I've ordered two weeks in advance, after a week I have notice my order status is still unfulfilled, I have contacted the support team via aida in regards to my order status and whether it has been shipped. I did not get a confirmed and reliable answer for what I requested. She could not tell me where my order was not what date it has been shipped, even though she convinced it has been shipped and they are experiencing technical difficulties. Let be realistic & let's be clear that issue is your ongoing and you guys need to sort it out cause it is not the customers fault and people need to know where there items at cause why am I paying for shipping if im not provided with a tracking number.
Also, I have noticed they have charged me additional chargers on top of my order without my consent without me knowing. Now, a few days later I received and anonymous email and text stating my items have been refunded without a reason, which is another ungoing problem with fashionnova, so I decided to find my own reason via their website. I found that they are absolutely liars, how can all three items not be in stock all of a sudden?? And two weeks later it's still up on the website stating it's in stock all of my three items. Now I have contacted the support team again and now im getting blanked. If I do not get my refund or my money back since I didn't get my order I would have no choice but to take this matter further and into legal authority hands because i'm a international buyer and should not be treated in this manner. Stop sending out promotion and answer to your damn complaints

    I am in the same boat right now. I placed an order on November 16th and i got a text and an email telling me my order has been refunded also with no explanation. Both the items i ordered are STILL in stock. So what the hell the problem is beats me. I have tried contacting them on all there social media outlets, email and phone and no one is getting back to me but yet they have my damn money. Just because i am not a celebrity or one of their fashion nova babes doesn't mean i should be treated like this. I am a customer paying my money. They better give me my damn money back ASAP

    @dontirritateme This company needs to be taken to court. I ordered a bathing suit in the summer, it is now winter, and still no bathing suit, the first one went out of stock, the second out of stock as well. I keep calling, and I get a recording. I filed a claim with my bank, however they were not able to get my money back, because Fashionova was able to prove they shipped out ONE item, which was returned. This place is horrible.
