online store again it is a fraud and the fact that you are keeping my hard earned money from me and trying to give me a dam gift card is pissing me off if I don't get my money back I will be sure to post a bad review every single day till my issue is resolved! Give me my dam money back don't make me have to say it again!

Hi I placed order on the 7th /07 2017 I am based in the UK, I spent alot of money on your website you suddenly cancelled my order with no notification. I have sent an email with no response about a refund, If i do not get a response wihin 2-3 about my money I will take it further. Please chase this up and refund me back . Fashion Nova received partial of my order

I ordered 3 dresses July 5 and only received 2 of them. The email I received stated some of your items have shipped we are preparing shipment for my other dress. It is July 14th and still nothing I've emailed and called and nothing. I received a gift card for $24 with no reason why and the dress I ordered was $32.99 and the dress is still in stock in my size! So where is my damn dress at and if your not sending it where is the rest of my money? I have not heard back from them yet!

Fashion Nova I made an order about 3 weeks ago and got half of my stuff

I ordered about 3 weeks ago and only got half of the stuff and I'm still waiting for the rest but I haven't gotten on email that it's shipping I tried contacting them many times to see if they could check the status of the order but I still haven't gotten back an email which is very upsetting because I am waiting on the phone for a very long time and no one seems to ever receive the calls so I really need this issue resolved

Fashion Nova customer service, store credit, missing merchandise

Fashion Nova promises free priority shipping to customers who spend over 75 dollars. I never received any of the 4 separate orders until much later.
My initial order with fashion nova was placed on July 2nd, I was promised priority shipping which was a scam. I didn't receive my items until July 8th. When my order arrived only 2 out of 5 items were in the package. I tried on multiple occasions to contact FN via email and telephone with no response. I was issued a store credit with no explanation as to why being that the items in my order were still available through the website. My second order was placed on July 5th again I was promised priority shipping and did not receive my order until July 12th. Only 4 out of 5 items I ordered actually showed up, again with no explanation as to why. I attempt to contact customer service and got no response. Another order was placed on July 10th and again I was promised free priority shipping, I have no received anything yet in the mail, and have not received any emails of tracking numbers. The only email fashion nova has sent me was a case number for a shipping and refund issue. This email was sent to me on July 12th stating that customer service would be in touch with me as soon as possible and I have not received any email or phone call from this company. The store credit I received does not match the price of the items I purchased. I believe Fashion Nova purposely rips customers off and then avoids all contact to resolve any issues. I even attempted to contact them via social media and they blocked me from being able to contact them. This is extremely frustrating to me being that in just July alone I spent a total of 284.38 dollars on this website. I needed those items for events I was attending so it was an extreme inconvenience for me. All orders were paid via my Visa Debit card I have bank statements of all purchases.

Fashion Nova my order

My order number is #6067888
I placed my order on June 21st 2017 on July 3rd I received an email from a support agent named Dorian stating that my shipment was shipped. No tracking number or anything. On July11tg I received and email from a support agent named Chanda fouse stating that my order was canceled and that a refund will be issued. I have been waiting for a month for my order then you take it upon yourselves to cancel my order. Today is July14 2017 I have no refund or my order. I have email I have called customer service no answer. I will attach both emails to this but I will sue you if I don't get answers soon. My cell if anyone has the decency to call is [protected]

Fashion Nova jeans

I've ordered from fashionnova before and had no problems. Recently they've had this thing going on where it takes 4 day to ship or whatever but not only did they not even send my confirmation email, after 8 attempts at reaching customer service via email and phone I have not been contacted or been given an option to even speak with a real person. Their phone lifeline is bs. It's a robot and a beeping noise at the end with no indication that it's an answering machine at all. They stole my money and then I randomly got a 14 dollar gift card in my email from them, but I paid 26 dollars for my jeans not 14 and the gift card didn't come with any explanation so I have no idea if the gift card is supposed to be a half assed reimbursement or not. Scam artists I will not ever buy from them again. Smh

Fashion Nova received wrong items. was returned and still haven't received correct items after a month.

First, I ordered 3 dresses from fashionova.com. 1 x harper dress - black small
$34.99, 1 x dress me up or down dress - midnight, small, $27.99, 1 x no time wasted dress - black small $39.99. since the order was over $75 I was supposed to get "free 2 day shipping". it actually took a week for them to ship my order.
Second, when I received my order it was a completely different and wrong order. none of my dresses. it was someone else's order! I sent all the items back with the return form filled out. I got the package shipped requiring a signature on delivery and someone did sign for it so I know it was received by them. after a week of no response from them, I tried to email — got an automated email that had nothing to do with what I was complaining about. tried to call them, kept getting a recorded message that hung up on me! it was my first time ordering from them and will never order from here ever again! they stole my money! they are scammers!

Fashion Nova order not fulfilled

I ordered a dress on 6/30 along with two pairs of earring... My order was partially filled. I received the earrings last week. Still no dress. When I go on the website, the dress is in stock. I received an email on 6/12 and was advised my order shipped and it hasn't. Only the earrings. The purpose of the dress was to wear to an event. I have never had this happen before with FN. And here's the kicker, I've order two more time since 6/30 and shipment was received. I will complain alll over the internet! I WANT MY DRESS THAT I PAID FOR!

