Ordered a dress on a Friday, with the expectation that it would arrive by the following Tuesday. When I placed the order it was guaranteed with a flat rate domestic 2-day shipping. That Sunday I was notified that my package has shipped. Later that Monday, I checked the status of the shipment and there and behold, it says I'm not supposed to get my package until Saturday! My event is on Saturday, which means I will have to go out and purchase another dress . I've emailed them THREE times and no response! Also, the customer number that they provided is a joke! I've been hung up on 8 times! At this point, I want my money back and nothing to do with this fraud butt company!

They are The most incompetent online store I've ever had the misfortune to know. I return to items and they only refund me for one then have the nerve to ask me for tracking when clearly I didn't keep it because it was two day shipping and why would I need it. I should've known that fashion over is in capable of doing the most simple things whereas any other online shop whether it be handmade or a big store like Macy's they actually will look up the information. They are so lazy that they won't even look up the order number and track down their stupid distribution center to get the information they rely solely on tracking knowing no one freaking keeps it, they suck so bad. If you're expecting a full refund of your items you're basically accepting nothing. This is the stupidest reason to have a bad comment, because they're too dumb to realize That there's two items in the box not just one and on the return card there are two items not just one meaning I should be getting refunded for two items not just one. Don't buy from them!

All as usual. Paid for my order and never received it. So many stories and complaints about the same, but you don't fix anything. What is it called? It's called "I don't give a crap about my customers" attitude. You could do me a favor and sent me a confirmation at least. But you didn't.
Their customer service cares no more, they got their money. And I have no idea how to get my money back. It's terrible what you do to your customers. You should be ashamed by running your business this way.

I have placed 4 previous orders and I have not received one. This fine but this order #8127867 was an accident I was just adding things in my cart for a later date when I can afford it. I emailed Fashion nova so many times. I get an automated response. Please, I really need to cancel this order. I emailed immediately because it was truly a mistake. I love this store. But I placed this order in error. you would know this because on all my previous orders I used discount code Happy30. I will complete this order on a different date. But I cant afford it at this moment. I have small children and rent to pay. Please don't disappoint me. I really do love your site. you can see that by the orders ii have placed. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago spending 150$+ and I haven't received my order yet. An email was recently sent to me at 27th September saying it was delivered without giving information as to who delivered it or who signed for it. There was no delivery whatsoever. I just want a refund because at the moment I am very frustrated and annoyed over this service.

I'm not even going to mention that they took my money and DID NOT send the product I purchased, they sent me a gift card because they have inventory issues!

This first complaint is how can they receive 2 of 3 items? I shipped back the way I receive the items less the plastic bag it comes in. They giving me the run around now, refusing to give me the credit or any money back.

I placed an order on the 18th of September. I got a notification that my order was delievered on the 22nd of September but the package was never presented in my mailbox. I doubled checked my address to ensure it wasn't my mistake. However it could've been the delwivwry service at fault but either way I PAID FOR NOTHING. It it September 26 and I have have since sent 3 emails and called their "customer service" line a thousand times and have not heard from this company. I just want a refund or a reshipment of my order!

I placed two orders on the 10th September, order number 7689572 and 7696492. I realized that i put the incorrect email by mistake by one character, i then sent an email and asked the team to rectify this on the same day which never happened. A week or so later I received my second order 7696492 on Wednesday 20th September but no sight of my first 7689572 order, these items are urgent as this is for my holiday which i am going to on Saturday 30th September.

i have sent over 15 emails and keep getting a generic response with the tracking number R000003275791 and yodel tracking JJD0002256670428765 to trace my parcel but this is for the order which has already been received 696492 as i have explained to them on many occasions via email. I contacted Yodel and they have confirmed there is nothing else waiting to be delivered for me.

Please can someone contact them and find out where my parcel is if not i would like a full refunds as this for swimming costumes which are non returnable but if i don't get it i want my money back as a matter of urgency.

This has been a terrible experience and nobody picks up the phone, i have attempted to call many time but i am being ignored or i get the same response with the incorrect tracking details for my previous order.

I order 3 items and I received an email 5 days that it was returned to sender.
I have called over 40 times and never do I speak to anyone, and I sent 4 emails and nothing yet.
I would like my package ASAP because I am traveling, or at least a call back, email back to let me know whats going on.
It is very unprofessional and unfair to your clients to experience this terrible customer service.
if your automated system states that you enhanced your system yet no help or answer, how is that so? please do better and I need my package asap.

