Fashion Nova - Package not received

I ordered 11/26/21. On 12/10 Lasership tracking posted via tracking that my package was at a distribution center on Brookpark in Ohio, which is just minutes away from my home address. My delivery date changed multiple times 12/11, 12/15, 12/18 and then marked as exception. These items ordered were for my vacation on 12/15/21 needless to say, those items did not go with me. I've reached out to fashion nova several times about my order & I kept all emails. On 12/21 immediately after I sent another email about my order oddly enough I received a delivered message which was not true as I was home at said time of 3:59pm there was no delivery made and no picture of delivery either as fashion nova claim form asks. I immediately reached back out to them only to recieve a response to wait 2-3 days before I file a missing package claim. On 1/11/22 against my better judgment I completed the verification form and chose my order to be replaced, per their policy I only had 2 options store credit in the form of a gift certificate or replaced items. I have not heard from fashion nova since sending the form 2 days ago. You'd think after all this time they'd be quick to resolve this dispute. I am not new to fashion nova I've made many orders in the past and other than very slow shipping I received my items. Customer support has been far less than helpful. I feel like I kept receiving the same copied responses. I am beyond disappointed with this whole ordeal. I just want it resolved and never shop with them again.
Today I attempted to contact fashion nova again this time it says they're unable to file a claim because it's been over 30 days. I am blown away by this response and don't know how to proceed from here.

Desired outcome: Honestly I want nothing from fashion nova except a full refund

Fashion Nova - My order #86849892

My order was placed Dec.14 gotten an email from them saying Carrier delay Dec.16 and on Dec.23 email says package on the way Dec.25 says arriving soon and expect your order to be delivered by the carrier within 14 hours then Dec.28 email says your package was delivered at the front door Dec.28 @ 4:49 pm I am a homemaker and been home all day no deliveries to my front door was made we check the camera and even ask my neighbors across the street from my house to check theirs as well and same thing no deliveries was made. I waited another day before I reach out to FedEx since according to the tracking number it's being delivered by them so they check the tracking number and I was told that it's being delivered by USPS since FN used FedEx post so then I reached out to my USPS and they check for the same tracking and was told they do not have that package nor can find the tracking. I have reached out to Fashion Nova and finally gotten an email back Jan. 3 have me a case number and said they will respond to my request in 24-48 hours and it's now Jan.8 and I still haven't heard from them. I have all documentations. Please help and thank you!

Fashion Nova - Refund/return fraud

I returned three different times from the same order #[protected]. The first and second return went well. The third return seems to have been a problem. On nov. 18, 2021 I returned to usps three pair of shoes and a pair of jeans totaling $89.06. After about 5 days I noticed I didn't recieve an e gift card as fast as the first two returns. I reached out. I was told the e gift cards has been issued. I looked and no new card. Only the two from the first two returns that I already used. 72 emails back and forth emails later.. I still haven't recieved an explanation. So I did me own research. Fashion nova issued me three different mobile return qr codes but only issued two tracking numbers... Which would seem as though i've only returned two returns. But I clearly have all three different $7.99 mobile return emails and qr codes that the post office scans. Oh yeah. Went to the post office it's nothing they can do bc that newligistic tracking number isn't theirs. So now what? I'm sitting here with all this proof! And no one from fashion nova has resolved this. I just keep getting emails for me to send proof and then i'm told I was already issued the e gift cards. Where are the actual items at? I'm beyond pissed. I'll keep contacting the bbb and the ftc (I think that's the acronym

Fashion Nova - Order not received and no response from customer support

I placed an order on August 25th, on the 27th it shipped out from the facility and on Saturday August 28th was the last time I got an update about my order. I contacted FedEx about my order and the representative told me that when they received the package from Fashion Nova it was empty so they were placing it in their holding facility until they heard from the shipper. I told Fashion Nova what happened via email and they told me that my order was on the way! And to continue to track it, but of course it was a robot who answered because they took away all of their live representatives. I then tried to explain to them the package was not on the way because FedEx was holding it until they were contacted by the company. The response via email from Fashion Nova care was that they will file a missing package claim on September 6th (today) because the package has still not shown up. I tried to explain the situation over email again and then messaged them on their Twitter support account, where I got a response asking for my order number and shipping address and then they never answered again. I have messaged them almost every day asking for updates or help and nothing has been responded to since September 2nd.

