I placed my order the 15th of Oct. I have yet to receive my email about shipping. I go on the website and see them saying that they are relocating their distribution centre and there would be minor delays. This is passed minor. I have sent emails and yet no response. I want a shipping refund or my order asap. It's suppose to be a gift for my mom! This is ridiculous! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION! Had I not gone on the website searching for some sort of answer. I wouldn't have seen that notice.

I placed an order oct 15 2018 and I got the confirmation for it but never got anything since that. It's been a week. I made 2 huge separate orders .. I order clothes from here all the time and never had an issue. I want my money back !or my clothes to get shipped to me. Something needs to happen. This isn't okay for anyone. Fashion nova needs to take action soon! They're taking everyone's money.

Fashion nova did not ship my jeans that I ordered for my birthday.. Worst bday ever because of them.. Bbb please help me get my item or my refund.. We are starting a fashion nova protest group so they will stop taking people hard earned money! This is the second time this has happened and I still spent my money again.. This is not right to hard working people who want something to wear for a birthday, holiday, upcoming events etc.. They don't understand how it feels to have faith in a company that does false advertising. Please help these people gotta be stop. My friends and myself is willing to go the extra mile and do whatever it takes for someone to listen about how fashion nova is treating people money.. They don't answer the phone never they don't email back, they hang up on people all the time.. Please help us fashion nova shoppers we are being robbed by them

I placed an order since 10/18/18, it said two days shipping and I'm still waiting for an email that said my items were shipped...I sent like 3 emails I called but I got no answer I was depending on those things cause it's my birthday. I ordered from fashion nova a lot of times and I never had this problem and I don't know what's the use there's a customer service number and nobody answers...but I must say if they wouldn't ship my stuff I need a full refund or I'll grt the better business bureau involved ave this is the last time I'll order from them...

I placed an order 2 1/2 weeks ago as a surprise bday gift to have before 10/24. & paid for 2day shipping Order never came my attempt to reach someone via email & telephone have been unsuccessful, it wasn't until I mentioned contacting the Better Business Bureau that I received an email saying the order supposedly ships 72hrs after ordering again its been well over 2weeks with NO package! This was my very first time ordering from Fashion Nova and it will very well be my last time order from Fashion Nova!

I placed an order on 10/13 and spend the qualifying amount for expedited shipping. I have not received my order and my attempts to contact customer service via phone and email have failed. When calling the phone just rang with no response. Through email customer service the representative do not address my issue instead they pacify me with a generic message without actually addressing or attempting to resolve my issue. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB (BETTER BUSINESS beraru) and I encounter all who read this to do so. Through the BBB complaint the company has 3 days to respond to the complaint with a resolution.

I placed an order on 10/16/18 and have yet to receive it or an email stating it was shipped. It has been a week and I have called (no answer, just hold and then hung up on) and emailed several times with no response. I am livid and will never order from here again. I've ordered dozens of times and spent thousands of dollars easily. I don't have this issue with prettylittlethings

I placed an order on Oct.17 with a store credit I had revived from a previous order. Paid for 2 day shipping. It is oct. 23 still have not received order and have reached out to customer service 4 times via email at least and countless times via phone with no response. The customer service via phone is horrible and you are literally not able to reach an actual person. I received what seems like an automated email response on today, oct.23, saying to be patient that my order has not been forgetten but that still the order has not been shipped. I order the items for an event on the 27th and will most likely now not receive them by then. I have never experienced this problem before with fashion Nova and am extremely angry. I feel as if they have stolen my money and I can't even contact them to have them cancel the order!

Never will I shop there again.
I have an account with Fashion Nova and am extremely reachable by email and phone. Looking forward to seeing how they will address this issue.

I placed an order on october 14th and spent 82$ for the 2 day shipping 10 days later and no package I was never even Emailed a tracking number I have sent about six emails and no reply They are supposed to contact us if there is a delay and didn't have the class to even do that the fact that we can't speak to a real representative is ridiculous do not orded from fashion nova they are a joke where is my package !

I have left voicemails, emails, instagram post with no response. I am highly disappointed in this corporations customer service. This has gone on for a month now. I would like my full credits for my returned items so I can complete a order and be done with this. I have requested a manager multiple times with no call or email from anyone fixing this situation. I am only be credited for 1 item when I returned 4. The other items I returned in the same package I paid to ship was as follows;

Beastly Beauty Jumpsuit Navy 1x

Tina Oversized cardigan- Ivory 1x

Knot your girl pants- blank xl

Leopard white lies top- brown 2x
I have not received credit for anything but the cardigan sweater.

3 days ago I received someone else's package, not MY order. I sent multiple emails and left messages on the customer service number. It's ridiculous you cannot speak to a live person. Their automated emails say you will receive a response within 24 hours, that is a LIE. I am very disppointed and have no idea if I will ever receive a response OR my order! $30 down the drain. I want to dispute the charge with my bank. Shame on Fashion Nova!

