Fashion Nova bad support

Better stay away from Fashion Nova! I ordered from them twice and both times received terrible customer service. I can say their products are pretty nice and prices are reasonable, but if anything happens be ready to be treated with a total disrespect.
Fashion Nova has the worst customer service ever, they are rude and unprofessional. When I had a problem with my order (wrong size) I tried to contact them via email and phone and they did not reply for a long time. But when they finally did they were rude and ignorant.
I'm absolutely disgusted with how bad they treat their customers, that is not a good thing to do.

I am having a similar issue. I purchased items since April 11th and 10 days after I have not received my order. Tried calling, forget that stayed on the line for over an hour listening to not so pleasing music with no answer. Tried sending emails only to receive an automated response. I'm so disappointed. Never reached this type of problems fro Amazon.

Fashion Nova have not received order... cannot reach anyone!

I ordered $300.00 worth of items from fashionova on the 10th i received that email everyone received as being flagged for fraud and that i needed to submit my photo id and passport in order to confirm my order and identification.

i sent an email back saying i wanted to speak with someone directly because it seemed fishy to me. the next i received an email saying my order was shipped and waybill created etc. etc. it is now the 17th there is no details on the location of my items and the numbers they provide i think are a scam

you get voicemail every time! No matter when you call. i called UPS they checked my tracking number and said I needed to reach out to fashionova because it looks like the package was never sent off.

I dont know what the hell is going on. I've ordered before and received my package. It seems a lot of people received that message.

Fashion Nova they billed my cc flagged my order, and haven't helped me!!!

For what I read I guess I was another victim, on April 1st I placed an order with Fashion Nova for $473.45 order #4671649, they deducted the money immediately and the next day sent the email with the Fraud Notice just like the others here have mentioned, I ever since have messaged them 4 times by email sent them the photo with the ID twice and all i keep getting is the same automatic message, I called left voice messages, and have been on hold trying to get a hold of someone and NOTHING!

It's been over 2 weeks and I'm worried that I have been scammed, I work hard for my money and I refuse to have them take my Money!

Tried to contact them for two weeks about my flagged order. No replies to my email and no one pick calls because they go straight to VM even after I sent multiple emails with a picture taken with my Government ID card for verification.
Very disappointing that I have to write in forums like this to get a reply from fashionnova. I would have given them a minus star review if possible. My order number is: 6945049

I have never ordered from here but i have a family member that has and she never had a issue, Now i Ordered alot of thing due to events and i got a message saying its on hold . i payed $15.00 same day shipping and now i have to wait. i really needed the clothes thats why i payed extra and i only got a ticket number #1474291 caan someone get back to me asap ! i really need this clothes for this week emai is garcia.alondra@icloud.com

As previously stated to this customer, their order was shipped out via FedEx and delivered. If your order is flagged by our Fraud Team, it means your billing information did not match the address registered to your debit/credit card. Fashion Nova never received my order of over 300$!!!

I placed an order on April 5 order ‪4734283 ‬ today is April 13 and I have still not received my order. The day I placed my order, my order was flagged for fraud I sent back the proof in the response. Every day I emailed them three times from three different emails and all I get is an automatic message. On Instagram they just delete my comments so clearly you have no intentions of sending me my items or my 346$ back ! It's ridiculous! The items I ordered are probably out of stock and all I will receive is store credit and I don't want store credit seeing as I have no intention of ordering from here anymore. This is horrible customer service .

The same thing happen to me. I will get in contact with a lawyer and will sue them, is not about the money but the principle. . Is clear this store is a scam. I will not order from them ever again. They are disgusting, there's no busyimer service, nobody to talk to, I'' done. They ignore my calls and emails about my order but to add insult to injury they continued to send me advertisement, asking me to buy their latest designs. SMH.

Fashion Nova ups

I ordered 4 dresses online. Not once did i get a notice from Ups saying that they were coming or when they would come. i had no idea, i obviously would have stayed home those days he came. ok so he made 2 other attemps, an ups still never gave me any notice, when i call them to see where it is they tell me its in the process of getting shipped back to the online store, and how the delivery guy came an no one was home. Making it seem as if i was in the wrong i was so angry, she had nothing to say as to why he or the company never called, email or left a notice in my mail box. Now i have to go back online hoping the dresses are still available and pay for shipping again. Which UPS should be covering. ####ing ###. How could anyone do business with them?!