Desired outcome: Refund and Speak to a real live agent not an automated person

Fashion Nova - Returned items worth over $300 and yet no store credit received

Hello! My name is Jenny Jimenez and me and my boyfriend Hayward Aubert ordered a bunch of items from this website fashionnova.com during their 19mil promotion. The following were the order numbers and the cost of each order/items returned:
1. 61874186 — $ 22.99 (+taxes) from hayward's order
2. 61994331 — $ 29.22 (+taxes) hayward's order
3. 61845313 — $247.28 ($193.92 from cc + $53.56 from GC)

The first 2 items were returned and arrived to their warehouse 1 wk ago 11/13/20 per USPS tracking. The last item was returned 11/16/20 per United Delivery Service (UDS) tracking. I did not even received the last order because of a mistake in the address and Fashion Nova wrote me an email since they do not have a phone customer service available to communicate with the shipper regarding returning the items to them which I did. The customer service at UDS was great at helping me return the order to Fashion Nova when I showed them the email. I have contacted Fashion Nova customer service multiple times and was given case #04014232 for the first 2 orders and case #04007507 for the last order which states that someone will contact us within 24 hours for them to respond. These case numbers were created both 1 week and 5 days ago respectively with no other follow-up reply which is not what they stated in the email.
We are still waiting for the store credit as we know in their stipulations that they do not issue a refund to the original form of payment which in this case, I think they should as it has taken way longer time than they have said/mentioned. It is definitely not an easy return process at all.
Until today, we are still waiting.

Fashion Nova - Product / service complaint

I've always ordered from Fashion Nova before with no issues at all. This is the first time I've made a big purchase and they've sent me a package with all wrong items. Also, there was one item I noticed that had a different logo name on the tag! I've heard this from others as well. I've sent emails and called numerous times; not one response yet. The chat expert is a bot that won't help either. This is unfair that I would have to pay shipping and handling for items I never ordered. Also, they like to shut customers up with a $10 gift card when they've spent hundreds or refund their money on a gift card. Why should anyone receive a refund on a gift card for items they never received. Then if you decide to use that gift card everything is out of stock. Return the money and stop stealing! I just want my stuff or a refund in the way I made the purchase. I don't ever want to spend a single dollar at that this merchant again.

Fashion Nova - Never received my order

I am just so annoyed at myself for letting this happen! I most definitely should have researched this company before ordering from them and after reading all of the complaints on this site afterwards and then realizing that the same thing is happening to me I am so pissed tf off!

I placed a order with them for 5 masks over a week ago and it's still not here. I have tried to call them but no one ever answers their phone. I have tried to contact the delivery company lasership and the same thing happens... I'm put on hold with both companies indefinitely and that is totally unacceptable! As well as both companies have sent emails saying that my delivery is still
On its way and that it should be delivered by august 4 which was yesterday yet its still isnt here and no one came today either 😔 so at this point I need to report them and make every attempt to get my money back

Fashion Nova - False advertisement of shipping / incorrect value of goods declared

