I ordered from fashionnova on August 6th, was supposed to be here in two day but it is now the 14ht of September. I tried to call, no one was one the line, it goes directly into telling me they are "busy with other customers". Every number, extension I tried is "busy with other customers" then it just tells you to visit some online [censored]*T. I emailed 2 weeks ago and I have not received any response. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. YOU GUYS ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE!

I've placed an order 9/9/2017 and I have yet to receive an order tracking number. The website states they will ship in two days, that's a lie. I have emailed them several times and no reply. I have called them just today at least more then 20x and no answer. The ladies annoying voice on the automatic system states they have bettered the phone support system to improve there customer service, that's a lie. I will never, ever purchase from them again. So much for needing my order before October 13th. I see people on here are still waiting on orders from August. If you read these post, I'm sure most of them are true and suggest shopping else where as I think Fashion Nova is a scam. I will be contacting the better business burial on them. This is insane and horrible. Never, ever again.

I have purchased a dress on the 22 of August and I have not received my dress. It has been 3 weeks since I bought the dress and I am greatly disappointed in the duration of the shipping process. I need this dress by the 20 of September.
My order number is #7280963. I would like to know when my order will arrive and if it does not arrive in time, I would like a full refund. The only email I received about my order is that it's in transit.

I have placed a large order spending in total $195.00. They emailed me giving me store credit for 1 item that isn't in stock. I received my package and noticed that I didn't receive an item on my packing slip, and they sent me the same dress in a quantity of 3! This is beyond disappointing and unacceptable! Considering that I spent a large amount I expect them to be more delicate with the way they handle their merchandise. I'm really hoping for my refund back for all items that I'm returning back. I will not be ordering from them again!

Hi my name is judith and I ordered goods from fashion nova, I've not yet received my order and I spent a lot of money. All I need is my order to be shipped to me since they don't refund money. I placed an order on the 9th of August, after 10days I decided to track my items only to find that You delivered it to the wrong address and I have emailed you over a millions times letting you know that You delivered my items to the wrong address and I have not gotten any response.. your customer service line is USELESS and you do not respond to emails.. I am really disappointed.

Placed an international order Sept 3rd (Order #7555965), tracking number provided is invalid. Emailed twice yet no reply. No phone number for international customers.

Fashion Nova - shame!
For a company that advertises on large platforms and boasts 24/7 customer service - this is abysmal. Your 24/7 customer service does not exist - so that's false advertising in my books.

Can someone let me know whats happening with my Order? It's been a week!

I bought the "focused on you dress" and I received a completely different dress. I bought this dress with intentions on wearing it on Tuesday 9/12/17 for an event that i am having. I have emailed customer Service, message them via Facebook and also called the customer service phone number and been hung up on by the automated system and I have yet to hear anything back and it has been over 72 hours. I am very dissatisfied ! I honestly just want the item
I paid for! I promise I will never shop with them again!

I placed a Fashion Nova order for 6 items on September 5th and have yet to receive it. My bill totaled $154, which included expedited shipping fees. Despite multiple calls and email attempts, I've had no success in reaching a live representative or getting a clear email reply. Surely, I won't be doing future business with Fashion Nova after this experience.

I ordered about 4 items on Friday 9/1/17 and I never received anything I ordered yet it says ordered. It says to check with the postal service but the postal service in my town has never misplaced or been late on a package I've ordered. This was also the first time I ever ordered anything from this website so i don't know if they just took my money and I got none of the items I ordered.

I purchased over $160 worth of their clothing and shoes, anticipating it would be shipped in two days. However, the status is still showing as "unfulfilled". I have called again and again, no one answers the 800 number. This is false advertising as well as horrific customer service. This was my first and probably last time shopping with them. I don't understand this! Fashion Nova has a huge follower base and yet the customer service is ridiculous!

Hi, I ordered a "High street dress" navy in small and never got it. Then i returned the item that was mistakenly sent to me instead and I still didnt get my dress or refund for the 32.99 that I spent. I have been sending emails. Messages on messenger and no response. My name is karina franco . I even had to reorder that dress in champagne color because you were sold out. And it so see through on the bottom. So I would like to get credited my money back

On 16/08/207 I ordered $233.93NZD worth of your products.