Fashion Nova I don't receive an answer

We have not received any response from you. It's been more that 48 hours since I answered your email with what I was asked. Luis returns to Ecuador on Friday, and he will only be at the hotel until Thursday night. We do not know what is going to happen with the things we ask for through your web page. We called all the day to the numbers that you gave us, to speed up the process, but we do not obtain answer. I find it a lack of respect for the customer. We live in Ecuador, and we can not pay extra for worldwide shipping.

Fashion Nova Have not gotten any responses to my order

Good Morning,

I had made an order form March 31, 2017. I received an email asking for some information being that it was suspected for Fraud. I am an international buyer and I have ordered from your website before . Today is April 6, 2017, I have sent out numerous emails asking for an update, numerous phone calls but no answer. I am annoyed because I paid for a one day shipping to Houston in which my dad was going to bring it to Belize. I want to change my shipping to an Ezone address but it has to be done by today in order for me to get my order by next week Wednesday. I have yet to get any response on anything. Mind you, my credit card has been charged but no product has even been sent out and if I should cancel my order then the only option I have is a store credit. I live in Belize..I don't know when I'll be able to go and shop at your actual store at whichever locations your store are situated in. I really liked your website, and i had no trouble the first time around but I really don't know what happened. It is a business transaction, I got charged for a product but in return have not gotten any product or any explanation or feedback. This is not good service.

I always buy from fashion nova, as I adore their clothes but my recent order worth $200 has not been received. I ordered it almost two months ago and there has been no movement from my order. All it says that it is in transit with RR Donnelley (WORST CARRIER EVER). Fashion Nova I am very disappointed with your work and it will be the last time my friends and I order from Canada.

Fashion Nova order unfulfilled

I placed an order march 22nd 2017 for $562. Two days later I received a message saying that my order has been flagged and I should send my id verification items. This is the fourth time it has happened in 3 months. I had to call them every time to make sure they receive my info and to know if my order has been processed. This time it is taking me two weeks to get a hold of somebody. I sent 3 emails so farto zendesk, to their info email, and talked to their community manager on facebook. The community manager told me that their phone line is down. Meanwhile they can still send you worthless newsletter.
This is my worst online shopping experience. I am living abroad so they are delaying by 3 weeks my package arrival. (my friend receives it in the states and send it to me)

I ordered $60 worth of clothes and paid for 2 day shipping. It has been 2 weeks and my order has still not showed up. I requested for a REFUND but I have not received any email retaining to me getting my money back. Fashion Nova is a website that just takes your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Order #[protected] If I don't get my money back then I will file for a law suit. I do not play when it comes to getting my money back. Fashion nova sucks and just scams you for your money.

Ladies, my daughter and I ordered 3 separate times from this company and never once did we receive an order. Each time we received a message stating "Refunded - Order Unfulfilled" but oddly the funds are yet to appear back in our accounts. I spoke with my aunt who is on the police force and head of CID (Criminal Investigations Dept). She said if the funds don't show back up in my acct within 72 hours to contact her and she'll take it further and pass this site on to a special agency that has jurisdiction to launch an investigation into this company. I pray fashion Nova is reading these comments because I'm a force to be reckoned with. You can't keep doing these things and expect customers not to get the law imvolved as coporations are capable of committing fraud just as individuals. To have so many disappointed customers with the exact same complaints says alot about your company and she make you guys put a better system in place as your current one just comes across as messy, unprofessional, negligent, disrespectful to consumers and to be quite honest fraudlent. I will move forward with getting the law involved in the event this situation is not rectified in 72hrs from 8/1/18 @ 11:35p. Fashion Nova I've also notice that you post the same thing on everyone's complaints. You guys always say you made several attempts to reach the customer with no success while we all know that's not true. Well my number and email address has not and will not change so please don't even think about attaching that pre-scripted response to this complaint

I didn't get my 3 items refund and I e-mailed 、 I called、 but I only got automatically reply、 I orded12 items but they only sent me 9 items、and two shirts are broke. Other 3 missing items are still in stock for a long time. I asked them to send to me because I saw it in stock but no reply.

I placed an order on Nov 26. Order Number: #9846596 They took money out my account for the order on the 28th. I still haven't received my items which were suppose to ship in 2 days. I've emailed, text and called with no resolve. All I keep getting is due to high volume there is delays. Don't take my money knowing you don't have the items available. I'm so disappointed, because I got good reviews from my friends before I ordered. This is my first and last time ordering from Fashion Nova. If I don't hear from them today I will call my bank and get a charge back. I'm not waiting for something that I paid for almost 2 weeks ago.

They have a longer than normal shipping time frame this time of year. That's to be expected. You'll likely find your bank will not be able to reverse the charge this early in the process.

