I placed an order on Feb 24, 2018 order#12668671, provided address Pakya, 7950 NW 77 ST STE 4, Miami Florida. [protected]. the USPS tracking is showing delivered Mar 5 2018 at 4:43 pm to the provided address but i have not received my package.
I am beyond frustrated about this. This is very unreliable. For a company who has developed its brand so well i am very disappointed. Also, to say that you are not responsible because the status is saying delivered is ridiculous and unfair. For that matter, this is unacceptable. This issue seems to be a regular occurrence based on reviews and this is not good for your brand. I will not allow my hard earned money to waste, i need this rectified as soon as possible. I need my order shipped to the address or i need an issued gift card to reorder. This creates problem for your brand because once the word gets around persons will not be encouraged to place orders if they are uncertain of receiving their package.
