Fashion Nova clothing

Hi i ordered a popping champagne ruffle set and all i got was the top...i didnt recieve the pants...please please respond...i love ordering from you guys but everytime i have ordered lately things have been going wrong...i can't wear the outfit without the pants...it was paid for as a set...how did it not come as a set...i just need my small popping champagne pants

Fashion Nova customer service/ clothes

I ordered $100 worth of merchandise, most items were too small I called for days finally get a answer just to be told more than half my items are not refundable, so the items that were returnable I shipped priority mail so they received it immediately. I had to pay $15 to ship the items back plus the items I could not fit I'm out of over $50 just to purchase clothes from a company that doesn't answer your call. been a week I been calling everyday all day sense I mailed the items no answer. Where is my credit they owe me over $70, first and last time ordering from Fashion Nova very upset. Need my money back NOW!

Fashion Nova missing items

My package arrived today ( 05/30/18) and as I was going through the items I initially realized I was missing 3 items. I took my time and went through the bag and check the packaging slip and it wasn't there. I tried calling (was on hold for 40 min) and never heard from anyone. I've sent Fashion nova countless emails about this but no reply. I tried reaching out on social media but I doubt it'll work. I just want my skirt, and the 2 out of 3 pieces to my romper set. So far I'm very unhappy with the unprofessionalism

Fashion Nova stealing money

Well. Austin then emails me back and says they can't accept the tracking number I must present the actual reciept. However the post office was unable to go back that far and print a reciept but the manager stated is shouldn't be an issue because I have the tracking number. This order was 189.00 can I live without sure I can but it's the principle..

I returned items march 5th. I emailed fashion nova they requested information I already sent with the return. I gave them the information they needed original sales reciept returns reciept and TRACKING NUMBER where it clearly states (if they take the time to look it up) my returned items were delivered to them on march 13th. I'm taking legal action

at this point im taking legal action. I've also been in contact with CARDI B who promote this company she is willing to share my experience across her social media. I recommend you all reach out to a celebrity spokes person for them to share you experience may be once they sales to down they will understand customer service and not steal our money

Everyone reach out to a celebrity or someone who promote this company on Instagram and let them know your experience most have been nice enough to share mine. People work hard for there money and if they steal from one they will continue. Social media is a big platform so we should spread the word #FashionNovaFails2IssueRefundsOrGiftCards4Returns#

Fashion Nova delivery

My orders are #[protected] and #[protected]. But it's been more than 2 weeks I haven't received them. But when I placed the order, it said that it takes 5-10 days to receive. I track my order and try to call the shipment company but they say they don't have any package from fashion nova. I need my order ASAP or pls refund my money because I will travel soon so I will not be able to get my stuff.

Fashion Nova still haven't received my items since march!

I ordered for my items since march, and I have still not heard a word from you guys nor anything to calm me down. This is outrageous. I called the shipping service usps to check and see if they are the ones delaying with my items and they said No, they just have the shipment information but they havent received the items for shipment yet! If that is so, why did you people scam me by sending that affidavit form that I filled long ago and I still havent heard anything. I tried calling your customer line to tell my problem but no one answered. Its either you ship my items or I get a refund and I wont bother to shop with you guys again, if this is how your services are. Very terrible.

Fashion Nova shoes I purchased for daughter prom heels snapped off as soon as she stood up 6951370

I sent photos and was also upset that i'd paid for 2 day shipping that took much longer.
When I sent the photos I received a great email from wilmer telling me that they would make it right and even give me $10 for shipping.

So I get the shoes all packaged up only to get another email just hours later from edwin machado saying he was taking back the offer of making it right because I resent a photo just to make sure the person I was working with saw them and he said it wasn't in the 2-day requirement. If you want to see the soles so I can prove they were never worn...

I unfortunately couldn't send them immediately because I spent all my extrta money on prom. Btw: she couldn't find the right shoes and was so upset she didn't even go.

I'm a huge customer of yours and go to california 4 times a year and always include a shopping trip to your store.

