Fashion Nova shipping

I placed an order & selected the two day shipping. The day I placed the order was Feb 27 2018. I needed my items by March 3rd. According to the shipping I picked I would've received the items but they never shipped out. They took my money but never shipped the items. They still haven't. On the page it says it can take 24-48 hours but it has been over 48 hours & still nothing. I really needed these clothes for my birthday.

Fashion Nova 2 i've been waiting lace teddies

I first ordered an extra small, and it was defective. One triangle was smaller than the other, so I sent it back. They were about to sell out so I thought "I'll order another one, give them another chance." The second time they sent me the wrong size. Both times I was not refunded the full amount, or the shipping for THEIR mistake. They sent me 2 $7 gift cards for each order! I paid at least $23 including return shipping for each. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT SHOP AT FASHION NOVA!

Fashion Nova package is unfulfilled for a week now!

Fashion Nova took my money Feb 24 and has not yet processed my order. I can't get a hold of them on the phone, or facebook, or through several emails. I just want to know where are my items. order number#[protected]. I've ordered $207US worth of stuff and want to know what's going on. I called 12 times today and waited 35min for customer service to answer their phones. This is terrible service.

Fashion Nova cancelled one of my orders then my very first order from feb.28th has no shipment updates supposed to be here by today

They cancelled my order in the middle of shipment. Was suppose to be here yesterday and this morning I just got a tracking number.now I'm looking and waiting for delivery today and it says cancelled by sender. Still haven't received an update about first order. This is the second time an incident has occurred. My legal team will be involved if they do not deliver my package today.

Fashion Nova my order coming late

I paid for my jumpsuit on monday february 26. Being that I paid for the two day shipping, it should have come in on February 28th. However, it is march 1 and I still do not have it. I have an important performance on friday that I need it for. First, I want my money back for the two day shipping since it did not come in time. Second, I want my jumpsuit to come in before march 2nd.

Fashion Nova received the wrong size item

I placed an order with Fashion Nova on January 23rd. I ordered a skirt in a 1X but they sent me a small and I received this order on January 26th. Before I contacted the company regarding the error I checked to make sure that it was them and not me that made the mistake and sure enough my receipt has 1X on it. After going over their return policy I could not find anything that addressed an issue such as this so I reached out their customer service. My first email that I sent on Jan 27th went unanswered, so I emailed them again on Jan. 29th, still no answer so I sent them a message via Messenger and I got a response that I would hear from them in 24 business hours that still went unanswered. So I went on the website and went through the contact link on Jan. 30th and advised them of the issue again. Finally on Feb 1st I received and email from Alani M. stating that I needed to pay to ship back the item that THEY sent me in error but I would reimbursed and they would credit my money back for the skirt in the form of a gift card. This was on the Feb 1st. I contacted Alani on Feb 3rd to let her know that I sent the skirt back and also provided her with a copy of the shipping receipt to show how much I paid for shipping and the estimated arrival date of Feb 5th. She stated that it would take 5-7 business days once they receive the skirt back and then I would get my gift card. I tracked the package and it was delivered to them on Feb 6th. So I estimated that I should receive my gift card at the latest by Feb 15th. As of Feb 22nd, I still had not received my gift card so I emailed Alain about it. The email was answered by someone named Catherine Caballero stating they did not have record of my return and she basically told me it was my fault b/c I did not fill out the form correctly or maybe I didn't put a form in with the item I returned. So, I sent her pictures showing that I did indeed fill out the form and it was included in the package with the skirt. She replied to me on Feb. 24th and stated that after "research" they found the item and I would receive my gift card. I finally received the gift card on Feb 28th for $4.54. Which is no where near what I paid for the skirt or my return shipping this is the reply I received:

Fashion Nova unfulfilled items

I ordered almost 80$ worth of clothing last Thursday with next day shipping and my order has not been fulfilled nor shipped out. At this point I feel like I have been scammed because this has happened before. I have messaged you all three times and I have yet to get any answers and the fact that you all offered to give me a 30% off instead of a money back is [censor]. When ever I email y'all I get the same response from different people. If I was Kylie Jenner Or Blac Chyna you all be cooperative but because I have no platform you treat regular customers like [censor]. At this point I`m pissed and don`t plan on ordering from you all again.

I made a purchase from Fashion Nova at the end of January. The post office did something wrong and returned the order to Fashion Nova. Since then I have not been able to get a response from them. I have sent numerous emails and to no avail. I can't get a response about my order or a refund of my money. I really liked ordering from this site because I had no problems. I would not suggest anyone else makes purchases until they have a way to get in contact with a real person. They never answer the number on the site.

