Fashion Nova customer service sucks!!

I placed my order Nov 27(cyber Monday) ...I spent over 200$ for a trip to Nigeria Dec15..which is enough time to get my order ..today is Dec 12..ive heard nothing..you call.. you go straight to a vm..you send emails they reply with general information nothing specific about your order..i go to social media not only do they ignore your comments about your existed order..they answer customers questions before and after your inquiry ..ery disrespectful..i will be leaving this country with no clothes..fashion nova could atleast provide a refund and tell me whats going on..nope..no refund ..store credit..why would I want another item when they have screwed this current order terribly..customer service is terrible..

Ty I have the same issue. I placed an order on November 27th and all I'm getting is generated emails. I have order plenty times before and no problem. I can't get any one on the customer service line. My last hope right now is to contact the BBB of California to get this issue resolved. I don't have any money to just give away for no cause.

I'm over it at this point..a friend of mine stated he ordered some jeans..he threatened to contact his bank..and they ended up overnight his jeans ..without a tracking number...it just came the following day...I don't see myself having that much luck..but I truly do hope you receive your items

I order a package November 28 here it is December 11 I don't have a confirmation number to even track the package down but the package is saying your order has been confirm we But on the order tracking status it's say fuilfull whatever the hell that is it's not saying delivered or nothing if y'all can send me my package in it be here by Friday can y'all put my money back on my card I don't want no damn gift card nothing cause this my last time ordering with y'all

Fashion Nova delivery of products

I ordered products on 12/4/17 with the 2 day option. It is now 12/12/17 and products havent even been shipped. I bought my wife bikinis for our trip to the Caribbean which we leave on 12/15/17 and will not be receiving them until after that. SMH. Customer service is a joke and the automated email responses are useless. Thank you for upsetting my wife on our anniversary. Oh and your return/cancellation policy needs to be amended. Why cant i cancel my order if my products still haven't been shipped. You are quick to take my money but not willing to put it back and quick to fulfill your 2 day shipping right? Fashion Nova is a joke and will be lucky to be in business in 2018. I will be filing a dispute with my bank and also submitting this to the BBB. FRAUDSTERS! STAY AWAY!

Fashion Nova unfulfilled orders from 5 months ago!!!

I ordered a pair of jeans back in July and still have not received them. I continuously emailed the company and only got the automated email in return every time. I also had a delivery that consisted on a kimono and another pair of jeans but I only received the jeans. I understand the company has many orders, but it should not have to come to me still complaining 5 months later to get my order! Imagine how much extra money they are making off of everyone else they are doing this to! This needs to be handled. ASAP

Fashion Nova no tracking # & its been over a week

I placed and order on Dec 1st.. fashion nova took my money off My Card Right there and then and emailed me my Order Number A whole week been passed but no Tracking number still haven't been sent i emailed them Asap but of course you can tell it's a machine responding then I gotten another email from fashion nova "supposedly feeling sorry and saying how my package is not lost it will be shipped out soon" ..this is my first and will be my last time odering form fashion nova I never delt with unprofessional website like this before . I will like to know how long will it take for my oder to be shipped or even better yet when will I get a tracking # how take someone money but give them Lil much to go on about there order or even keep us up dated to whas going on or even hAve a number to call ? This is really a scammed website and this will be my LAST! ORDER # [protected] and it have been a whole week and some days now but still no update I am very disappointed

Fashion Nova online retailer

Order was place on November 29th order number
[protected] . I had ordered some items and they were sayin in stock. But once I hit the summit button at the bottom of the confirmation page it stated due to overwhelming orders, you may experience up to 7 days processing. Also anything or 75.00 you get second day air shipping at no charged. It is now 12/11 and i still do not have my order and you can not get a whole of customer service cause no one answers and all i get is a generated email saying sorry here's a nice discount for the wait. Oh did i mention that the money already cleared my bank but no order.

Fashion Nova no shipping from the 25 of november

i am very upset with fashion nova. I placed my order from November 25, 2017 And up until now my order has not been shipped. 7 days has passed and my order still hasn't been shipped. I am going on my vacation in another country on the December 15. What should I bring on my vacation to wear? Nothing
I am really upset and I will not be ordering from fashion nova ever again. The last email I got from your customer service say my item is about to shipped and still nothing.

Ps. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM FASHION NOVA AGAIN

Fashion Nova orders

November 29th, my husband ordered two items. Both say in stock. At the bottom of the confirmation page it says due to overwhelming orders, you may experience up to 7 days processing. About 2 days later, we get a mass email, it apologizes for the delay and they understand everyone is waiting on their orders but they just weren't expecting so much love over Black Friday. They gave out a good discount code in this email which I used to make a purchase December 6th. My purchase made on December 6th was fulfilled and sent out December 8th. The order my husband made November 29th, is still showing unfulfilled. I tried to be understanding, they have a huge following but honestly it's upsetting that they sent out my order first instead of my husband's. When day 7 of "processing" came, the order still showed unfulfilled. I called their number and was on hold for 15 minutes. I never got through. I have since emailed them at least 20 times, either through their automated helper on their site, through Facebook, Instagram, or my own email. Every time I reach out to them, I get an automated response offering a percentage off which now I refuse to use. I even posted my concern in a comment on their Instagram post about their call center just being automated and they deleted my comment. I am now blocked from their Instagram because I have asked what is going on with my stuff. I have yet to get a human.

