I've placed an order on november 30th 2018. It took more then 2 weeks. I just received on 12/15/2018. The problem is it's missing q dress which I paid for! I ordered 3 items paid in full only to open up my package and missing an item that I especially wanted to wear to my christmas party. How careless can fashion nova be! I've sent numer9of emails because email is the only 24 hour contact customer service. Yet no response. Where. Is my 3rd item. My order # [protected] placed on 11/30/2018 consist of 3 items! 1) a black savage tunic top received. 2) alecta ribbed skirt ser ivory received. 3) item missing jaylene ribbed dress black and mustard $32.99. Fashion nova needs to follow up on these careless mistakes. Quick to receive the money and very poor customer service!

So I bought several items from fashion nova on november 18th which is still unfulfilled. November 24th I was sent an email that suggested I may not receive the ordered items but that the amount paid would be returned to my original form of payment. To this day the money is not in my account and I have not been updated as to what is happening. I've sent multiple emails requesting information and keep receiving the same automated response...

"dear nova babe,

As you can imagine we have been flooded with questions about the cardi b bollection, and our early black friday drop, we are very sorry, but please, please hold-off on submitting multiple emails to us, your package, store credit, or refund will be on delivered very soon!

We are aggressively working though the backlog of emails to ensure that we will be back in full customer service capacity shortly to answer your question in a more detailed manner."

Fashion nova your company sucks.

My daughter ordered a belt from them. They told her she would receive her order in 2 days. It has been 8. We have tried to call there customer service number but it sends you to voicemail. There is no way to get a hold of a person. We have sent them emails and have gotten no response. The phone number on line for there corporate headquarters is disconnected. There company seems like a scam.

I placed an order on Dec 1 haven't received my order or a tracking number I wanted to wear it to a Christmas party on 12/14/2018 I am very disappointed my order number is [protected] I am a very dissatisfied customer because they took my money soon I placed my order and I think that's not right and I don't want store credit I need my full return because who say if I order again will I get my order

I placed an order onDec.2, 2018 i received a confirmation that my order was received.I knew the policy and the days it takes for shipping so I knew all that.I waited a few days nothing from fashionnova so I emailed them several times and several times I got an email back stating basically there overwhelmed with cardi b clothing line and black Friday and cyber Monday orders.That's there problem not ours they took our money for our orders with no problem.If there so overwhelmed don't accept more orders keeping our money with no product or response .The phone on file is not a human i even sent a message on there instagram no response The website states if the order wasn't processed or shipped you can cancel and I did just that on Dec.9, 2018 i have the confirmation that it was cancelled but nothing else I'm waiting to see if it will be back on my card on the dec.15 they said 5to 7 business days i don't want there product just my money refund which was $132.92 off my bank card.

I placed my orders on 11/23 and 11/24 and just received them on 12/10 and 12/11. After finally getting my order #[protected] my skirt is MISDING! The website says to contact customer care HAHAHA yea right. It's a generic message line with no response. You cannot take people's money and not send the products. It's time to find out what can be done about the way FN does business. This has been one of several issues I have had. I find that fashion nova (fn) has very scrupulous business practices. I will no longer purchase from fn as I find this business to be engaging in theft. I made order #[protected] on november 28, 2018, because of the two-day shipping option. Your note advised that it would take 5-7 business day to prepare the order and offered 2 days shipping. The total time it should have taken for me to receive this order was 9 business days at most. It is now december 12th and this order still have not reached me nor do I desire it. Fn sent an email titled holiday customer care delay on december 4, 2018. Your holiday customer care delay email included the below paragraph "I would like to cancel my order, what can it do? If you haven't received your order yet and you would prefer not to wait any longer, please use the following link to request that your order be canceled. Please note that our items sell out very quickly. If you cancel your order, it is a possibility that your items may not be available when you attempt to repurchase at a later time. http://fnzen.fnovasystems.com/cancel_order/" this email gave an option to cancel the unfulfilled order. I sent four (4) emails to fn requesting to cancel order # [protected] and requested that I be refunded my money to the original payment method. You then today sent an email that you have shipped this order which you now expect me to pay for its return after I requested that it be canceled. To add insult to in injury you respond today by stating that you cannot accommodate my request. This is my final request to fn for my money to be refunded back to the original payment method or I will proceed with further actions such as informing the ftc about your business practices and examine what my legal options are as well as posting this email and fn's response to every social media site.

You, fn may not care that your actions are egregious and unfair to middle class working individual but I am sure people on social media will agree with me on how nasty your services are.