Fashion Nova company would not issue refund

ORDER DATE: December 6th, 2017
ORDER DATE RECIEVED: December 28th, 2017
ORDER SENT BACK: January 4th, 2018 Via USPS (shipping cost $25.25)
STORE CREDIT ISSUED: January 6th, 2018

Fashion Nova, based on this timeline it is evident that I have suffered a tremendous loss in this transaction as I have not receive my items until 22 days later from purchase. These items were purchased for the Christmas holidays, and due to not receiving them for my vacation, I was forced to spend additional money somewhere else because my package never came. I made numerous attempts to contact the establishment via phone, email, and through the website but always got a computerized general answer that never answered my questions or concerns.

On January 31, I spoke with a Supervisor (Kirstie Semien) and after addressing my concerns and she sympathized the situation as anyone would in the same predicament; and stated she would send an email to higher management to review my request to receive full refund back to original payment ending in 4426 and have them contact me within 48 hours. To date, I have not received a call back, and have been calling everyday since then to speak with someone, but was unsuccessful. As I have explained to the Supervisor, I have done business with fashion Nova many times in the past but have never had an experience as such. It is disappointing that due to circumstances on your behalf the customers had to suffer a loss regardless of the issues that took place. I do understand that there are policies in place, and your policy states that all returns are subject to store credit only. In this particular situation, the only reason the items were returned was because I had no use of them anymore due to delayed processing and shipping on your end that exceeded 3 weeks. Based on these facts, its only ethical to revisit policy and admit to remissness.

I am once again requesting to have my full payment of $205.72 refunded back to original payment of card ending in 4426.

Fashion Nova order was refunded after it was confirmed..

So I placed an order for a few items got a confirmation email about my order. Then the next day I get an email saying that my order has been refunded to me because of them having to open a second distribution center, but then I go back online and fill my cart with the exact same items and none of them say sold out?! I've sent an email complaint but it said it might take one to two business days to hear back ...

Fashion Nova refund/customer service

I placed an order a few weeks ago for a few items. However I received all but I item I ordered, which was ok because I received an email prior to the order being shipped saying that the item was out of stock and I would be issued credit within 72 hours. I was completely fine with receiving a store credit in form of a refund because I shop with fashion nova often. Well it's been a couple of weeks still no refund nor store credit in any form. I've emailed them countless times and well as tried to reach customer service via phone several times. Until now I had never experienced any problems with fashion nova, but I can assure all that they will not receive any more of my business because they have had time to resolve this issue but it obvious that it's being ignored and over look. Very bad business and poor customer service... pissed!

Fashion Nova store credit

I ordered some items and few days later after numerous unanswered emails I get a gift card saying one of my items is out of stock (it was in stock when I ordered it). I don't want store credit. I want a refund. Because I was deceived into purchasing an item that was out of stock. If I don't get a refund it will be considered as grounds for fraud. This is highly unprofessional you can't force someone to accept a gift card!

Fashion Nova unfulfillment status

I ordered my birthday outfit on tues feb 6 at 7:34pm and you guys took the money right out my account. Thursday when i looked at my order status, it said its been paid but unfulfilled and but when i looked it up on my bank account, it seems like i had got a refund because the money was in my account and it wasn't pending or even posted and i never got an confirmation email saying i got a refund. So i went and bought a similar birthday outfit last night from the money i had and now i look this morning and im in the negative because yall took the money out my account again without telling me and posted it on my account last night but it didn't show up till this morning. Feel like my money is being stolen from you guys and my package will never come or even ship. This isnt right and this should be illegal

Fashion Nova lack of customer service/refund issues

I waited 3 weeks for an order to be fulfilled only to find out that 3 of my items were now unavailable. I was not given my money back, but only offered an e gift card. I placed another order and 2 of the items were out of stock after my card had been charged and I was only offered an e gift card. I explained that I should be refunded the way I paid, which was via debit card. I am still waiting on my refund and have received and sent at least 10 emails since last month regarding this refund! It seems as if they continue to oversell their products to keep you spending money with their company, by only offering you a gift card! In addition, I've requested several supervisor callbacks and no one ever answers the phones after waiting on hold for 30 minutes, the call just hangs up! I am highly dissatisfied with their lack of customer care!