Fashion Nova ordering/customer service

So I ordered some shoes from this company on June 30, 2017. According to the website, my order would ship in 4 days (that's due to system upgrade) well here it is 14 days and my shoes have not shipped. I've emailed the [protected]@fashionnova.com link so many times my email automatically input the text when I'm trying to type. They send a automatic reply and I reply but still no response. I'm PISSED AND WANT A REFUND OR MY ORDER

Fashion Nova shipping and delivery of items

I made a purchase of over 100 dollars and ordered 6 items of which I only received 4 I have the receipt and I will most certainly be sueing if I do not receive those items or receive full cash back for those items and on top of it my receipt says I was supposed to receive them in 2 days and I revived my items in 3 weeks. I have called and left emails to them but no one actually picks up for customer service.

Fashion Nova have not received my order

I have ordered from Fashion Nova before and it has gone perfectly. I had recently placed a small order 2 weeks ago and still have not received anything. I live in Canada so it would take about 5-7 business days. Fashion Nova gave me a link with my tracking # so I could see the location and procedure of my shipment. A week after placing my order it stated "your package contains commodity that cannot be shipped." I am not sure what this means and I have emailed Fashion Nova about this but they have not been very helpful. I definitely want my money back, I have no clue where my order is now and have not received an update for days. I want my money back.

Fashion Nova shoes

So I placed an order on 6/27 of the "I'm Better Off Sliders- Rose Gold" in size 9 and STILL to this day never received tracking information for them! I then ordered a package with three items; one top, one tunic dress, and one pair of the "Lose it All Heel- Black " in a size 10. So they send me the package with ONLY the too and tunic in it and not the heels! And keep in mind I checked EVERYDAY multiple times to see if the heels and sliders were still in stock and they NEVER ran out of stock! So then, I'm like okay maybe my package just got lost. So I ordered another pair of the sliders and heels, SAME COLOR AND SIZES and they again sent me a stupid gift card that does not have my full amount on it! I'm suppose to have FOUR PAIRS OF SHOES TOTAL and I was never sent one! I've spent over $600 on this company and at one point this was my favorite clothing brand, but I will not but from them again!

Fashion Nova charged my account, won't ship order #6300893

I placed three orders through fashion nova one towards the end of june for 80.00$, another on 7/3 for slightly under $300.00, and a third on 7/6 or 7/7 for another 80.00$ or so. I was aware that they were having delays in shipping, however, I have ordered from them many times in the past (All to the same shipping/billing address and all of my same contact info btw) and as I received my june order without issue other than the slight delay in shipping, I was confident in placing additional orders. The site indicates orders will be shipped in 4 business days instead of 2, and I understood that the fact that it was a holiday the next day might cause an additional delay.
Here's where this has become an issue:
My order from 7/3 should have shipped by 7/10/17 at the absolute latest, and I was concerned there was an issue as my third and latest order was already shipped, and yet this order still showed "unfulfilled". I sent an email (Very politely) inquiring if there was an issue with my order. No response. (I think on 7/7 or 7/8, however I did save and screenshot all attempts so dates are properly documented). I received a generic response telling me someone would get back to me within 24-48 hours, which of course did not happen. I sent another reply asking someone to please let me know if there was an issue with my order, still no response.
Now I was starting to get angry-as I see reviews everywhere saying fashion nova billed them immediately (Which isn't even legal in most states) and didn't ship their items, and ignored them or blocked them on social media when they tried to get assistance. After reading this I was even more concerned as my two cheaper orders shipped, and yet not the 300$, and on top of it people were complaining en masse they were getting notices the items they ordered weren't even in stock anymore. I again attempted to reach out, and still no response. What business ignores customers for 5+ attempts to reach them after they've billed them?
Here's where it gets even better: I finally get a response after more than 10 contact attempts telling me my order has been flagged for fraud because they couldn't verify my billing address, despite it being the same address, contact info, shipping address, etc. That I have placed more than 20 orders to, and they had already successfully billed me. They even processed an order two days after with the exact same info. Their email says "we have been trying to contact you…” which is a complete lie as I have the email threads showing all my unanswered attempts to contact you. The email states “send us a selfie holding your dl and we can release your order.” unprofessional, but whatever, I just want my stuff. I take the picture, even include my order number on it and send it back, and ask them to please confirm that this is now taken care of. Lo and behold no answer for more than 24 hours so I send another email asking that someone please confirm this was received and dealt with. I then get an email response roughly a day later saying, I kid you not, “case closed, your case has been closed and your request merged with case …..”
What makes this even better is not only did they close my case, they merged it with a different customer’s case, so now my email thread containing my dl, last four of my cc and billing address have now been supplied to another unhappy customer, compromising all my info, and I still have no answer and no resolution. Now i’m angry for real and demand an answer and that someone handle this – and since I notified them they did this I have been completely ignored. No order still, they still have my payment, and don’t even have the good sense to apologize for their complete screw up with my personal, sensitive information. I have tried to be understanding and reached out many times to get this rectified, but I am at the point where I am starting to believe this won’t get handled without escalating it to the ftc, bbb, or even my attorney.
The sad thing is, I just want my order. I didn’t ask for a refund or anything, just that they ship the items they charged me for, and this is the result. No money, no order, no response, just a massive headache and compromised personal information that may result in my having to cancel my credit card and get a new one.
I want this fixed. Order 6300893.

Fashion Nova dress

I placed in order on June 20th and the monies were almost immediately withdrawn from my account. I then received an email stating that the item was out of stock and I'd be receiving a refund. At this time my I've not seen my money. If you call this company you'll get a generic message and the same goes if you attempt to email this bootleg company. Thieves!