I once again and for the last time ask for my money to be refunded to my original payment method for order [protected].

I have not received none of the two items I ordered on November 30th. I paid for 2 day and still nothing. I'm really getting pissed because one of the outfits I CAN'T wear because it has not arrived. What is the problem? I get the same message it's being processed it doesn't take 12 days to process an order. I ordered a red dress and Camouflage pants that I paid for with the credit I got from you I didn't even get a confirmation email on that order. The total is over 70.00 and it's not acceptable.

I am completely enraged at the absolute lack of service I've experienced since placing my order on December 3, 2018. It has been over a week since I placed my order and, to date, I have not received any word as to what's causing the delay in same being processed nor have I been refunded. Please CANCEL my order ASAP and REFUND my money!

I've tried calling the customer care line multiple times to no avail. The IVR works fine but as it relates to me getting through to an actual person for assistance, that's a no.

I assure you that this is the first and the last time I will be ordering from your company.

I am a new Fashion Nova customer and I have to say I am very disappointed. I have placed several orders and the most recent was placed Dec 2 and Dec 3 under the flat rate 2 day Domestic shipping. Needless to say that my order, a tracking number nor a delivery date is anywhere in site. I ordered simply because of the 2 day shipping I had an event this past weekend. So I had to spend more money to purchase another outfit from somewhere else. I also have a problem with them taking my entire purchase amount but I recieve partial orders. No one contacts me by email text.or phone call to let me know that my order would be missing some things and a refund will appear..I have to email Fashion Nova with proof of the shipping packaging slip screenshot showing that in fact the item is missing. I did recieve an email saying my refund has been processed but there is still no refund on my statement. On the items that Fashion Nova says that are out of stock. I went back on their website and it shows that they are in stock. It seems that they are just taking from the customer and that is not right. At this point I feel robbed, and taken advantage of. Something had to be done. They have Cardi B representing their company. I wonder what she do if these things happened to her.

I write because I recently placed orders beginning in November. I admit there was a notice on their site then that they were moving to a larger distribution center so things were delayed by 7-10days.

However I had to email them by day 15 asking what was going on. then immediately they shipped BOTH orders (submitted days apart)

I received them within 3days of them finally shipping only to be missing 2items and no return on my c.card as of yet. today is 12/11

I also am waiting for another 2orders and was reprimanded for emailing to check on the first order now that it has been 7days AGAIN. I called and was directed to email or Leave a message. I doubt anyone will call me back. this is ridiculous customer service

I had place an order with fashion nova and the two items that I order it didn't fit so I returned them and it's been more then two months and I have not received my money back nor a gift card

And then I had placed another order and I received my order barely yesterday but my order was incomplete I was missing one white pants I've been calling the office nonstop and there's no answer is just a machine and I've send so many emails and is the same email that they send but not answering my questions

I ordered a beautiful pair of boots on 12/2. I paid for 2 day shipping and wheres my package? They have a customer service number for what!?! You cant get a rep or returned call! & don't bother sending an email I have yet to been contacted back and todays the 11th? They sent me an email to cancel my order they never cancelled! I'll be shopping at pretty little thing instead from now on; they are actually reliable & contact their customers back!

Im seriously upset right now to the point that I couldn't seep last night. I placed an order on Nov 27 for cyber month and today is Dec 10 and I haven't received no tracking information. Im loosing al hop in getting my items on time for vacation. Its soo upsetting. Im never ever ordering from Fashion Niva again. [censored] customer service. No live representative to help you but they are quick in taking your money out your bank account. Frauds I hope someone sues the hell out of their [censored].

I placed an order with fashion nova on November 27th and have yet to receive. I tried calling and cannot reach anyone. I emailed them via their website and all i received is a standard automatic response via my email that answered nothing about my order. Just to thank me for my patience. I am not a complainer, nor have i ever left a complaint. I believe communication is key. Either give me what i pay for or refund my money . It is only fair because your website states that ship out is no later than 3 business days. It has been over 2 weeks. Also fashion nova does not offer tefunds, only store credit. But i cannot use my credit. I ordered jqvkrts and by the time they get here if they even do, i cannot use it. I have officially left my very first complaint .

I have placed my order over 10 business days ago and it still has not shipped and status is still unfulfilled. I try to send multiple emails and no response! The fake number they claim is the call center leads nowhere no live agents and will just hang up after playing prompts. This order has missed the birthday it was for and now I am just wondering why I am being ignored when my money was STOLEN!