The reference number for my order was 7145237.

I was expecting to take delivery of the item on 29/08/2017 because I had payed extra for faster shipping, but at present I have still not received the goods. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and outside of the agreed deadline is considered to be a breach of contract.

06/09/2017 I had recieved an email from Fashion Nova stating that my item had been dilivered, when in fact I hadn't recieved anything. The reference for this delivery includes NO contact number for the courier carriers, NO New Zealand courier tracking number, NO signature when parcel was dilivered and NO response from anyone for help relocating where my package is at this moment.

I am now making time of the essence and request For immediate contact with me with in the next few days of receipt of this letter regarding my situation. Should you fail to do so, I will be requesting a full refund of all monies paid and be forced to take legal action.

I have placed order for over 8 items a minth ago. I have still get to get bk my money or recieved my orders. This is ridiculous. I have emailed a million times no respond.. this is [censor]ing disappointed. My card has being charged my money taken away from me. I work hard and i need my orders or i need my money back. They said international ship takes up to 10 business days. How money business days are in a month. [censor]ing scam

On Monday August 28 I made a purchase for a sweater that I never received. They charged me $6 for 2 Day Shipping and they never sent me out an email for my confirmation number. I've been trying to email them and call them to see why I haven't received my order yet but they never seem to answer. It's been almost 2 weeks now. This is my second time ordering from them and this will be my last!

Same problem like the others have. Ordered items, was charged, took too long for them to process it and got a notification that 5 items out of 8 were out of stock. But when I ordered everything was ok and all the items were in stock... I asked for a refund and they said it's impossible, all they can give me is the same expense coupon I really don't need!

I Paid $25 for Fast Express International 2-4 Day Shipping. On the 1st of September 2017 I receive an email that my order #7484969 is on the way with the tracking number. When I called USPS I was told that the tracking number is in correct and when I track it using the link Fashion Nova provided me with on the email, nothing is showing it also says that I must obtain the correct tracking number. seeing that I do not get any response on the email that I sent to Fashion Nova, I am now using this platform to get them to send me the correct Tracking number or indicate which company they have used to ship my goods to South Africa if they did not use USPS.

I ordered 5 items from fashion ova 27 July the shipment was moving quick as I was keeping track until the last status update was 08 August 2017 where it said customs clearance process completed by RR Donnelly Logistics company shipping company for fashion nova from that date no status update or movement expected delivery shud have been 12days after . I contacted RR Donnelly they not helping as customer lady is sending from pillar to post .I then sent numerous emails to fashion nova and they don't respond at all..I just want to know what's happening to my package..it's now overdue I would like my refund.my tracking number is R000003095668

FashionNova is a huge company with many customers. I do not understand why it's not possible to edit an order I just made. Your orders typically take two days to process and ship so it should be possible to edit the order before it ships out. I made a mistake online and forgot to request a size 5. Most companies allow a 1 hour cancellation period and allow customers to edit. I do not think FashionNova cares about its customers. This is a huge inconvenience for me to have to wait till a product comes to my house, return it & pay the shipping fee, only for it to go back on a gift card. I ordered this item on labor day and I simply need a size 5, not a size 1. The jeans were supposed to be a birthday gift but if I am not able to simply change the size, it was for nothing. I am disappointed in fashion nova and I honestly will not shop here again. It makes common sense for a company to have a system that updates orders within a 24 hour period. Your orders do not even get shipped out or processed fast so why can't the order be edited through the system? What does the company do with all the money it makes anyway? It would be a great idea to invest in some technology that allows for orders to be edited. After this inconvenience, this company will not receive another dime from me. I am seriously done. Fashion Nova just lost a customer.

I ordered items from FashionNova on 25 June 2017. On their website they state that international orders may take between 7 - 15 days to arrive. The parcel was sent with USPS and the last tracking notification I received was on 7 July 2017 when the package left Los Angeles. To date I have not received my parcel. I understand that Namibia is a small country and it may take longer for parcels to arrive here, but it has been more than 2 months. I have already contacted my local post office and they could not track the package either. I have also contacted customer service and they stated that the post office could not provide them with detailed information.