Fashion Nova delivery

Hi my name is sameer.Im from India . my order no. R000004266819. Firstly I've placed Order on 1st January 2018 and till April first week I didn't receive my order and they refunded my money after sending numerous mails. And again they gave me the fashionnova credits so I was having no option other than ordering again.so I placed my order again on 7th April. Again it's going to be 2 months I've not received my order. Basically it would be 6 months. It was my girlfriend birthday on jan 21st and i had order for her .but I couldn't gift her anything because my money got stuck there. They're not helping me in anytime track my order and deliver it to me asap.im fed up now waiting since 6 months.

Fashion Nova gift card

It's been three months and I still haven't gotten my gift card . I contacted the better business bureau and fashionnova stated they would send my gift card via email and I still haven't gotten my gift card . I would like my gift card considering I've waited for over three months . I read complaints online and other customers have the same issue I would like this issue to be resolve before I take further actions . I shouldn't have to wait this long for a gift card this is ridiculous.

Fashion Nova delivery

My order #[protected] I ordered 7 items on May 12th for $198.34. On May 17th I received only 2 of the items I purchased. I've been emailing with Fashion Nova info and have been told I cannot received the rest of my purchase because it's against policy and would instead get an e-gift card to their store. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Not a gift card to repurchase! Why on this earth would I want to purchase again and risk the exact same thing happening again, which from the looks of it happens to people EVERYDAY! I really wish I would have looked into these reviews before purchasing with this scam of a company. Too bad they stuff is really cute because they're a horrible company to deal with.

Fashion Nova returns department

I returned items back in october 2017. I never received a refund, so I contacted fn. After speaking with like 3 different people, one finally verified and apologized that the returns dept never processed the return but they did track it. Then, they refunded me half of my return as if I was the one who sent it back late. No, they lost it, that's why it wasn't processed within 30 days. It's now may 2018 and I have yet to get back my full return. I can never speak to the same person. If I did, it would make everything easier and be solved. But instead, I have to reiterate and explain the situation to like 10 different people. Someone needs to reach out to me. I have another return that's been sitting here for mo this because i'm too scared to send it back and it get lost again. I need reassurance that this will not happen again!

Fashion Nova frauds - I need my money back

Fashion Nova is a scam.
Even all website with review functionality give us Consumer Alert! Saying that they are trying to artificially inflate the rating of their business (http://take.ms/ElRXb and http://take.ms/PQuZQ)!

They are thieves. They stole my money and do not want to send it back.
Here's a thing.
Ladies, if you are in the same situation as I am then start a fight.
- I purchased items and they were in stock.
- Payment (my money, real money, $) went successfully.
- I received confirmation that my parcel is on it's way.
But little did I know that after that I will receive notification saying "oops, you're items out of stock we will give you an e-giftcard".

Now, Fashion nova, I want to ask you:
1. Is it my problem that I paid and was notified that I won"t get my item due to you being out of stock when this item on your site is marked as available?
2. Why won't you send me this item once it is back since it's your fault?
3. Who told you that i'm your investor? Who allowed you to take my money without any permission?
4. When the f... Will I get full refund on my credit card back?

After tonns of attempts to talk with their customer service, they told me that they started money refund process (http://take.ms/hL5kF and http://take.ms/rr8ml), but in reality they did not do anything. How did I know that? I went to my Bank and provided all information I had about this situation, they said that they will take care of that. And they did. I got my refund after 5 weeks from the moment"Fashion nova is a scam"company told me so.

But you know what's funny?

Fashion Nova returned not all of my money back as a refund! And meanwhile they sent me a message saying that the proceeded all refund (http://take.ms/p3h2pI)! They even calculated the amount to be refunded! (http://take.ms/J4DyI). Instead of the overall sum they had to pay me they paid only $27.98! Where is my $5.59?
Scammers! Scammers! Scammers!

I need my money back.

I'm sick and tired of these frauds. We need to sue them. And institute class action on the grounds on illicit enrichment.
So everyone, who got suffered from Fashion Nova - send a message to my lawyer's email [protected]@gibsondunn.com along with description of what happened with a theme"Fashion Nova Class Action".

Fashion Nova took my money cancelled and cancelled my shipment

I paid for overnight shipping and they sent me a tracking number because they had shipped my stuff. Hours later, i got an email that they have cancelled my shipment: no reasons given and they charged me. I used to love them but they are trash and their customer services is unreliable, disgusting, and annoying because nobody picks up. They are more concerned about cardi b and other rich folks.

