I have placed an order on December 13th and it stated that there would be a processing delay up to 7 business days, which I was okay with because this was still more than enough time.Today is December 27th and I still have not received a shipping confirmation. My order has not even been processed. I have reached out via email three times now and have only gotten an automated response, which stated that I would be contacted in 24 hours. I still have heard nothing. I have called the customer service line and once again, cannot get through to a live person, the phone hangs up on me every time. I specifically placed my order for my trip which is this Saturday and it won't be here in time. I am extremely frustrated and will not be ordering from them again. Horrible customer service. what good are good items with horrible customer service. I am very disappointed and want my money back nota store credit.
