FashionMe.comorder taking too long to ship

I placed 2 orders (D2045213 and D2046211) several weeks ago, with hopes of receiving tracking information in 3 - 7 business days like my confirmation email said. It's been well past that point. I'm hoping to speak with a representative but it seems that they don't have a customer phone number. What steps can I take from here? I am very unsatisfied with the service I am receiving.