Dr ola omar. Iam so disappointed and frustrated really it will be the last time. I ordered only in November orders more than 600us dollars but my orders one in 28 November. The second on first of December no even fulfilled until now. Iam working and living in Dubai abd will travel soon for one month out of Dubai the country u suppose to ship my orders to
U promised u ship the things. During 7 days from order making. But now more than two weeks more than two weeks what can I do now tell me. Why I should wait all this time and u didn't ship this is not accepted. Try to help

Fashion Nova no order no update

I placed my order 12/4/17 and it was pad for express shipping, two days later I received nothing! i emailed them about my order and they promised me to received at least an update in a couple days! here it is now 7 days and nothing ! I don't even want my order I just want my $66 dollars back! not to mention they have a "refund" policy which is complete [censor] because its completely necessary to refund like any other normal clothing site! I will never ever order from here again!

Fashion Nova order unfulfilled for the past 15 days

My order was placed from NOV24, it's now December 9th and there had been NO UPDATES ON MY ORDER. Even thought the $100+ was already charged and paid, they make NO EFFORT TO OPEN phone lines for customers, it's literaly a voicemail EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU CALL. The only was of contact is via email and they don't respond to that either. They falsly adverstise FREE 2day SHIPPING on orders over $75 that's a tactic to get people to spend...n still NEVER GET THIER ITEMS! This is fraud and theif...horrible company!

Fashion Nova ordered on 11/24/17

I ordered over $400 worth of clothes from this bogus company. I keep calling, emailing and writing under their social media account. I have done every single thing there is to do, I've never in my life dealt with someone doing this. I get married in vegas, yet I have no clothes for my trip because it hasn't been shipped. My birthday is also, on the same day I'm set to get married. Can you imagine how I feel? I'm so hurt and I feel helpless. They send you this automated email, and I just want my clothes. I am going nuts, I've been depressed for weeks now, because I have no clothes from them. My order # is 9731303.

Fashion Nova no products, and no "fabulous" customer service

No one answers the phone ever, yet they boast that they have fabulous customer service? This is the third time waiting on hold and the current run time is over 13 minutes. Just waiting to be disconnected again.
Two orders, no products, and no status, but took the money.
Will go straight to the CEO to find out what the problem is. This is ridiculous and would never advise anyone to shop here- if you are expecting to receive the products you've already paid for.

Fashion Nova order not received or shipped after 11+days

I am going through the same issue it has been 11 business days since I placed my order online. I have messaged them on Instagram, FB, Email & even called and left messages & no one responds. However, I placed an order after this one and I already received that. The customer service here is unacceptable. I place at least 2-3 orders every month. I can't get in touch with a human to get some real answers. It's automated messages on every platform.

Fashion Nova not shipped after 2 weeks

I have been purchasing clothes from fashion nova since 2014 and i purchase probably about $300 or more in clothes and shoes a month. This is the second time I have had a problem with shipping. I spent well over $5000 in clothes the past year between buying clothes for myself and as gifts. No loyalty to good customers. If they do not make things right i will never buy from them again. I'm a high spender and very generous with my gifts. Fashion nova is about to loose a loyal customer

I am going through the same issue it has been 11 business days since I placed my order online. I have messaged them on Instagram, FB, Email & even called and left messages & no one responds. I placed an order 9 days ago and it still haven't shipped out from the store. I am trying to contact Customer service and talk with a representative but the phone hangs up. I need this order to be here because I am going to a wedding after tomorrow and it is so stupid from you guys not to ship the orders. I've been sending emails and got the same answer. You say that the processing time is up to 7 days but it is 9 days today and I don't even thing I am possible going to the wedding because of your irresponsibility

I agree this is ridiculous and unprofessional. I returned 2 items 11/28 in the same postal package different order numbers but everything was written out correctly and understandable on the return sheet fashion nova provides. Package was received 11/30 my credit was issued that same day but only for one dress. When there was 2 dresses in the package received the same day I have emailed them and they just keep giving me this computerized [censor] response returns take 5-7 bus days well not when I received credit for only one item when there were 2 so if one was seen so was the other, i've called them and only results I got was waiting for 20-30 min then getting put to a voicemail, I even dm' d them on instagram and nothing this is ridiculous and I consider it stealing from customers this is not ok with me I will not let them take my hard earned money I dont care how much it is.

I placed an order on November 23rd in the amount of 150$ I still to this very day have not received my items that I purchased with my money like is this place a scam smh I can't deal with this someone please contact me I called left messages I've sent emails like what's going on fashionnova first off it's been damn near 3 weeks not only will I not get my package I don't believe I'll get my money back either this is exactly why I never try in order things on line because of places like fashionnova just can't trust online shopping

Fashion Nova order not received but of course fashion nova took me money right away

I placed my order November 24, 2017. Of course it's been there 7 days of extended wait period and I still haven't received any of my goods. Also I cannot get ahold of them by phone, I'm pretty sure their emails are responded from automated messages because she didn't even address my main issue. This company is terrible. I will never order from here again.

Fashion Nova order #9741335 not fulfilled... scam

On 11/25/2017 I placed an order (#9741335) with this bogus company.My order is still on "unfulfilled status" I've sent out 3 emails so I can get some type of info and I get is some BS AUTOMATED Message. It's disgusting the a.ount of customers who are getting robbed and not to mention the frustration we feel from not getting any clear and concise answer. Quick to take my money from my Amex card tho. NEVER AGAIN AND IM FILING A COMPLA INT WITH MY AMEX SO I WONT POAY FOR SOMETHING I PROBABLY WONT RECEIVE. NO OTHER WAY TO PUT IT... FRAUD, SCAM, UNETHICAL, UNWORTHY COMPANY
