FashionNovanot receiving all of my items, but my credit card was billed

I ordered 250.00 worth of merchandise back on 0ct.29 2018, however, when my order arrived I was missing 2 items Both were in stock when I placed my order.I have made numerous attempts to call fashionnova and email ad well all I get is an e-mail talking about their recent move bla blah and their cardi b collection. I also emailed. Or texted a picture of my packing slip several times.They have not made any attempt to reimburse my card or send my items. I have ordered other items since then 1 I received and the other is still saying unfulfilled which was 7 days ago. I am disappointed because I really like their clothing.I just want my merchandise or my credit card refunded, [protected]@att.net