I placed an order with Fashion Nova on October 12th. I paid for 2 day shipping. 6 days after my order was placed, I emailed customer support because there was NO movement on my order ( It was still showing as unfulfilled. ) When I emailed customer support I received 2 emails, one right after the other. The first email I received was from "a customer support agent" but the email seemed like an automatic response. The email told me that the order would be sent out soon and thanked me for my patience. The 2nd email I received stated that there were "delays, " and told me I could 1.) Wait for my order 2.) Click the link below and cancel my order / request a refund by gift card or a refund to my original payment method. The email also stated that if the order did not ship 10 days after I originally placed the order, It would automatically be canceled and refunded to my original payment method.
I did not want them to cancel my order and refund it to my original payment method, because I new it would take even longer to get my money back because I would have to wait for bank processing time.

I decided to wait to cancel my order until 9 days after I placed it. So on October 21st, I clicked the link they provided and I attempted to cancel my order and requested a refund by gift card. On Monday October 22nd I still had not received a gift card, and when I checked my order status, it was not canceled and it had not shipped.

I emailed customer service immediately and asked them why my order was not "automatically canceled, since it has been 10 days since I placed the order, " and I asked them why I had not received the refund by gift card as I requested.

I received an email from customer service explaining to me that my order was going to ship very soon and to keep an eye on my email for a tracking number.

This makes NO sense to me considering:
1.) I placed my order 11 days ago and nothing has happened with my order ( except them taking my money)
2.) When I emailed them they told me that if an order isn't shipped 10 days after the order is placed it will be automatically canceled and refunded ( that did not happen)
3.) I was also told I could cancel my order by clicking the link they provided, and request a refund by gift card ( which I did 9 days after placing my order ) and I did not receive that as well.

I'm actually VERY pissed off, because I have been doing early Christmas shopping, and after I placed that order on the 12th of October, I placed 4 other order between the 14th and 16th) NOT thinking there would be this much of a delay.

So now they have about $450 of my money, and I have NOTHING to show for it. Definitely NOT ordering from them again. This is ludicrous

I ordered with fashion nova on 5th oct and today it is 23rd Oct still haven't received my order. I have been trying to contact them via calls and emails but noone has gotten back to me. Considering the name and fame of fashion nova their customer service is pretty [censored]. I am very disappointed and frustrated, I have no idea if I am ever going to receive the order or a refund.
What a waste of time, money and energy

I ordered items in stock on October 17th with the expectation I receive it before I leave to go on my trip in which I leave October 27th I've sent many emails now here it is 5 days later and I'm being told about a delay! That is so unprofessional I am not happy and if I don't receive not only a better response or my items I'm reporting you to the better business bureau and on Facebook for bad advertising and business! You are playing with people's money and that ain't cool I will NEVER shop here again! I want my stuff or my money back

Hellooo I'm worried about my order i place my order in 10/16/2018 and also pay for 2 days delivered and I don't received any news about it ? It's still unfulliment, So anybody can help my to know what happens with my order please! I call costumer service and they never answer and i also send to many emails and never received a answer.

I recently ordered a track suit for $25. It charged my card but I didn't realize I had messed up on the delivery address. I tried to go back to the website and my order to fix it but it doesn't let me and I've emailed the support system and gotten no reply. I have waiting on the phone for over 10 minutes with no reply and now my package is being sent back to fashionnova. How can I fix my address and get it delivered to the right place ?

I made two orders, one on the 12th of October and another on the 13th. I received the second order in a few days but here we are on the 21st and my first order still hasn't shipped out yet. They did not contact me about the delay. I had to reach out to them. The emails were very generic and still did not tell me when I would receive my order. I get sometimes orders are delayed but if that's the case, how did I get my second order first? At this point, I just want my money back.

I am so disappointing my first fashionnova experience... I made an order on their website of the few items, most importantly I wanted to buy a dress for special occasion of mine. But the date of the occasion has passed and i've never received my dress. What is more, I tried to contact the support service but there was no reply from them. I tried several times and still no reply. I even asked for the refund but they ignored my email. On the tracking website it says that my parcel has been delivered but I haven't received anything. I am very disappointed in fashionnova and it makes me feel very anxious about purchasing stuff online because you never know what company is going to ditch you.. Girls and boys never buy from fashion nova! They are liars!

I placed an order on october 11, with a second day shipping. Today is the oct 20th haven't received anything. I sent an email to them and no reply yet. They already took my money as fast as the wind blows but my order or an email reply nothing. We customers only have the option to email that's it they don't provide us with phone numbers. All we can do is wait until they decide to reply. I got tired of waiting and I am concerned that I will not see my money or my order. I would like a refund and after this incident I will not order from them ever again.

I placed my order on 10/15/2018 I received my confirmation number but have not received my tracking number. I've ordered from them about 5 times in the past and I usually receive my tracking number by the next day.. I've reached out to see if there is an issue with my order but no response I would just like to be updated on what's going on if they are backed up or having a delay it would be nice if they just said so and I am pissed that I won't have my outfit for tomorrow!
