I placed an order on the 22 and even after 2 days shipping have yet to receive it almost a week later. On top of that I have been waiting for a credit for almost 3 weeks from a previous order. I cut them some slack with the holiday but then saw that my friend received her order placed on the same day. When I email them they don't respond due to high volume which is upsetting because I'm left clueless at where the stuff I ordered is. Now everything that I have ordered is out of stock !