Fashion Nova reimbursement of undelivered order

I NEVER received my order. The order number is 7570434, it was meant to be shipped to South Africa. I have checked with the courier which you indicated would be shipping my order and they insist that the package had left for South Africa on 11 September 2017. I've also tried to check with my local post office for the package and there is no package there. I in addition checked the tracking number given and found out that the package was in LA in March 2018 & yet no one from FashionNova bothered to contact me & inform me of this. After various emails sent to [protected]@fashionnova.com an Eylin Rodriguez responded on 26 April 2018 stating that a refund would be sent to my account within 5-10 working days. I waited for that period and there was still no money in my account, I then sent ANOTHER email to the same [protected]@fashionnova.com indicating that my money STILL hadn't been reimbursed as promised, then a Gabriel Monja responded on 14 May stating that my refund is being processed. But the most bizarre thing is I still don't have my reimbursement, instead the very same Gabriel Monja has sent an email on 21 May 2018 saying that my query has been changed to get store credit. I DONT WANT ANY STORE CREDIT FROM FASHIONNIVA BECAUSE OF THE DISHONESTY DISPLAYED BY THE STORE, I DONT WANT TO SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON A DISHONEST COMPANY THAT OBVIOUSLY LOOKS TO SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY. I SIMPLY WANT MY MONEY AND TO CUT ALL TIES WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Fashion Nova never received my credit

I returned my order, with tracking information. The post office has confirmation that someone received, the package and I still can't get my credit. I have sent emails and no one is getting back to me. I am definitely going to take some kind of action for this. I don't understand they are saying they never received it. The lady at the post office say they do this all the time so they don't have to give credits to the customer. She says they received hundreds of complaints from this company. I will NEVER order from them again after today.

Fashion Nova return department

I returned my package LAST MONTH back to fashion nova because the items didn't fit.
I was never refunded a e-card so I emailed them and I got an email back saying they received my e mail and that it takes up to 24 hours to get a response, so I waited. A week past by, I didn't get a response. So I sent out another e mail and got the same email... again no one contacted me! I keep sending out emails and I'm getting no response from anyone! One lady did say she received my package and it was being processed and that was it, never got an email back from her. I'm concerned because I spent over $300 on clothes and I'm being ignored as if no one in that department cares.

Fashion Nova my lost items

I ordered items during march and by now im supposed to receive my item but i got an email saying that the shipping company does not know where my items are, meanwhile its their responsibility to ensure that every customer gets their items and satisfaction they need. Uptill now, they keep sending automated messages and no reply from one of their customer services. I want my ordered items asap in Ghana!

Fashion Nova lost package

I order a dress for prom from fashion nova on May 6, 2018, I paided $6 for the domestic today shipping meaning it will be coming fast as possible... I've been contacting the Nova team by email 24/7 about my dress not having tracking updates... so finally on the 14th a team member emailed me back saying it take 5-7 day but remind you I've made the order on the 6th meaning it was supposed to been here by now so I contacted them again & they said UPS loss my package so it took them a long time for them to realize my package was lost so now I have no prom dress

Fashion Nova my order

I made a order on may the 8th 2018, I just recieve it may 15th. I only recieve two of my items im missing 6 items, they send me a black bodysuit that I did not order them it had a big hole in it. I have spent alot of money with fashion nova and for them to pull some [censored] like this its [censored]ed up. I have been calling no one never answers, I have send so many emails no one never replies. I need my [censored]ing money are my items that I'm missing! Fashion Nova wrong order and customer service

BEWARE! I ordered over $100USD worth of products at the beginning of May and Fashion Nova sent me the completely wrong order. On the packaging, they had my address with someone else's name. On the packing slip, they had the same incorrect addresses name and address, so clearly they do not do final checks when preparing and sending out orders. I am going on vacation as well as celebrating a birthday at the end of the month and when they finally responded, they said that I had to return the items and they will send me an e-credit. I advised many times that I do not want a credit, I simply want my original order sent to me asap. I have yet to hear from them and I think its really sad that they do all of this promotion on social media especially with celebrities then turn around and have HORRIBLE customer service. This will be the last time I order from them.
