Fashion Nova fashion nova/1 day shipping

Bought something for the 4th of july on sunday 7/1 because fashion nova said I could have it today with 1 day shipping. Woke up this morning to a email stating that my order was cancelled from fashion nova and to call the courier. So I called the courier and they told me the company cancelled my order? Why would fashion nova send me an email to contact the courier like It was their fault. FedEx told me they never sent them the package to deliver. Only reason why I bought anything off them was for the 1 day shipping. And from seeing other complaints on here I am not the only one that happened to today. Every single time I called customer service I was on hold for 20 minutes each time and then the system hung up on me. They didn't respond to my email either. Fashion Nova is just a scam. I better get my money back.

The EXACT same thing happened to me! Ordered on Sunday with the 1 day shipping promo. Then got an email that there was a delivery exception. Called FedEx and they tell me that the company never sent them the package. I've emailed them 3 times and tried to call customer service, only to be hung up on. I needed the outfit for my birthday tomorrow, but that is all ruined. I better get my money back!

Yep exact thing. I ordered Sunday was supposed yo get it today.. And I actually paid 15 dollars 4 the 1 day shipping bc I used a 40% off code instead. Well my order was cancelled.. I called waited on hold for 25 mins. I did talk to someone she said they had to change the carrier from fed ex to usps and they'll be refunding my 15 dollars.. So yea she said she'll send me my new tracking number and I should still receive my package.. and of coarse she never did send me the tracking number and I never got the package so idk. When I tried to call again I couldn't get through.. This is why I dont online shop!

The EXACT same thing happened to me today. Down to the same dates and all... Then they have the audacity to post on Twitter 20mins ago that they have free one day shipping right now. They can’t even get it together for the ones that PAID. I’m so furious. I’ve called soooooo many times. Fb Dm, emailed.. I just want my money back at this point. They’ve stolen from us- literally !

Fashion Nova shipping

I placed an order on June 27th. A shipping label was created June 27, 2018 at 3:31am for my order. Today it is July 3, 2018. I have placed this order to have 2 day shipping, but haven't seen any movement from fashion nova. I'm highly upset. I have ig dm, fbook message, and sent an email to fashionnova itself NO RESPONSE! this will be my last time ordering from them!

Fashion Nova shipment was cancelled randomly

I ordered from Fashion Nova a few days ago and everything was going smoothly until I got an email this morning saying that my order was cancelled. It said that the shipper cancelled it. I either want my money back with a explanation why it was cancelled or I want my shipment. My order number is [protected]. This is my first time ordering from Fashion Nova and if this isn't resolved I won't be ordering from here again.

Fashion Nova missing items

I cannot believe this. I placed my order 7 days ago and i emailed them asking for a tracking number since their website says 2 DAY SHIPPING, yet I receive the a week later...once I receive my order, the biggest item is missing...MY HEELS. how do you forget to include my heels in my order an then say in my receipt that it was fulfilled and delivered in full? I have been trying to contact customer service about this issue and I get NO RESPONSE to my emails, and the 1-800 number just has me on hold with no answer. I am trying to find a solution here I just cant believe how unprofessional this is!

Also I am still waiting on another order that was placed 4 days ago and I needed my items before 4th of July. I still have no tracking number. TERRIBLE!

Fashion Nova soiled clothes and wrong order

I AM CURRENT UNDERGOING THE SAMETREAT MENT! I PAID FOR TWO DAY SHIPPING FROM LAST WEEK! This is ridiculous I either want my money back or my shipping fee! OR THE ITEMS AT LEAST BECAUSE I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN THEM. Aside from all of that before I order a couple of things along with a dress that was soiled and some pants and I got a way different pants from what I ordered. I complained about them both and I'm yet to get a response from Fashion Nova about the resolution of my complaint.I should have learnt my lesson from my last encounter but I most definitely will this time around!

Fashion Nova jeans

I ordered a pair of jeans 6/22/18 and I still haven't received them. I been tracking them and it said that it's still in transit to the facility. On the website you all promote 2 day shipping. It's been five days for those pants and it's already been 2 days for the other pair I ordered 6/25/18. I'm a very unhappy coustomer I want the items I paid for.

Fashion Nova refund

I order two shirts and they never delivered. I thought fashion nova was better than that but just ended up being Chinese clothing rip off. I'm calling fashion nova customer service non stop and all I get is an answer then hangs up. Someone please shut fashion nova down. What kind of company is this? They're probably doing illegal things. I heard some other of co workers, & friends say that they shouldn't be trusted but I seen that celebrities would post about them. Now I understand their customers don't get the same service as they do.

