Hello everyone. Just want to provide you a heads up and don't use. Fashion nova for your order. They have the worse cs.. I submitted an order on the 19th of october. They where great on receiving my payment but never once email me a tracking information. I emailed them multiple times requested long update. Even tried contacting them on their corporate office. No one even answers your calls. Tried blasting them on facebook.. I just want my money back

My name is Monique Woodley I place an order on Saturday evening and received an confirmation after finish purchasing my items for my vacation for this Friday and still haven't receive my items at my residence. I reaching out by email and phone no one haven't not reached out to me but email responding by say Thank You. I don't have my item for trip tomorrow and want know will receive my item before tomorrow morning. And if my purchase haven't been shipped out I want my full refund back $313.82

I've been trying to get into contact with this company but no response. My order has been delivered to the wrong city. I called many ups stores trying to locate where it could be. I had the correct city in the order so I am unsure how they made this mistake. I made this order 2 weeks ago and I needed it for halloween. Now i have nothing to wear and still no reply or refund from fashion nova. Never ordering again.

I purchase $243 worth of items last week on 10/19, that we're covered under 2 day shipping. Fashion nova sent me an order email confirming my order, and they processed the payment through my bank. I've never received the items. They never provide tracking information. I've emailed their customer care the past 4 days and they keep saying give them 24 hours to respond, and they haven't done so. I asked for my money back and I haven't heard a peep out of them!

I've made two orders one a week ago for my daughter homecoming senior dance to be here 10/27/2018 the other two weeks ago for a BABYSHOWER I'm planning for my first soon to be grandchild on 10/27/2018 and I haven't received a tracking number, just nothing I have a lot of going on in one day that's soon approaching and I'm in tears cause I can't believe I got ripped off for one I didn't have a back up plan or back up money for a disaster situation like this, this have always been my go to site for years and nothing like this ever happened but something is definitely up tho it's been way to long and I live here in the US in Miami Fl, I feel like they Sabotaged everything when I made my order it was no delayed banner on their site I go on their now it's their had I seen that I would've back out real quick, but I'm still having a twinkle of hope in my eyes, but I think after all the years and thousands of dollars I spent I won't be ordering from them no more it's too much of a risk not reliable and this mess have my Anxiety on 10...I can not 😢 give me my order or my money FashionNova waiting weeks is not acceptable

I placed 2 orders on 10/22/18 with 2 day shipping. I have sent 4 emails and have received the same generic response indicating someone will call me within 24 business hours that they work round the clock to answer their "Nove Babes". I have received no responses and when you call the customer service phone number it's IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a live person. I've ordered before and never had a problem but now I'm not so sure I'm going to order again. I needed these items by today and they haven't even been filled or shipped. Worst customer service I have ever experienced

I have placed a total of THREE orders which I was super excites about because I ordered items for my birthday and my friends have all ordered from here before. I have spent at least $150 dollars and I have paid THREE $6.99 shipping fees to ENSURE that my items will arrive on time. However the status on all THREE of my orders still say. UNFULFILLED. I am very disappointed and now stressed because my items have not even been shipped. Please ship my items now or send me s full refund!

I placed an order on 10/17/18, order #[protected]. This order contained 19 items totaling $371.84. I had a 25% off coupon and opted for the expedited shipping. The expedited shipping was guaranteed two day shipping, which was perfect considering some of the items ordered were for my upcoming vacation at the end of the month. I received a confirmation email on 10/17/18, when the order was placed. Traditionally with online orders with two day shipping you receive a tracking number the following day with an estimated delivery date. Well that email never came. I outreached the customer service department via phone three times on 10/19/18, just to confirm that everything was okay with the order as it shows "paid" on the website, but the status shows "unfulfilled." I was not able to reach anyone via phone after extended rings and an auto-disconnect so I sent and email through the Contact Us link on their website on 10/21/18, inquiring about my order status and why it's showing "unfulfilled" when it was paid in full 4 days prior, with guaranteed two day shipping. As vacation is getting closer, I check my email daily with hopes of tracking information, finally I receive an email from Fashion Nova on 10/24/18. Unfortunately it's a bogus, generic response that reads-

This has been by far the worst customer service I have ever receive I will never shop with you ever agian I place my order from Friday and on 2 day shipping and only to hear a week later that my order is refunded this is beyond outrageous I email you guys today to find out what happening to my package no one was kind enough to respond and explain I realized on your website that you are experiencing delays... do you know how hard this will be for me to go find clothes elsewhere for my upcoming vacation am am so disappointed and I will be spreading the news of how awful your customer service is.. I cannot recall the last time I have been this upset. Seen that you all was rude enough to cancel and issue refund I need no damm store credit I have nothing to do with you guys I spend over $500 with you guys and this is how you treat your customers. Order #[protected] This purchase will be my third purchase from Fashion Nova and I did not have this issue with the first two orders. I placed the order on October 18th and it still says unfulfilled today October 24th. At this point I would just like a refund if my order won't arrive by Friday. This is worse than ordering from wish.com. Especially if your informed items ship in 72 hours. No email or update regarding the delay in the order. I like Fashion Nova and I've recommended my closest loved ones to try their clothes but this is just terrible service that I would not want attached to my name.

I placed a order on 10/15 . They sent a confirmation # the next day saying that I will receive a tracking # within 72 hrs. Nothing has of 10/20 but and email saying that it talker 5-7 day for. Flat rate and 7-14 for some other rate. Or I can cancel. So I did. Still no response on my order or email about my refund. I ent three emails asking for my refund. SO my next is to report to BBB.

My tracking number is 9405510205369093137675. They claim that my package was delivered, which is a lie, I have three proof that it wasn't. I have reach out to them on their website with several texts, and no one gets back to me. I call them everyday no one answered. I need my stuff or my money back that's all. I have contacted the post office also, the gave me a confirmation number, they going to investigate also. I really need these item. I had major back surgery in August, I have no other choice but to ordered on line. I ordered on October 17th, just 3 items & that's all, it's been a week since I received the order confirmation email but not one email on the staus of my order or shipping, I emailed them and still haven't gotten a response & I wouldn't have known there was going to be delays if I hadn't gone looking on their website for a staus on my order. I ordered an outfit on 10/19 and paid extra for the two day shipping to ensure I'd get it in time for my birthday Friday. After waiting and waiting for at least an email stating it shipped, I get on the website to see they have an banner stating that a distribution move may cause a delay! WHY wasn't this stated when we placed our orders?! WHY didn't we at least get the common courtesy of an email?!

I was looking for something nice to were.. I placed my order the 15th of Oct. I have yet to receive my email about shipping. I go on the website and see them saying that they are relocating their distribution centre and there would be minor delays. This is passed minor. I have sent emails and yet no response. I placed an order oct 15 2018 and I got the confirmation for it but never got anything since that. It's been a week. I made 2 huge separate orders ..
