I placed an order on October 14th. I got an email on the 19th, after paying for two day shipping, that my order had been delayed and they gave me the option to cancel my order. I cancelled it and chose to receive a refund in the original form of payment. It has been over a month and I still have not received my money back. I have emailed 3 different times, but still no refund. If I don't receive my money back, I will file a fraudulent claim with my bank.
