Fashion Nova false advertising and poor customer service

I placed my order with this company on 2 July, 2017. It took them over two weeks to send me tracking information. Then to realize that the shipping address was incorrect. This is the second time they have done this to me. So now I have a nightmare of trying to reach them because they don't respond to emails and calls in a timely manner. They also advertised that the items were in stock at the time of purchase, only to be sent a gift card later on not clearly indicating what it was for.
This company appears to be scamming hard working people and shows no level of remorse for doing so. This also seems to be the consensus amongst hundreds of persons as I review the hundreds of negative reviews about them.
I will never buy from them again.
Please intervene in whatever way you can.

Fashion Nova order has not been received day 20

I have not received my order yet. I just went back to my email to see when I placed it which was on July 2nd. I appreciate your efforts to deliver, however I just received an email advising that all my items will not be shipped and you will give me a credit. I would rather just have my money back if possible I do not want to place another order and I have not received my original order. I don't want to even do business with you, but you get what you pay for in my opinion. I never have waited to receive merchandise this long before. It has been 20 days I can’t believe it took this long for you to even say that I would not receive all my merchandise. I would like to have a tracking number provided by the close of business for my items that will ship or a full refund. My personal email is [protected]@yahoo.com this is the email I used & I paid by pay-pal. Otherwise I will seek my funds from them. Thanks but no thanks

Fashion Nova fashion nova

I place this order on Tuesday 7/11/2017 at 4:26 am which means I should have received my order before the weekend because fashion nova promotes two day shipping. That afternoon after I place my order I received an email from fashion nova stating I had to wait four days before I would receive my package due to change in their new system. I was moving to another state on Monday 7/17/2017 so I called yo get my money back because the 2 day shipping was falsely advertised and I felt robbed of my money. I've sent 95 emails and I've called the corporate office and haven't been able to contact anyone about this issue. It's Thurday 7/20/2017 and the order still hasn't been sent or changed after nine days! I really just want my money back and to never do business with this company ever again.

Fashion Nova non delivery of an item, error made on order, no answering of the phone

date if incident: July 17, 2017 & July 19, 2017

However I'm grossly dissatisfied with the services I've received. I had two orders that were scheduled to be delivered July 17, 2017. I did not receive them because you guys put the incorrect area code on the package. Then I was told the package would reroute today only to find out that it has to go all the way back to LA for rerouting.

There has been no communication from anyone, no correspondence to address my issues. These items have to be delivered so they can be transported to Jamaica.

Order # in question are as follows: 6481333& 6475945.

After the many visits to the post office the orders were picked up at the post office.

After all the issues and inconvenience I've experienced and is currently experiencing, You still did not send my entire order. I ordered 2 pairs of shoe and a dress. I did not receive my sandals

These orders were received but order#6481333 was incomplete. However when i spoke to your store just now they say they sent a gift for $26.39...the item i ordered and did not receive is valued $32.99.

An email informing me about the non-availability of the item would have sufficed. But to date no communication has been made.

The lack of care or regard for you customers is despicable and unacceptable.

Fashion Nova stealing customers money

So I ordered from Fashionova on July 3rd and spent about $170 and the website mentioned it would take about 4 days to ship (but it took longer). I was patient with them and decided not too stress. Few weeks later nothing shipped. I finally contacted them via email and they shipped half my stuff to me. I also ordered about $140 worth of stuff on July 5th. Just like the other stuff I was patient and when it shipped again they left out some stuff. They then sent me a gift card of about $25 when the stuff they had not shipped to me but still accepted payment for was about $110 in total. Now I'm a student, I work hard for my money and I don't know if they think $25 is remotely enough to compensate me for my time, purchase and all the back and forth. I want a full refund for my stuff but they have not responded to any of my emails. I'll never purchase from them and I hope all of us that have lost money band together and create a social media presence or she for our money back because I'm not going to accept this.

So I ordered 2 times from Fashionova. My first order was July 3rd and my second was July 5th. My first order was only partially fulfilled and so many things were missing. I emailed non-stop and they finally shipped my second order and also that was only partially fulfilled. Its been more than 4 business days and I'm really frustrated because I need my stuff before I travel. I asked for a refund and got nothing back except them taking my money.

