Over 400$ order, Never [censored]* shipped! never replied to emails or calls or anything at all.. I had to dispute the payment with my bank to get a refund.! Literally the only emails I got were automated ones I tried, email, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram no response once or ever, phone number is pointless rings and rings and nobody asnwers ever. Don't wast you're time seriously what a [censored]* joke.

Not to mention the clothes are all from China they just attach a "fashion Nova" tag on some of them from what I seen on YouTube.

After spending hundreds of dollars on Fashion Nova this summer I have decided that I will no longer waste my time or money on their merchandise. Most of the clothes I have ordered are poor quality and look absolutely nothing like the pictures. Also the return policy for this company is the worst I have ever encountered. The customer has to pay to return merchandise regardless of the reason for the return. The shipping cost is just as much as the items themselves; so the customer still pays for something they have no use for.

All of the celebrities promoting fashion nova must be getting paid to do so because the items I have received this summer have been low quality and cheap looking. For example, I have enclosed a photo of pants I wore one time and the zipper got permanently stuck. Unfortunately, for me it was 30 days after my purchase and plus I already wore them so I just have to suck it up and take the loss (according to the return policy). In the other picture you will see a white outfit that came to me looking dingy like it had been worn before. Therefore, I have decided that I will not waste anymore of my money with this company.

A Disappointed Fashion Nova Customer

so I ordered a romper from fashionnova on 7/20 and a couple days later I got an email saying my package was on its way, ok great. I go to track my package and it says pending. The facility they shipped it to stated they haven't received the package, but got the shipping data. By this point my money has already been taken out and I still have yet to receive the romper and it is 7/31. I email them 3 times and on the 3rd time finally got a response, stating that what happens after they ship out a package is not their fault and to file a claim which can take up to 30 days. This is ridiculous, poor customer service. All they do is take your money, they don't care about their customers. I won't be purchasing from them anymore.

The company is a complete and utter SCAM! I returned two clothing items which amounted to around £40 and had to pay for shipping on top of it, it has been 3 weeks since I returned it and have sent Fashionnova numerous emails with my proof of postage attached and yet I have received no reply. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY WHO USES CELEBRITIES TO SEEM LEGIT! DO NOT BELIEVE, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

After hearing so much about this site I decided to place an order July 24th for my NYC trip coming up Aug 3rd, 18. On July 27th I received an email stating order delay it told me I could cancel my order if I did not want to wait with a refund to my original payment. I started to get worry on july 28th I still had not received any info regarding an estimate shipping date so I decided to cancel my order on the link from my email. So I went further to make sure it was cancelled by emailing them to get verification I recieved an email back from customer care stating unfortunately once your order is placed they can not modify edit or cancel it. So if I was displeased or unsatisfied with the order I would have to return the items and get an E-gift which is UNACCEPTABLE. For this business to be in such popular demand they have alot of work to do regarding customer service, shipping, & cancellation policy! I did not pay with an gift card and I will not be doing business with them anylonger. I filed an complaint to BBB.com because this place is an scam. I will dispute my charges with my bank because I don't want my order thats why I cancelled it before it was shipped out.

I placed an order from Fashion Nova for over $170 on 6/7/2018 for the first time (order # [protected]). I was advised the shipping would take 6- 10 working days ( I live in Sydney, Australia). It has been over 16 days and still no order received. I have followed up with Fashion Nova via email and advised to wait for up to 30 days and to check the tracking history. The tracking history is out of date, last information provided on 18/7/2018, which shows the order arrived at the delivery terminal in Australia. I requested an up to date tracking history from Fashion Nova however they have not provided this information. I was then told to contact the carrier in which I emailed and have not heard from them in over a week. My Fashion Nova account highlights that the order has been fulfilled but have not received my order.
I purchase goods/products online all the time and I have never had such an appalling experience: waiting so long to receive an order, providing out of date tracking information and poor customer service from Fashion Nova.
I want to know where my order is and when it will be delivered. Otherwise I want a refund for an order I never received.

I place an order 07/21/18 with Fashion Nova; being checking status on shipment date, no tracking information provided. I started sending emails daily. Four days later receive an email stating they have no estimated date of delivery of my order, I can CANCEL. I opted to CANCEL order and wanted to know the EXACT date my refund would be returned to my credit card. I was told by Ceida Diaz in an email they cannot cancel no matter if it has not shipped. Okay then refund me my money or provide me the EXACT date my order will be shipped. Until this day, I have not received neither.

It makes no sense at all they have 24/hour customer service and i get totally ignored. 7 times I sent email and no respond. I sent some items back and they recieve them a month now and no money back. I'm having a nervous breakdown. I trusted this site so much now it's a big disappointment.

