FashionNova / horrible customer service, false advertising, and forgotten items

I was told I had free two day shipping it took a week for my items to even be processed and sent out then another 3 days to get it. I called, emailed, and messaged on Facebook I received an email back days later not providing any real help or concern. I finally get my package 3 of my items are not there. After reviewing the email I received once the package was processed I did see they did in fact not list the products in my package those three not being on this list... but provided me with no explanation as to why! Like I wanted my clothes and if I can't have them I should be receiving an apology email not just at the bottom of an email im small print "you'll receive a credit for any items not on here within 48 hours" ... I have still yet to receive the credit. I have still yet to be contacted back. I will never order from here again they are beyond horrible seriously worst online shopping experience I have ever delt with I feel ripped off.