Sol I place my first order which costed $65.43 on October 10th and I never received it, but they sent me an e-mail saying that my order has been shipped. I have emailed them uncountable times but never got a response I have also call them several times but since they don't exist, they decided not to pick up. And then recently I decided to shop on black friday after receiving the confirmation mail, I have not heard from them again and it's been a week now. When I check they say unfulfilled status but paid and I freaking paid $46.49 for that [censor] so I'm really pissed because when I add those money and the money that I used to buy dem cards together I could at least buy a phone. In my opinion I think they are frauds stealing people's money. The thing that annoys me the most is when they say you can use an E-gift card [censor] where the [censor] is the mF card.

So this is my first time ordering from fashion nova and I'm terribly disappointed. Placed an order on 11/14 and ordered enough so that I could qualify for free shipping. Received an email that order has been received. Order has been paid for but site still shows that order is unfulfilled. Either give me my money back so I can spend it someplace else or make yourself available so that can get whatever issue it may be, straightened out. I have sent numerous emails and made several calls and still have not been able to contact anyone. No one from fashion nova has reached out to me to notify me of any issues so I have no clue as to what the hold up may be. I ordered for a special event but it doesn't seem like I will get my clothing or my money back in time. Is there a special telephone number or an email that anyone knows of where I can get in touch with a live person? My order number is 9382047. Help somebody...please...anybody...

I Ordered and the order no is #7484969. they sent me a email saying shipment on its way. I paid $25.00 for Fast Express International 2-4 Day Shipping. until today i stil have not been able to track my order. the trackin number i received on the email they sent me, i tried it with USPS and the told me that it an incoirrect tracking number. can i get a form of assistance, it the tracking no is incorrect, can i then get the correct tracking no.

Fashion Nova they have terrible customer service!

I bought an item from FashionNova online store and received the wrong item. I contacted FashionNova support and they said that I have to send them picture. I did as they said and only after that they agreed to help.
They said that I need to ship it back and later will get a replacement.
Then I asked for return label and their return address but they did not reply. I tried again and was ignored!
They are terrible!
Item which I received not only is incorrect but also very small and there is no way I can wear it, so I'm literally stuck. Don't buy from FashionNova, they have terrible customer service!

Fashion Nova wrong orders/ bad customer service

I am a lazy person when it comes to complaning, but Fashion nova is just something else. This is the first time that I am writing about this. They got my order wrong 2 or 3 times. The first time was my shoe. I ordered a size 6, but they sent me a size 9. The second time was a jean. I ordered a size 3, but they sent me a size 13. I commented under their Instagram's post. Instead of apologize, they decided to deleted my post. They deleted twice. I always heard people complaining about that, but this time, it actually happened to me. I am just a little upset. I don't believe that this is a good way to do business. I spent more than $400 up on fashion nova, but yet, they did not care about my complain or me as a customer.

Fashion Nova customer service

Fashion Nova may have grown in followers, but they sure don't value their customers. They love to take your money, however they hate taking responsibility for their errors. I placed an order this past week for two items and their shipping has gone back to being quick. I received my package in three days from when I placed my order. So, two days from shipping date. I opened my package and surprise, I receive an oops card and the other blouse has a stain on it. Of course, I'm disappointed that Fashion Nova is lackluster when it comes to checking their inventory. It would be okay if they gave refunds for their carelessness but nope, you get a lousy store credit so they can pocket your money. Then, the blouse that was packaged had a minor stain on it. This company surely cares about their business and customers? Right. So, I spammed their email and finally received a response. To my dismay, a rep said I would have to pay to return the item back. Hmm, why couldn't you send me a free label since your company doesn't value punctuality. Again, another way to keep a customers money while you only receive store credit. I didn't send it back because I should've been able to get a refund or immediate store credit for their mistake. I'm very disappointed in how poor their service has become. Will I still patronize this store? Only when it comes to jeans and jackets. I can't lie their jeans fit me like no other but their tops and dresses are very hit and miss. I may purchase a dress for a special occasion but I will not be fully invested in this store anymore. If you can't value me as a customer who's spent a lot of money here, then I can't support you. It seems like fashion Nova could careless, as they gained new followers on social media. As for their quality, it's poor compared to the money you spend. A lot of the tops and dresses are poorly constructed. They charged you slightly expensive prices for such poorly made clothes. I'll admit they're trendy but a lot of their clothes are trashy and appeal to trashy women or women who crave attention for the wrong reasons. I don't blame them, Fashion Nova knows their target audience. It's not for classy sexy women, unless you browse the site. I'm relieved that I made this review because people need to know how you'll be treated if they mess up your order.