Misleading Advertisement / False Advertisement / poor customer service / automated replies / no delivery / customs
I placed an order with Fashion nova on the 19/08/19 (order no - [protected]). The order came to with a 30% discount $213.14 and I paid using PayPal. I have ordered before from fashion nova and i checked the shipping fees on both this occasion and last and it stated "free international shipping on orders above $125" which i qualified for. I received notifications from my order date stating my parcel had been shipped. The last correspondence regarding my shipment was from Global Freight Systems in London stating in a email that I had to pay £91 in duties and taxes in order for my parcel to be released to Yodel for delivery. This is where I realised I was a victim of false advertisement and misleading advertisement, fashion nova advertised free international delivery on the website and even confirmed shipping as $0.00 on my order confirmation (all evidence is available upon request). why was this not stated then on the order confirmation?. I am definately a victim of False advertisement as many customers have experienced the same issue which shows this can happen to any reasonable consumer. If they had made it clear that I would have to pay these £91 Custom fees for £183 worth of clothing (code 61) I would have never purchased this item like the thousands of others being scammed if I had known about these charges before hand and Fashion nova know this which is why they do not state it in the shipping explanation Grid. I got a shipping reference from Yodel but nowhere on the site regarding shipping is Yodel mentioned regarding any fees and takes they only specify DHL (this was noticed when I looked back at the international delivery chart) I spoke to Global Freight Systems and they refused to issue me a import entry, C88 or E2 to breakdown exactly what I was charged as Fashion nova does not give permission for this. This made me question the legitimacy of making this payment as the Global Freight Systems asked me to make a bank transfer stating their details or pay via this insecure link before receiving my goods https://globalfreightsystems.co.uk/PaymentService/MakePayment. I do not feel safe making this payment as this company has very negative reviews especially with fashion nova orders stating they have paid the duty and vat and never received their parcel at all!. I am not going to put my debit card details into an unsercure website unless they accept paypal, i even paid for my fashion nova order via paypal. During Further correspondence with Global Freight Systems they they informed me that Fashion Nova declared on the Import Entry that my order was $309 plus other charges however they still refused to issue me the actual documentation they just gave me than information. HMRC states that you have to declare the correct value of good and this rule was broken in fashion novas case, they put the value alot higher and are now refusing to speak GFS to sort this and release my package im not sure if it helps them in terms of their taxes or something like that but trust me there is some scam or fraudulent reasoning behind it please look into this. I have just given Fashion Nova alot of money and this is how they treat their customers vs how great they Influencers ( a known family member)who get FREE clothes I cannot believe it, my family member always gets free clothes and never once has she had any issues. Nothing has been done to try and help, Fashion Nova is asking me to speak to Global Freight Systems and they are asking me to speak to Fashion Nova it is like they benefit from each other. None of them are dedicated to resolving this issue, just a robot from fashion nova and a ignorant customer service agent at GFS who clearly has dealt with this query before thousands of times because she was making alot of assumptions. PLease can this be rectified asap as I am going on holiday and I should not have to pay nearly £100 to release my clothes from customs. I have requested documents and it has been refused. please help!
I would like my items to be delivered to my address as the Shipping chart which you have created to guide your customers through shipping costs which clearly states free international shipping over $125 but it really isnt free because my parcel cannot get shipped to my door unless I make that £91 payment according to Global Freight Systems. Please can Fashion Nova tell Global Freight Systems to release my parcel and to declare the correct value of my order as it is completely wrong. I am going on holiday soon and really need my order and I should not be forced to make a payment in on a insecure website when there are thousands or reviews claiming when making a payment no parcel was received. I would also like Fashion nova to take a more individulist approach when dealing with customer complaints and queries rather than sending automated replies and passing on the blame to shipping company because in reality when it comes down to it all my contract is with fashion nova so they are legally responsible for everything along the way and who they outsource to carry out the service. LOOK AT THE SHIPPING POLICY ON THE SITE NOWHERE WHERE IT STATES INTERNATIONAL ORDERS THE CUSTOMER IS LIABLE TO CUSTOM AND TAXES BECAUSE OTHER SITES LIKE PRETTY LITTLE THING MAKE THINGS ABSOLUTELY CLEAR AND ALL THEIR CLOTHES ARE OF GREAT QUALITY AND ON TREND.

Fashion Nova - Unfulfilled order

I submitted an order on 11/27/18. I received a confirmation email, the money was taken out of my account, yet I still have not received the package. I have sent several emails, and all I have received is an automated response saying someone would contact me in 24 hours. I still have not been contacted by a person. I have also called, but all you get is a bunch of recordings. I would like the items as they are part of a Christmas gift. It would be great to be contacted by a member of customer service, preferably someone in management.

Fashion Nova - Didn’t receive the receive the merchandise that I paid for.