Fashion Nova return rip off

This is getting out of hand. I ordered $275 worth of clothing from this online store, I did the standard shipping and did not receive my items until almost a month later. I called everyday and they had taken their phone off the hook, stating that their experiencing high-volume traffic the holiday season of 2017. I was still panicking as to why a company would think it was normal to take their phone off the hook. That was already when I started to question this company, they have a 30 day policy that gives you a full refund in store credit, I was upset about having to shop with them still but was fine with receiving my money back in some way. So I had returned my items according to their policy, five days later I get an email saying they gave me a gift card for store credit of $12.00, I waited about two more weeks to see if it was just a delay on the rest of my clothes. Nothing. I've called 32 times in matter of 2 weeks, every single time I have been on hold for 20 minutes and sent to voicemail. I'm out over $100 and I cant fathom that a company can get away with this. I've read hundreds of the same type or horror stories of people losing their money with this site. Please help.

Fashion Nova lost returned merchandise and is not answering the phone.

I sent in two separate orders in one big bag to be returned. One of the orders was processed and I got a gift card for it. It only had one item. The bigger and second order that was in that same bag was never processed and lost. It had 9 items. I emailed customer service and the lady was not helpful. She told me that there was no record of the second order. I gave her both order numbers and she said that she would need the tracking number from the post office. Well my dad tossed the receipt from the post office. I was told to contact the post office that I mailed my package from and that they could print out the same tracking number for me that was originally given to me and to provide Fashion Nova with that. They wouldn't be able to help me otherwise. So, I went to the post office. The postal worker said that due to the date, they could not go back that far. They could only go back 24 hrs from when it was mailed. I contacted the Fashion Nova representative to let her know. She told me to contact the post office again because they could go back 60 days. I also asked the Fashion Nova representative continuously about a record of the person who processed my return within the numerous emails. There has to be a person's name in the computer of the person who processed my return. Perhaps that person can tell everyone what happened to my second order. This statement and question about who processed my ordered was continuously ignored. I contacted the post office 1-800 number. The postal worker said that if I already have my tracking number they could go back 60 days. If not, they purge everything the next night after it's mailed. The postal worker encouraged me to contact Fashion Nova's Corporate office, as she too says that the worker who processed the return ID number has to be in the system for that return. This return is over $100. 9 items didn't just walk out of the warehouse. I called the warehouse over 30 times now and no one ever answers. I would think I am getting through and on hold for the next representative per automatic message and then after waiting for like 10 minutes the answering service would come on. I have left a message on the answering service and have not gotten a call back. This is the warshouse in Vernon, Ca where I sent my return. I seriously need some help.

I'm trying to figure out when my package will be fulfilled and delivered, I placed the order a week ago and still no shipping confirmation. Fashion Nova fashion nova

My order said it was delivered and it never was. I've been waiting for this package for weeks.. it even gave me a time stamp that was impossible as I was in eye view of my door since I had just received another order from a completely different company. I tried calling the company that was to deliver the items and they redirected me to a phone number to fashion Nova that just tells you to go online and make a complaint and then hangs up on you. Now I am -50$ and no package. So upsetting.

Fashion Nova scam! took my money, not fulfilling order

I've attempted to contact customer service 3 times by email and countless times by phone, to no avail.

I placed several orders on Jan 26 (5 smaller orders instead of having one large shipped) and I'm yet to receive anything 12 days later. That would be fine and I would assume it was slow postage. However 2 of the orders were randomly cancelled (I had to re-order it) with no explanation and one order has not even been shipped. It has been sitting there says status unfulfilled for 12 days. I finally received a response from "customer service" that did not address the problem at all and seemed like an automated response that made no sense. This website is extremely unprofessional and seems like a bunch of thieving scam artists at this point.

Fashion Nova randomly changed order status/no customer service help

I placed an order on 1/31 and when I tracked my order on 2/5 it said that the "order has not been fulfilled yet". My online bank statement shows that fashion nova charged my card and refunded my card on the same day however I never got an email stating what happened or why this happened. I would want to know what happened so I know if I should simply wait for the order or if I should place a new order. Also, I called customer service and never got a sales rep on the phone and was placed on a 4 minute hold and received an automated message telling me to go to their website and then the call was dropped. I even sent an email over 24 hours ago and haven't gotten a response either.

While I like the merchandise sold at fashion nova, it is incredibly unprofessional to not inform customers about order changes. The lack of basic customer service help made it even worse as I was never able to get my questions answered and am unsure how to proceed.