After Placing an order, I realized the wrong address was entered. I immediately tried to change the address or cancel the order and neither option is presented. Then to add to the frustration the number does not work. So I need the items urgently and cannot afford to put through a second order but somehow the policies are in place by fashion nova to scam people. So I have to wait for the items to show up to an address I no longer live so that they can somehow be returned so that I can get my money back to re order. Emails are never answered on time nor does the phone number work. I am pressing all the options and it keeps saying the same thing. A simple cancel button would resolve all this bs. I AM FRUSTRATED!

I wore my lace me up chunky heel- cobalt blue heels two times and last night, September 23rd I went out to a club and was standing in them when all of a sudden one of the chunky heels just broke on me. I had to then walk around with the heels in my hand with no shoes on. Gross. I demand a full refund and a new pair of better made quality shoes. There is so exception for this to happen. I order a lot of items from FashionNova all the time. I haven't had a product problem but this one. Please get back to me as soon as you can.

I ordered 2 dresses from Fashion Nova. I paid around $50 for both and when I received the package only the $19.99 dollar dress was there. I have tried calling thousands of times and I've left multiple messages and no one has tried to get back to me. This is ridiculous. It's the last time I will ever buy from them. The only dress I received was the Liv Sweater Dress - Black. I also ordered the Layne Lace Up Dress - Black for $32.99 and never received it. I'm going to have to file a claim with my bank if they never call me back.

I placed an order on September 18, 2017. I spent 116 dollars on my purchase which means I was supposed to receive my order by two days, free shipping. Today September 22, 2017 I am just now receiving a tracking number. On top of this, fashion nova just emailed me (just now) telling me they ran out of two of the items I ordered. The transparent boot, and the American flag shirt. I am highly upset and I do not want a gift card. Even when I put the gift card # in to try to order something else I still have to pay for shipping! No! not acceptable. I would like the items I ordered and 100% refund dollar amount this is unacceptable.

I Usually place orders in the states but due to work, I am away and ordered internationally. I do not like the false advertising about the delivery time. I have had issues in the past but this is getting out of control. it states that it take 5-10 business days for international shipping but it takes a lot longer and I went searching for answers on the website and in the policy it says that the international shipping takes between 7-12 days instead of the 5-10 days in check out. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I would have never ordered if I knew it would take 7-12days instead of the 5-10.

Good Morning I ordered a dress from you that needed to come in the 22/09/17 for my birthday. When I try to track the item it says it's in transit to yodel tracking and it has been saying this for the past 7 days. Could someone contact me to let me know what is going on? I paid 31.23 aud for 2-4 business day international express shipping on monday the 10th of september and it still has not come and it is one week later. I live in australia, however, I paid money for a reason to have my order shipped in time and it has not come and I am pissed off and have not heard back from their customer service yet. I ordered one pants on the august 31. All they ever did was send me a confirmation email that they got my order and said that they'll send me another email later when it's being packed and shipped. BUUUUTTT I never got that email. Last time I ordered from them they did the same exact thing and I tried emailing them politely. I sent them multiple emails and not a single one of them got replied. I thought that if it happened once, maybe they'll fix the issue so it won't happen again. And now ITS HAPPENING AGAIN! I don't get why you would take someone's money and not give them what they asked for. The least they could do was just reply to my emails and calls and tell me why. But that seems like it's such a hard task to do.

I placed my order with fashion nova on 9/11/2017 I order on tunic jersey shirt. How hard is it to send that in two days that you guys claim to have? I am highly disappointed with this service and what's the point of having a phone number that is automated with no real person to speak to. I left an email still haven't herd anything. I left two comments on instagram still no answer I even dm on instagram no answer. What kind of business are you guys running? Just taking people's money that are trying to supports this black owned company and this is what we get in return. I can't believe this, this is unacceptable you guys keep doing things like this to people you guys are gonna get a law suit! All I am asking is for my shirt by 9/26/17 if I don't have it by then or I don't hear from nobody by returning my email or my dm I would like a full refund plus my $6.00 I paid for "TWO DAY SHIPPING " .