Two of my orders have been misplaced.I have been contacting them but they haven't responded. I no longer wish to purchase anything from Fashion nova.
I placed an order with fashion nova on October 1st, 2018 for $188.91.I didn't receive a tracking number until Oct 10th, 2018. I receive an email on October 11th that is was delivered but I never received the order I placed. It was never delivered to my address. I reached out to them regarding my order and was told to fill out a claim form. I filled out the form 6! different time because they kept using an automated response without reading through my emails. That process was very frustrating. It was past 10 days for me to get my refund, so I contacted them again after waiting for so long. I was finally issued a gift card of $188.91 on 11/21/2018.Shortly after, I placed another order and had $80 left on the gift card, Which I used to place my (3rd) order on 11/26/2018.I paid a total 138.57 and also used the $80 I had left on the gift card, which made it a total of $218.92. They sent me a tracking number on December 10th, 2018, that my order was on the way...I received another email on December 13th, 2018 that it was delivered but I never received anything. This is the second time they have misplaced my order.I have been contacting fashion nova ever since but no one has responded to me. Due to this horrible experience, I no longer wish to purchase anything from them again! And I need my refund.

Fashion Nova - Tracking/shipping delay

I really really wish that I could rate them zero stars so I ordered 24 items from FN on november 27, 2018 24 items they gave me free 2 day shipping because my order was over $75. Todays date is december 12 2018 and I have not received a tracking number only a confirmation email saying my order was received I have literally stalked there twitter, facebook, instagram account and tagged @fashinova in it I know they got it but they did not respond

I paid for the items november 27 2018 so it has been longer than 7-10 business days as a FYI you guys took the money from my account and days later did not give any tracking information and this email states that you are transitioning to a new distribution center OOOk what does that haft to do with my order? and then you mentioned cancelling smh very time consuming in which I heard you guys dont even refund like you say also it is to late for me to order more items for my kid you guys will loose customers including with me I could have paid extra money to get my items sooner you guys should not take anyones money from there account untill you guys have successfully prepared customers items and ready to be shipped instead of taking everyones money and making them wait to get there tracking info I have read so many complaints about this same issue of you guys not shipping peoples orders out on time that is so LOW BUDGET of you guys to not be professional and on point SHAME ON THIS COMPANY! I ordered from amazon ebay dh gate to name a few during the same time I ordered from fashinova and I received tracking numbers 2 -3 days later some shipped the next day and I received the items even dh gate is faster than you guys? How is it that you guys are so popular for your cloths but your shipping sucks so bad I believe the other companies should be recognized more because they are waaay better and faster shippers than you guys I hope yall are happy about being behind and not providing any tracking numbers to peoples items because after this I do not plan on ordering from you guys anymore you guys send out more emails to buy new items but cant ship smdh why does this company keep trying to get more money from people and think its ok to not ship yall cant even ship on time so yall do not need to be taking anyones money untill you guys can master the shipping process because right now you guys are beginners when it comes to shipping!

I decided to make this post after googling (fashinova has not shipped my items) and when I did I read that there are other people going threw the same thing so I sent them a email asking them to cancell the order and I contacted the bank to dispute it my bank said they will issue the funds within 24 hrs in which I also told them about this feed and that some have said that once they started a dispute the fashinova magically sent a tracking number so I told my bank that if that happens then I will call them to let them know they said ok smdh so anyone reading this I would advise you to call pay pal or your bank to get your money back at least now I can take the money and go some where else and shop for my kid christmas cloths.

