I ordered from fashion nova 1 month ago today and they kept lying to me to telling me it was shipped bun uPS is telling me that it doesn't look like it was ! They're not answering theirs phones or responding to my emails any more I kept asking for a refund from the 7th of December and they told me they couldn't refund me because it was already in transit which was a lie because the shipping info said it was shipped on the 15th so they lied so that they couldn't refund me. Basically I'm here still haven't received it and UPS is launching an investigation. I hate this company and their terrible service I spent $369 CAD there and they won't even issue me a refund even though it's been over a month!

On November 23 I ordered clothing from Fashion Nova. I have been waiting for my order to arrive yet I haven't received anything yet after almost a month. I tried contacting the company twice and they sent me an automated response and never properly responded. I'm honestly so frustrated with the delivery service at this point, and they randomly refunded one of my items without my consent, even though it said it shipped. I know holidays are busy but making me wait almost a month (and refund an item out of no where) for an order is ridiculous especially when the company is unresponsive. They won't answer emails and the phone line is messed up.

I ordered a package that costs nearly $100. It's been over a month, and i still haven't gotten my package! I tried to call them, and sent several e-mails. They didn't take my calls. But, yes, they replied me via e-mail, saying that i have to complete a report form, which i did immediately. Then again, they disappeared! OMG! Wtf is wrong with them! Never going to order from them again! I need my money back!

I placed an order on Oct 18, 2018 one of the items I purchased was sold out by the time it came for them to process my order. I received a email from a Hector Rodriguez that my refund has been processed and I should receive it in 7-10 days for it to post. I ave yet to receive that refund. I have checked my online banking and nothing has been processed from FashionNova. Today 12/19/2018. I have yet to receive my refund.

I ordered a package from Fashion Nova on Nov.30th & not only did it take them two weeks to send it to me, but when i finally received it on Dec 17th, i only received half my order. I was never notified that they were out of stock on the item missing or granted a refund, I've been reaching out since and have gotten NO response. I have another package I ordered almost two weeks ago & it still reads unfulfilled, I have reached out about this multiple times and get nothing! But i continue to receive e-mails about how they are back at top speed and blah blah. Very disappointed.

I've sent many emails asking where is my refund and I'm not getting no good response. I placed an order on November 22 & received it December 7. It was missing an item. Fashion nova never emailed me stating the item was out stock. I emailed the company soon as I seen I was missing something. They told me the item was out of stock;
"We're writing to inform you that the item you ordered (Lush For Lust Sweater - Burgundy) is currently out of stock. We have refunded you the full amount of your item back to your original form of payment. "
I don't have nothing on my bank account saying refund from fashion nova. Then the company emailed me stating I'll be receiving an e gift card shortly in my inbox. I still have nothing. I understand it's holiday season but i don't like it when i pay for something and don't have the product or money. This is ridiculous

So I placed an order on november 16, my order didn't ship out till 10 days later. I purchased more than $180 worth of stuff. I just received my items yesterday when I should've gotten my items 2-3 after I purchased them. This is ridiculous. On top of that I bought 10 items, only got 5. 5 freaking items! I've emailed them non stop still no response, is there anyway I can get my money back for the things I didn't receive? Can I go to my bank and try to get the money back with them? Because at this point I don't see fashionnova giving me my damn money back.

I ordered my package on 11/ 16/18. After a month of receiving absolutely nothing I asked for a refund. I have yet to receive my refund, all I've received is a number of automated replies saying they'll refund me my money. My wife ordered the exact same item last week and it came today. This order was placed on 10/09/2018, Delivered 10/13/2018 and sent back to Fashion Nova by 10/20/2018. I have waited patiently to get my credit back since refunds are not given. I have never had an issue with returns/credits in the past so dealing with this now is extremely frustrating. I have been more than patient and even made another purchase with Fashion Nova after the fact (hoping my credit would come soon). I love shopping with Fashion Nova but if this is the kind of service that I have to be looking forward to, I will no longer be a customer. I have sent other detailed emails and have only received the automated response. I also tried to call your "customer service" however it is just an automated system you get that hangs up on you.

I am extremely dissatisfied as I placed an order on 12/7 with the expectation that my order arrive in time for a gift. It is now 12/18 and it still says unfulfilled. I have reached out to fashion nova via email and phone and no response on either. This is by far my worst online shopping experience. I can honestly say I will probably never shop with them again which sucks because I was really looking forward to shopping from cardi b lines. Smh #sucks # noxmasgiftsformywife

I placed an order on Dec 10 and now 8 days later still not shipped. Included in the order are a pair of jumpsuit, a bodysuit, a skirt and a pair of shoes. I contacted them via email, phone, request on their website and Instagram. Absolutely no response at all. I need these items for a trip and now I have to purchase some items elsewhere to meet the need. Order processing is super slow. On top of that there is not customer service. I understand growing pain for a business but please show some human decency and care for your customers and take time to communicate with them not just about trying sell but how to handle issues. Fashion nova you might be the number one searched fashion brand on google but if you don't address these issues this won't last. Take all these complaints to heart and make improvements.

I ordered the Sabrina tie waist pants on cyber Monday. It took them two weeks to ship my order. When I received my order, I discovered that the bag they came in said small, but the actual pants are a large. I emailed fashion Nova 4 times and all I get is a stupid automated email and emails about their shipping being good again. I want the actual size I paid for or I won't be ordering from this company again.

2 months ago I placed an order on fashion nova two pair of jeans.. Already paid for it and didn't get anything. I tried to send email and contact on other social media such as facebook several times and I only get spam mails back, no help at all. No replies on facebook too. On their emails it's always the same thing.. How can I get my money back or get my product? Or who/where should I complain about it?

It's been over a month since I placed the order and It was shipped 15 days ago. Still no news!
I sent countless emails, messaged in Facebook, no answer!
And then again yesterday they send these spam emails that they are back with Top speed delivery !
Where is my package Fashionnova?
Never going to trust them again.

I placed an order with fashion nova a week before Thanksgiving for 2 pair of boots, 2 tops and a pair of jeans. Rather than my order coming in the 2 days as I paid for, it took 3 weeks. On December 4th my order was on my porch but missing 1 pair of boots and a top. I have emailed them with my receipts and I've only gotten automated responses that tried to blame the launch of the CARDI B collection. I never ordered anything from Cardi's line. Contacted UPS and they knew nothing. I'm frustrated and upset because I've been shopping on Fashion Nova for over a year and never encountered anything like this.