Fashion Nova my money wasn't completely refunded

I placed my order July 1st. A week and a half later I received some of my items but haven't received my other ones. Mind you, I've spent over HUNDREDS of dollars with this company so I didn't think anything of it. another week goes by and I still have yet to receive my other package. I tried tracking my package but it said they didn't have information on it yet. a few days later I received a gift card of HALF the amount I spent on the items that weren't sent to me... I contacted customer service through email and they said my items won't be shipped and that they've sent me a gift card to rebuy them. First, if I could rebuy them why not just send them because I already paid for them? Second, that wasn't even the whole amount I spent on my items for me to even purchase them again if I wanted to do so. I'm thinking they sent that gift card because I've been a loyal customer to them and I've spent so much money not knowing my items weren't gonna be shipped. I've been patient, but I don't think anyone deserves this. They're not doing their job and not taking care of customers like they should be and MOST IMPORTANTLY they are ripping people off out of their HARD WORKING MONEY. I don't encourage anyone to buy from this site until they refund everyone the right amount of money or send the items we paid for. this isn't right at all.

Fashion Nova horrible business, takes your money and doesn't give products!!

I placed an order with Fashion Nova for 4 items, they boast on their site that they have "fast 2 day shipping". It took about 2 weeks to receive ONE of the 4 items the I ordered (which was damaged by the way). They don't notify you that something will be missing from your order instead they issue you a store credit with ZERO explanation! So I took my store credit and re-ordered the items that where supposedly out of stock paid for shipping AGAIN and AGAIN I didn't receive the items because they were out of stock AGAIN, but strangely enough when I go to the site the item was indeed in stock and available for purchase. And good luck getting in contact with their customer service team, its absolutely ridiculous and they REFUSE to give any money back when every discrepancy has been their fault! DO NOT give this business your hard earned money, they take it and not deliver!

Fashion Nova #6195804 and #6196176. haven't received.

I placed 2 orders on June 27 and still have not received them. I tried reaching out customer service numerous times and also tried calling and it's just a machine that's answers and hangs up without being able to speak with something it's becoming really frustrating. Still haven't received any answer from them it's been weeks now since I placed the order. Can I please have those orders send to me. The orders #6195804 and #6196176.

Fashion Nova horrible service recently

I placed my order on July 11th and waited the business days that they asked due to them "improving" their website. After no action was made except taking the money out of my account I emailed them to see what was going on and never received an email back. Still being patient, I waited another few days and when I went to check on the status of my order it said it had been unfulfilled and REFUNDED bc of FRAUD. However I received NO email informing me about this and the money was never placed back in my account! It's really horrible how they went from such a great online service to the worst I've ever experienced. Do not order online you will either lose your money or lose your ordeer or both! And don't even bother with the phone number listed online unless you would like to speak to a machine all day

Fashion Nova Fraudulent Business/Poor Customer Service

This company has proven to be a total fraud by taking customers' money and not sending items ordered. I placed an order on June 28th and today, July 18, I have not received my items. I've repeatedly emailed and called using the contact info provided on the website and the only reply is an unprofessional, seemingly recorded in a bathroom voice message that repeats on every phone option. I've even sent direct messages through Instagram and received replies with NO CONCERN for my purchase but instead silly pink hearts and the same automated message I've read and listened to now countless times. What kind of so called reputable company FAILS to support the customer? What company has NO MEANS of contacting a real person? What kind of company has millions of Instagram followers but can care less about any of the people keeping the business alive? DON'T ORDER/BUY from this business! In fact, it's not a business at all! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

Fashion Nova product ordered and not received

i placed an order for two pair of jeans they sent me one but charged my credit card for two, Then the one pair they did send were nowhere near my size and looked as if the item had already been worn. After trying to contact them for days and sending an email to notify them of the error i still have been able to resolve this. The customer service is horrible and doesn't have a live person to talk to at all. it clicks into a voicemail, the date i received the wrong order is 07/15/2017. My order number is 6451467 and the order is under Shaelyn Galbreth. My resolution is to either send me correct items or refund my money before i go through my bank to reverse charge

Fashion Nova refunded items

I ordered (2) dresses at separate times but returned both dresses together. I was given a store credit for one but I haven't received credit for the other dress. I've tried unsuccessfully to contact Fashion Nova via e-mail and phone. I continue to get a generic computer generated e-mail response and zero help via phone. It's really to bad. I've been a loyal customer and referred friends and family. I won't be ordering from this company anymore. Fashion Nova, get it together. Customer Service is very important. Without happy customers, you will not survive! There are new companies starting everyday. Don't lose out!