This place is so stupid I accidentally put the wrong address & noticed real quick but I couldn't even change like wth what is the big deal? My order hasn't even been shipped & not only that but it is taking long to do so but I'm glad
Anyway only way to contact them is by email & they take a day to reply, their customer service number doesn't even help at all because there is no one to talk too & it's pretty stupid because all the machine tells you to do it go to the website

Fashion nova never restocks anything i order the exclusive khaki overalls I get to my basket it's sold out I'm like okay maybe they will restock .. I waited a month in a half for those exclusive overalls-khaki I contact customer service they keep telling me to sign up for email notify I did that over 5 times this sad because I really loved the pants

I am so disappointed I paid money for jeans and they came with a bleach stain I think it's quite disgusting why should I go out my way to send them back when it wasn't my mistake? I have sent numerous emails no one is getting back to me I am so so upset by this. You should be sending me a new pair out immediately ! As soon as I opened the package I took a picture immediately I am shocked that you can send me jeans like this with such a high profile name ! I wouldn't think you would not get back to a customer if it's your fault!

I returned 4 items and even sent a detailed email describing the items I returned. I have spent over $700 on that site and it's a damn shame that they have avoided and ignored 7 of my emails. I even commented on their FB and IG to no avail. I have introduced 4 coworkers to them and we all looked forward to our packages. Now, because of this, we are all on FN strike until they right their wrong and at least acknowledge me. I returned 4 items and they credited me 2 and 1 item that wasn't even returned. I am so disappointed because I was a faithful and avid shopper, constantly telling everyone I knew about how great their clothes are. But their Customer Service has truly disappointed me.

I've made the same order more than 5 times and they continue to issue me a refund within an hour or two of placing my order. Every item is still in stock and I've emailed and called and still haven't heard back from them at all. My billing information is accurate so I'm just not understanding what is going on. It doesn't make sense at all and it's a shame because I frequently order from them and this is the first time I've experienced anything like this.

They made a mistake as far as the size on my order and would not correct it! And I've tried calling the corporate number and no answer! I feel like I'm getting ripped off. And they wouldn't even make the effort to fix their mistake. They are very unprofessional and customer service is terrible. No way to reach anyone on the phone no real corporate number where my issue could be addressed with concern.

I made a purchase and was supposed to receive it in time for my trip . However they did not ship in time. My package was delivered 2 hours after my flight departed and I returned home 4 days later. When I opened and tried on the items one of the pants had a defective zipper so I had no choice but to pay to have the item returned. they don't provide free return labels even if they are at fault. I have to pay the fee and submit the receipt to them and will only be compensated $10 even though I paid more than $10. I then get a reply saying I'm not going to get ANY compensation because they weren't notified 2 days after the item was delivered and was directed to their policy page. I sent them proof that I was out of town and was not able to hover over my mailbox to try on my clothes when they arrived and got a reply basically saying tough luck. if that's not poor customer service idk what is. I was not expecting to be inconvenienced with faulty items and there way of showing customer appreciation is by pulling this kid of stunt. I hate shopping with Fashion Nova and now I'll be stuck with an in store credit AGAIN! and will have to risk getting another faulty item when I'd rather just take my business elsewhere. Currently filing a dispute.

I am peeved at this point because I ordered 3 items on the 28th of April and to this day I have not received anything. It was an international order and I expected to wait a month at most but this is now ridiculous. Even on your tracking it shows the last update as being the 15th of May - can you please do something to at least expedite the process if this has to do with customs or what not. Its not fair that Ive had to wait for so long particularly since the items I ordered were winter items and now winter is coming to an end! At least if you had put awarning on your website to say such delays are possible but you haven't! Instead you were just happy to take my money. Fashionnova I need you to fix this please. according to my email my package from fashion nova was to be delievered at my home at 11:26am however, there was no package nor am I able to speak with a live person I've contacted ontrac in which I was advised to contact Fashion Nova but to no avail I need the items for my birthday and I paid for items that I haven't received! very disappointed!bthe order number is [protected] this occurred to day july 17th. I placed the order july 13, 2018

I placed an order on 6/21/2018, Item read delivered on 6/25/2018. I never received package. Post office had me contact Fashion Nova, fashion nova had me contact Post office. I've contacted BOTH parties! Still no package. I want a refund or re-delivery. I dont have money to waste. I've heard really good things about fashion nova, but this is the worst!

I placed an order for several items. The items never arrived. I needed the items before my trip out of town. since it was the weekend customer service was closed. I placed the order again for the exact same items to have before I leave, paying yet once again. item status is still unfulfilled and won't arrive before my trip. I was told that I could not be refunded for the second order which would not be here in time and to file a claim for the first order. I'm out of over 200 bucks now.

Everyone has been raving about FashionNova, commercials everywhere on Instagram, so I decided to try it. First purchase was just dresses and pants, when they arrived, I was beyond shocked! Quality was poor, material too thin, irregular stitchings, no sizing on the tag just like an ebay dress from China, the medium dress looking like XXS.

I realized I can't get my money back, I just threw away money for something I could never wear. They kept bombarding my email with deals, I decided to try their accessories since I've made up my mind to never shop their clothings. The earrings and crossbag arrived and looked nothing like the pictures which in retrospect were excessively photoshopped. The earrings looked washed and used, the crossbag looks smaller than pictured, more like a toddler's purse.

I live in DC and will be reporting this company to Customers' Rights, this is broad-day theft, over-photoshopped photos of products that lure customers to pay for products that are nothing like advertised and your money is not refunded.