Fashion Nova everything

They're clothes are very cheaply made and rip too easy. No one answers the phone when trying to contact customer care. They're overly expensive. They also won't give a refund through my card. When trying to return they don't have a free printable label to so i have to go spend more money on buying a new return label. Fashion nova is overall just not what I exprected and will no longer be associating with them. Very disappointed.

Fashion Nova package never delivered

I placed an order June 8th - Order [protected] - usually it takes 2 days to be delivered since I'm a California resident.

It's been over 2 weeks and Fashion Nova keep telling me to wait 24-48 hours for my tracking #. The initial one provided is obsolete. I rang the OnTrac and provided them with the number and I was told they never received the package, only the label was printed to generate a tracking # for me. I ordered over $75 worth of merchandise and have emailed every day. I keep getting the same answer. Wait 24-48 hours. I am not asking for a refund, just the products that I was charged for.

I have sent screenshots of my order noted as 'fulfilled' on my account when it has not been, I've sent the tracking # stating on the OnTrac website that they are still waiting for fashion nova to fulfill the order along with their emailed response. This is outrageous and as a loyal Fashion Nova customer I am appalled. I order from them every month and all I want are my goods.

Fashion Nova denim jeans 38.00

I never received my item. Says it was delivered. I never received a knock on the door. I waited by my door just in case so I wouldn't miss it. I even ran outside when I received the message saying it was delivered. My neighbor was outside. She didn't even see the ontrac delivery truck stop here. I called management. On trac manager says the driver shoved it through our gate because it was locked. I checked there is no way a package could fit through this gate. I sent claims form. This was supposedly delivered 4/18/2018. It is now 6/21/18 still no refund. This is such a headache and real upsetting. I want my money back.

This has happened to me three times already. It said my items were delivered and they never were. I emailed fashion nova a week ago and still haven't received a response. It's weird because the day my order was "Shipped" that same day it stated that it was delivered to my house. Like how is that even possible? What number can i call to speak to someone? I spent like 60 dollars, and this is money i worked for. Beyond upset!

Fashion Nova refund policy

THEY WILL REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY IF YOU RETURN.
Fashion Nova will only issue store credit for returns. A bunch of crap for an online retailer. I was a first time customer at Fashion Nova. I placed several orders with them in a couple of days time (preparing for an upcoming vacation). The first order was delivered and I did not like most of my purchases. The clothes were made cheaply and not the quality I prefer to wear. I saved all original packaging, receipts, packing slip, forms and returned the next day. As I was going to return I noticed all of the online complaints about their return policy and refusal to issue a refund - only store credit. I do not WANT TO ORDER ANY MORE FROM THIS STORE. I sent a message asking for a refund to my card and have been told that is not their policy. I gave them their merchandise back in a timely fashion, unworn and with tags. I want my money back. In reading about their return policy, it seems you have to order through PayPal to get around this "policy." Consumers are doing that so that their money is protected.

Fashion Nova order # [protected] was returned/I still received no credit back

Order # [protected] was returned and received by Fashion Nova on 5/31. I still received no credit back. The USPS tracking # is 9505514356168149234630.

I have sent emails, tweeted fashionnovahelp, sent DM on Instagram and nothing. I finally received an email on Saturday June 9th by Elias Paz advising that there is no record of my return in the system. I have returned with you guys before with no issues. He asked for me to provide the details of the order and I did and have received no response.

The order returned contained:

Honor Sequin Dress - Rose Gold - Large - $44.99

Zaria Knot Dress - Red - Medium $34.99

Rains Draped Dress - Red - $24.99

A total of $83.98 was paid after the Happy20 discount was used.

If I dont receive a response, I have no choice but to expose this lack of customer service and lack of honor in crediting back their customers.

Fashion Nova they sent me the wrong order

I ordered this dress that's been out of stock for months and when I finally got an email that it was back in stock I ordered the dress with the quickness only to receive the wrong item... And when I emailed them they said sorry for the inconvenience I they will issue me a store credit... I don't want their freaking store credit I don't ever want to shop from them again... Will post a picture... The first picture is the dress I ordered and the second one is the dress they sent me

Fashion Nova ordered clothes, lost and no service provided

No refund made, no customer service, no email response for an order upto 100 usd. No store credit. Been a month.. All I get is an automated response. #[protected]- order number

I was told I will get a store credit by samantha when I escalated the matter on twitter after repeatedly failed attempts in getting any response on email
And then no follow up no response and no ownership by fashion nova whatsoever