Fashion Nova unethical, bad customer service, deceptive and thieves

My first order with fashion Nova was delivered in a timely manner. I fell in love and decided to order again for an event on June 14th. I did not receive any info until I sent an email and my items were delivered on June 23rd but not all of them, still no information as to why. Till now I have not received that item. I ordered 5 items but only 4 were delivered. I kept 2 and returned 2 items in that order, with another item from a previous order due to sizing issues, making 3 returned items and the gift card that was issues was for $13 for items worth $83. I thought they were working hard to issue me another gift card so I didn't send an email. I needed white dresses for my sister's bridesmaids for her Ghanaian engagement ceremony before the white wedding so I ordered the JoJo dress on July 04th as soon as I received an email saying it was available. The wedding is in a week so I sent them an email July 16th only to be told that a gift card of $72. has been issued for that item and the other item I did not receive from the previous order. The whole order even cost $79.08 and I have not received any information about the returned items. Now why would you issue me a gift card if it's your fault my items are out of stock. My sister bought the same dress, just 1, and they refunded her and gave her a reason but because I bought 4 of them with another item, they want to keep my money and make me spend it whether I want to or not. I want my money refunded. I have spent a lot of money on this site only to be cheated and issued inaccurate amount on the gift card. I sent numerous emails but they won't reply because they know they messed up big time and that number for customer service is just annoying, just an automated machine. It doesn't solve your problems. I have reported them to PayPal and I intend to get my refund back in my card for that order that was out a of stock after I ordered them and the item I did not receive because I do not intend to buy from this shop no more. Fashion Nova sucks!

Fashion Nova I am complain about fashion nova because I never received a tracking number and the other half of my package.

I ordered 4 things from fashionova on june 30 2017, first my order was over $75 & I still didn't get 2 day shipping I then received 2 of my items on july 8, 2017 but I still don't have a tracking number for my other 2 items i've been calling & emailing and still no email or call back. I still haven't revived any other 2 items or a tracking #. Wtf?

Fashion Nova unethical behavior

i recently ordered about 78 dollars worth of clothing in the beginning of June they took 3 weeks for my package to come and when it did came they only shipped 2 items out of 7 they gave me a gift card for only 30$, i ordered something with the gift card and my items didn't get shipped again except one pair of glasses and they sent me ANOTHER gift card for only 20.00, the gift cards do not compare to how much i spent on the clothing website including shipping, i want my money back on my card or i want my items shipped, if not then i will have to contact my credit card company, this is ridiculous i need to know why this keeps happening .

Fashion Nova shipping delayed

I made an order with you guys like a few weeks ago, and only half of my stuff was shipped. I URGENTLY need my other two items because I leave to MX in a few days. Please Advise! The day half of my stuff was shipped was on July 10, 2017. It's been 7 days and nothing else has been shipped. My tracking number was: 9405510200829450526665 I need my package here ASAP. Fashion Nova still waiting on my order

I was looking for some heels and i found them on Fashion nova.com. I placed my order July 4th and it did state that the shipment was going to be 4 days instead of 2, i was fine with it because i needed them before the 19th. A couple of days later i received an emailed and it stated that the shipment was going to be taking a little longer, okay no problem. 2 days later i received another email and they gave me $23.09 gift card, i was confused. because i payed $32.00. i checked my status and it said my order was unfulfilled. I tried calling and i even emailed them and all i received was an automated customer services and email. I don't know what to do because that's hard earn money that my husband has spent on me. All I want is my MONEY BACK ASAP. I have never encountered this with any other store. Very unprofessional.

Fashion Nova charged my account weeks ago, no order, no status updates #6300893

UPDATE:

Order was placed 7/3/17 (also placed an order a few days after this)

My second order was received without issue, however my order 6300893 was made on 7/3/17 for almost 300$ and STILL has not been shipped and I cannot get an answer from this company, yet they charged my credit card immediately.