Fashion Nova orders shipped

I made an order 4627097 with fashion nova recently and I received an email saying my order has been shipped. The next day I received a gift card saying my item was out of stock. I tried to purchase some items using the gift card, but it did not work. I sent an email no one has responded yet. I went ahead and ordered 4582935 the next set of items that I wanted to purchase and again one of the items are out of stock after already purchasing the item. I should have not been charged for both items that were originally instock when I selected them online!

Fashion Nova bad customer service

I ordered several times from them and every time there was some kind of problem. My last experience was the worst and after what happened I decided not to order from them again. My order arrived damaged and dirty and they refused to help me. I was ready to accept any offer - replacement, refund and etc. But they refused to do anything and claimed that was not their responsibility.
FashionNova was rude, he said that it was probably I who caused these damages! Not only material and quality of my order was poor, but also their customer service. I lost over $100 because of them!

Fashion Nova I am not able to place my order, for some reason I am not able to put dubai as my region/state

When attempted to checkout my items it was refusing to accept Dubai as my region/ state and I do not understand why as everything else I put on was fine, I have ordered from fashion nova previously in the US and it worked perfectly however it's refusing to deliver to the UAE but it gives me the option to, I would very much like to resolve this and understand why this has happened

Fashion Nova scamming ppl!!

I spent over 255 dollars it's was immediately took out my account then I got a email stating my package was flagged I then called many times eventually I got someone who didn't help me at all I waited 24hrs called back got someone they said someone will contact to me no one ever did then I got a email say my order was cancelled by me I never cancelled anything said I will get a refund in 7-10 business day still waiting on my money on I will get it back by any means! Lawsuit if necessary I can't stand scammers I work hard for my money!

This also happened to me and still no answer ! I'm leaving my country of study and this company is so lackadaisical they have not verified anything ! I am so hurt I hope they ship out the correct order before wednesday! if not ill be demanding a refund. I never had problems with them until now

They've done the same to me and asked me to verify my billing by taking a picture of my wih my ID to my face. It's been since the 17 and it's now the 26 and I've sent four emails and called a million times. I don't know what else to do !

Fashion Nova sold me a product they never had but advertise they do.

I bought an article of clothing on page one of new arrivals. They emailed me telling me they were sorry but It wasn't in stock when I went back to the website I found the product I ordered from them that they said they didn't have in stock but I was able to add the product that was not in stock to my shopping cart and was able to checkout with it but they don't have it. This is very misleading and totally unfair to consumers.

Fashion Nova stole my money!!

I ordered $650 worth of merchandise on fashionnova.com. When I paid my credit card was flagged and supposedly declined but a month later I noticed I was charged. Now they won't call back or email me .. their customer service line doesn't even work! I never received any items and I'm trying to reach them to see if they can either send me my order or give me back my money!

hi you two! i have the same problem, its been 8 days and i still have any aswer. I am an International Buyer, I want my money, not my order because Im sure that Will not arrive complete, or with the incorrect colors.

Fashion Nova black jeans I never received

I had ordered a few things which came up to 200 dollars and when my package was received it was very small and item were missing. They're telling me that they are out of stock and they won't refund me my money which is 80 dollars worth of stuff I have to wait on and I just want my money back I will feel better spending it elsewhere and some items I received were very low quality I don't feel I should have to suffer because you are out of stock which I really don't believe. I have seen new post on how some people just received the pants I order and how much they like them.

Fashion Nova your favorite dream set in blush request #1170367 order #3920823

I love fashion nova and always write positive reviews so other customers can know the size, shape and fit of these cute, affordable clothes.

I purchased the Your favorite dream set ina small blush color. I received it quickly. Despite all shipping reports I received a Taupe color instead of blush. I immediately wrote in (2-18) on 2-19 I was asked to send photos. I immediately sent them. On 2-20 the day I was supposed to wear my outfit I still had not received the correct product but did get an email telling me to 1. print and fill out a return form 2. send in my product 3. wait for a credit to my account then 4. REORDER my product.
My jaw dropped
So not only did my holiday get ruined and i didnt have the outift they had plenty or time to expeditiously send out to me but now I have to find time during my work week to get to the post office to ship this one out, wait for it to return and THEN IF ITS NOT SOLD OUT which it likely will be, reorder this product. I'm shocked! to say the least. This is not what I expected from this company. I am dissapointed and have replied back to customer service, written a review on the website and...if this Isn't favorably resolved will be forced to share with my social media followers.
I am attaching photos of the invoice, the wrong product i received, my email correspondences and my review on the site.