Fashion Nova scam

My order #[protected] was never delivered or it was stolen and I'm requesting a reshipment of my order or a refund. Otherwise, I can report FashionNova to the FTC for fraud and they can take care of it for me. The order was placed on 5/22/18 and I was expecting the almost $200 ordered to be delivered on 5/29/18, according to their online tracking system thru Ontrac. I also received an email on the expected delivery date, stating they had delivered my package. Only that wasn't true. I was home lounging in the living room and hadn't heard a single knock at the door and no one rang the doorbell. So if the package was delivered, it was stolen off my porch. I have a feeling it was never delivered. I contacted Ontrac, terrible customer service. Even though they physically handled my package they told me it has nothing to do with them and I needed to contact FashionNova. Getting in touch with FashionNova was an even bigger pain. No one answered the phone. So I emailed them and finally got a response from Alvaro. He sent me a claim form and instructed me to complete the form and he would forward to Ontrac and in 30 days they would solve it. After a few emails, Alvaro stopped responding. What they are doing is illegal. And something must be done about it. Either make improvements or shut the company down.

This same exact thing happened to me! My package "shipped" on 5/19/2018 then I got an email that I it was delivered on 5/21/2018 and it never was! After thinking that it may have been my apartment, they proved that it wasn't there fault. Then I called the post office to see what was going on with the tracking and the representative told me that the address on the tracking was completely different than what I entered. So I email Fashion Nova completely upset and expecting them to rectify the situation...NOPE. I got an email from Samir saying that I would have to file a complaint with the post office. This is completely illegal! If you put a complete different address on my order you could be sending items that I paid for to anybody in the world and you won't even fix the situation. So here I am out of $100 and the items I ordered and having to deal with this and wait on the USPS when honestly none of this is our problem. Its Fashion Nova's! All the money they use getting all these Instagram models to promote them when they need to focus on the people that have been with them from the beginning. This is complete crap!

Fashion Nova swim suit

I ordered a swim suit size Medium based on the size chart provided on the webpage. When I received the product I realized it was too small. I measured it and found ut it measures as a Small. I returned the product along with a pair of jeans. Two weeks later I contacted the customer service support team and they rudely ignored my return reason, did not investigate the issues and gave me 50% refund of the amount I paid in full! They said they take half of your money, no matter how much you paid for the product as a "restock fee." I would have been cheaper for me to pay delivery and have the item sent back to me since I know they will turn around and resell it for full price. I have yet to receive feedback on my swimsuit or the jeans which they also claimed they will refund in full. I just received auto reply emails stating my gift card for 50$ swimsuit refund is ready to be used. The agent I was speaking to has stopped responding, and no one within management has contacted me like I requested.

Fashion Nova didn't receive merchandise

My name is Lena George and I placed an order on May27, 2018. Fashion Nova took the money from my account but never sent me a confirmation email or the merchandise. I wrote to them yesterday and I haven't heard anything. I called the number that the bank told me was on the transaction and no one will answer. I used a credit card ending in 1305. I attached a copy showing the funds were taken out. Please help me resolve this.

Fashion Nova shipping

Ive been calling to try and talk to customer service because I was told my package was missing at the facility and I dont understand how that can happen. This is supposed to be a professional website. It should never take a long time to answer the phone. I wanna know where the hell my package is and how it ended up missing. Im still currently trying to get hold of them yet I still have no answer.

Fashion Nova never received store credit

Placed an order from fashion nova on 05/05/18, order was delivered 05/09/18. I dropped package off at USPS on 05/15/18, it was confirmed delivered to their returns department 05/17/18. Here we are in June the 5th of 2018 and I still have not received my credit...I get the same email every time I email them and they say to watch out for my inbox the credit will be arriving soon. It has been 14 business days and god knows how many regular days I have been patiently waiting for my credit. They state it takes 5-7 business days to receive your credit and I am now at 7 days past that time!They first tried to tell me they never got the package even though USPS confirmed it was delivered. Then later they said they have looked into my order in the returns department and found my package but I still have not gotten credited. What a terrible company, on top of paying the shipping fees to send back they also steal your hard earned money. I will be contacting the BBB soon, I don't care if the credit is only for $23, its bad business and they wouldn't be here without their customers.

Fashion Nova worst place ever

You guys have the worst customer service ever! I've spent over 700$ on fashion nova and I love the clothes but the customer service and lack of correct shipments has finally taken me over the edge. Never again. Too bad because id love to have my man dress in fashion nova men. Fix your system and train your employee's before starting a new line SMH

To have ordered a dress that was never received and then send it back while paying for shipping with money that should have been credited back to me and then not even getting the credited correct amount for the product I paid for and never received is ridiculous . On top of all of that i never get a call back and all i get is automated emails asking for information that ive already provided several times.