They also erroneously merged my 'case' with another customer complaint they were handling and therefore sent this customer all my billing info, as well as my full DL as their "customer service" states to include a selfie holding your DL to expedite request.

I still do not have an answer as to whether or not this order is even ever going to ship, so I have no items that I have a 300$ bill for and I am beyond angry at this point. I used to love shopping with them but I have never been treated so poorly by a business ever.

Full Story Details below:

placed three orders through fashion nova one towards the end of june for 80.00$, another on 7/3 for slightly under $300.00, and a third on 7/6 or 7/7 for another 80.00$ or so. I was aware that they were having delays in shipping, however, I have ordered from them many times in the past (All to the same shipping/billing address and all of my same contact info btw) and as I received my june order without issue other than the slight delay in shipping, I was confident in placing additional orders. The site indicates orders will be shipped in 4 business days instead of 2, and I understood that the fact that it was a holiday the next day might cause an additional delay.
Here's where this has become an issue:
My order from 7/3 should have shipped by 7/10/17 at the absolute latest, and I was concerned there was an issue as my third and latest order was already shipped, and yet this order still showed "unfulfilled". I sent an email (Very politely) inquiring if there was an issue with my order. No response. (I think on 7/7 or 7/8, however I did save and screenshot all attempts so dates are properly documented). I received a generic response telling me someone would get back to me within 24-48 hours, which of course did not happen. I sent another reply asking someone to please let me know if there was an issue with my order, still no response.
Now I was starting to get angry-as I see reviews everywhere saying fashion nova billed them immediately (Which isn't even legal in most states) and didn't ship their items, and ignored them or blocked them on social media when they tried to get assistance. After reading this I was even more concerned as my two cheaper orders shipped, and yet not the 300$, and on top of it people were complaining en masse they were getting notices the items they ordered weren't even in stock anymore. I again attempted to reach out, and still no response. What business ignores customers for 5+ attempts to reach them after they've billed them?
Here's where it gets even better: I finally get a response after more than 10 contact attempts telling me my order has been flagged for fraud because they couldn't verify my billing address, despite it being the same address, contact info, shipping address, etc. That I have placed more than 20 orders to, and they had already successfully billed me. They even processed an order two days after with the exact same info. Their email says "we have been trying to contact you…” which is a complete lie as I have the email threads showing all my unanswered attempts to contact you. The email states “send us a selfie holding your dl and we can release your order.” unprofessional, but whatever, I just want my stuff. I take the picture, even include my order number on it and send it back, and ask them to please confirm that this is now taken care of. Lo and behold no answer for more than 24 hours so I send another email asking that someone please confirm this was received and dealt with. I then get an email response roughly a day later saying, I kid you not, “case closed, your case has been closed and your request merged with case …..”
What makes this even better is not only did they close my case, they merged it with a different customer’s case, so now my email thread containing my dl, last four of my cc and billing address have now been supplied to another unhappy customer, compromising all my info, and I still have no answer and no resolution. Now i’m angry for real and demand an answer and that someone handle this – and since I notified them they did this I have been completely ignored. No order still, they still have my payment, and don’t even have the good sense to apologize for their complete screw up with my personal, sensitive information. I have tried to be understanding and reached out many times to get this rectified, but I am at the point where I am starting to believe this won’t get handled without escalating it to the ftc, bbb, or even my attorney.
The sad thing is, I just want my order. I didn’t ask for a refund or anything, just that they ship the items they charged me for, and this is the result. No money, no order, no response, just a massive headache and compromised personal information that may result in my having to cancel my credit card and get a new one.

Fashion Nova didn't receive all of my items. missing one

I always order from fashion nova and I haven't encountered any issues till my last purchase. I ordered a set, one skirt, one top, and one pair of black jeans on july 4, 2017. I received three of my items on july 10, 2017 except my black jeans! I have emailed them countless times and I have yet gotten a response. I have called numerous times and no one ever picks up the phone. I want my money back for those jeans that I paid for if you're not going to send me my jeans. Hopefully, this is just a terrible delay and I receive them this week. I am highly pissed and will never shop from fashion nova again if this continues. Answer my email or things will get very serious because I will take it to the next level if y'all don't respond to my email and send my jeans or the money I paid for those jeans!