Fashion Nova - Service

I have placed an order on november 21st order number: #[protected] and got about 5 pieces for 49 dollars and I was really happy with the deal because I was on a budget. I was expecting my order to wear for the xmas holidays and after waiting for about a week with no updates I sent an email asking about it and I got a response from sandy chan on nov 30, 11:40 am pst stating that "due to an unexpected processing error, we regret to inform you that there has been a slight delay with your order being shipped out" and they gave options about if i'll wait or get the order canceled and refunded but I said i'll wait since xmas is still a few weeks from now I wouldn't get this good deal again. I emailed my request and then got no response. After sending multiple emails I got a response on december 4th stating that "we have logged your reshipment request on our end and we will updated you with details via email". I waited again and to my dilemma the same sandy chan emailed me back on the 9th stating that my order was successfully canceled and i'll be refunded in 2 to 5 days and i'm like sandy didn't I told you i'm going to wait on my order why did you cancel when u know i've been waiting? Sandy had the guts to tell me that I requested to cancel it and i'm like no that's incorrect and ure lying. I said i'm not accepting this because this is incorrect and i've been waiting in vain thud whole time. She said that she apologize and here is 15 % coupon. I said sandy are u in your right mind i'm not accepting 15% to place an order I got 40% off and you guys made an error on your end. I told her I will only accept a 50dollar gift card or the same 40 % off code to place my order asap. Sandy refused to so I emailed back asking to let her supervisor contact me or provide me with a contact number for fashion nova customer service complaints and reviews. I've been waiting 2 days and still no response. This is unacceptable and I will not let gi like that. I need a better resolution. This is not how u handle your customer and I felt very disregarded and depreciated about it. I need someone to reach out to me. Sandy shoukd be depromoted

Fashion Nova - Took my money but never received my items

I placed an order (#[protected]) on Nov.26 and it is now Dec. 6. I have not received a tracking number nor have I received my items. From my understanding, when I first placed my order of $152. 35, standard shipping stated it would take 2-3 business days, with an extra day after your payment was authorized and verified. Well, my payment was authorized and taken from my bank on Nov. 28 but yet I am still left without the items I ordered. I have attempted several times to contact this company through email and by phone. Their email stated, "to give our team of human customers care agents up to 24 hours to review and respond", well I sent that Dec. 4 and have not received any feedback from this company, except an automated message that stated shipping would now take an additional 7-10 days due to high volume, which I was not aware of before ordering. Also, I have tried to call them but was directed to a voicemail. This is whole situation is very unprofessional and frustrating, and the least this company could do is respond or answer the phone. I would like a FULL refund (that means ALL of my money $152.35), credited back to my bank account, and NOT in the form of a gift card, as I no longer trust this company.

I placed my ordered before thanksgiving a few days later got my order number, it took a total like 18 days to be delivered, but the worst was that i did not receive all my items, specially the dress i was planning to wear for my xmas party, they suck

I have same situation for 300USD order on 26 november. 2 email to the "customer care" answered with generic blabla not related.
I really need the dress ordered for Christmas event.

Its really going down and probably my last order with them (call also go nowhere...)

I already ordered other dress in hotmiamistyles.com yesterday and after less than 24h I got my package tracking number already.

Shame on you fashionnova.

Report them with the best burue bussines and also with eConsumer.gov fill a complaint with them. I did already, they stole me 200 dollasr

This company is a ripoff. My daughter placed an order a few days ago. She never received confirmation for her order and she paid for two day shipping. I’ve called no answer, texted no response and my next step is to contact the BBB and file a complaint. This was the first and last time we will ever order from this company again. Very unprofessional company!

Fashion Nova - Online order #[protected]

Online order #[protected]. I ordered 5 items on 11/24/2018 it's been 9 days and also I have sent 2 emails, which looked like automated responses and no tracking.. I get that my Order would take some time to get to me due to the high demand of orders but just the simple fact of not having an estimated time of arrival on items is unacceptable! I will never order from them again! I would've been ok had it said "order will arrive in 10days" at least I know when to expect it. This is the worst of the worst. I would never recommend this to anyone!

Fashion Nova - Unfulfilled order and no answer to several emails and phone calls

Today i wrote a 3rd time about the same matter (both times prior I received an authomated reply to say fashionnova was backed up). My order # [protected] has been sitting in my account unfulfilled for now 2 weeks. I purchased enough to qualify for free 2 day shipping. In fact 416.08 US dollars was taken out of my bank account, yet nothing has been done towards getting the merchandise purchased to me, this is starting to look a lot like theft. I have tried calling a couple times, the calls went to what seems like an answering machine. This is terrible customer service, and reflects very poorly on the company, this makes fashion nova look like a hoax, like it's not legit. I would like to actually get a response this time to see how I can get what I paid for or my money back if the company is not planning on shipping me anything.
