B1962743 - order a series of dresses (4) - similar to others, the sizes were ridiculously understated. When I contacted them about sizing they strongly recommended I keep them and re-gift them. This was not an option and I elected to return these items to the California address for a refund.

I have written numerous times to them nicely, and most recently, quite aggressively, demanding my refund (it was over $100). I am getting a series of weak excuses - always accounting. The English is poor and there is no effort to remediate. I strongly believe they don't intend to refund my purchase.

So 6 months later, they have my money and their goods - not a bad business transaction! I feel duped and robbed. I will never recommend this site to anyone.

I am very disappointed. These clowns sent me defective items. Three dresses with lots of defects :(
Two of them are also very small, even though it's the XXXL size according to their sizing charts (I wear the S size, but I 'm too big for them). The third one is just beyond infuriating. I hate all of them.
But the worst thing is that they refused to accept them for no reason. I wrote them within several days as it was shown in their policies, but they refused anyway.
Please, be careful ordering from them. Not sure about other people's experience with this website, but I think that FashionMia management is a bunch of scammers and thieves.

In october 2017 I ordered two dresses. I paid £52.82 via paypal. Six weeks later and my dresses haven't arrived. Fashionmia say the order was never placed... So how was my money sent and received by them without an order? They make out they're based in france, but after checking, they're based in hong kong. I worked a whole day to earn that money - for nothing. Do not buy from this scamming company.

I placed order with fashionmia on 21st october for two dresses, value €42.46. I have not received any confirmation or information regarding shipping etc. The money has been taken from my account.
I am sorry that I didn't look into their company before I placed the order!
I need the dresses urgently for wedding in two weeks time!
If the dresses are out of stock, would they please return my money to my account immediately.

I placed an online order 8/12/17. The merchandise never arrived. I contacted customer service 9/29/17 via email, was advised that the order was returned to them(?), I requested an immediate refund, was told that it would take 14 days and still nothing. Repeated emails keep deflecting from my refund.
It is now 10/31/17 and I am being told that they have equipment problems in processing returns and asked if I would like credit for the site instead. This is ridiculous. In researching there is a whole group of people on Facebook with the same/similar issues. I feel that this is a bait and switch (or steal) company that is using photos of clothing from other sites and never fulfilling them or returning the customer's money.

Just like many other people I got a wrong size item and shipped it back at my expense. Ok, if it's needed to be done, ok then.
Before shipping, I contacted them to discuss all of the moments to know what to expect. Unfortunately, it was just a lie to get rid of me.
Once I shipped the item back, they stopped answering me properly. The tracking number showed that the item was received but they kept refusing it.
So I think I was cheated and now they have the item and the money. The win-win situation for them. So disrespectful...

My order was never shipped. On that note, I probably could finish my complaint, but I would like to tell you some details and reasons not to order from them.
So, they are not trustful. They sell items made of cheap materials. Honestly, no one knows what they are made of.
They take your money and disappear with it, that's what they did to me. Like I said it's been 3 weeks after I placed the order and still nothing was done whatsoever. Will they cancel and refund? Well, you have to reach their customer service at first and it's tough. If you eventually do, they may refuse saying that their policies don't let them do what you want. Of course, it will be a lie, but you won't prove anything.
So not to go through this situation, you just stay away and be happy.

I do not recommend buying from FashionMia, they are selling very low quality items and they don't accept returns. So be ready, if you're not satisfied with your order, you'll just have to accept that.
I was terrified with my order because items didn't look like pictures and everything was just a junk and I tried to get a refund, but they refused to give my money back. Their rep spoke very poor English, I simply couldn't understand a thing!
Items were made from completely different material than it was said in the description, seams were loose, and workmanship was beyond terrible. Don't buy from FashionMia if you don't want to lose your money.

Sent in order but had to return clothes for not fitting correctly. Returned all items as instructed and received confirmation from USPS and FashionMia that they did receive the merchandise. Their policy states money refunds take 30 days, it's now been over 45 days. Received no refund, just emails telling me they will give coupons. I left messages on a possible bogus customer service number, nobody ever calls back. Check the BBB reviews this has been going on for quite sometime now. They are basically just thieves that keep the returned items and your money. The scam is all sizes are extremely undersized so everyone has to return the items, but then they keep your money. An adult large didn't fit my ninety pound, 11 year old niece. All complaints say the samething.

I ordered a blazer on march 30, 2017. Wasn't informed that it was on longer available for at least 2 weeks. I told them I wanted a full refund. Was told it was in my account — my wallet. Am unable to get to a website with those options on them. Tried to contact paypal but they don't have my e-mail address although they do e-mail me. Why can't you just credit my credit card? It only took 3 days to charge my card when purchased.

I have ordered a coat from FashionMia back in November 2016 and received it three weeks later. I opened the package and instead of coat there was a jacket. I sent it back and they promised I'll get the correct item any time soon.
I waited patiently and after one month of waiting I contacted them and asked for a refund. December was almost over, and I already both another coat from a local store.
FashionMia said that order cancellation was not possible, because it was already shipped. I asked for a tracking number but didn't receive a reply.
As for now status of my order is still unknown. It is now April and my coat is still missing. I will never buy anything from them again, these people are cheaters and should be out of business.

I ordered 2 coats and a sweater. I already havhad purchased one and am trying to remove it. There is no way to speak yup someone before it is processed. As I have been calling repeatedly. I need the red coat removed from my order it was a mistake. I want it removed from the order before it is shipped. Order # B1788497 no one answers the phone number provided [protected]. It is a machine that beeps in your ear. No human to speak to, no order edit button on the site. Very unhappy

I ordered a dress from fashionmia in june 2016. They mailed me the wrong dress and when I told fashionmia, they told me I was wrong and "they have no right to refund money." after many, many emails, phone calls (Not returned) and complaints, fashionmia employees have offered me everything from a full refund (Which has not happened), to offering a third of the cost of the dress, to offering no refund at all - over and over in a big circle, interchanging the offers depending on the day. Fashionmia knows they made an error in my order as I sent back to them their own order confirmation. I also have an email from fashionmia stating a full refund within 5 days from august 5th, 2016. My guess is fashionmia hopes their customers get tired of waiting for refund, take the loss and give up. I've been waiting 20+ days for my promised refund fashionmia.

I ordered clothing from this company in March and did not get all of my items as well as th sent items that were not the product ordered. They have been saying since April that I would get a refund for the items not sent and wrongly shipped. I have emailed them and they have responded over 70 times and keep telling me I will get my refund in a week or a few days etc. just this week they said I would get my refund in 2 days then T the end of 2 days they said their financial manager was out sick and they had to sign the refund paperwork. This company is a complete fraud. I wish I would have read all of the negative reviews about them before ordering! Please make sure this gets out there it is ridiculous!

I have been dealing with this company since March they did not ship items ordered and the items shipped were misrepresented. When I spoke with customer service they said they would refund right away and every week they tell me the same crap! I am eying mad! I reported them on another site and they emailed me and said it would he handled firstly! Still nothing over a week later. It has been almost 5 months sinc my order was placed and they just keep playing games and promising but not following through. I have had it! I am in the process of filing a claim with the fair trade commission because this is fraud! Case number 102107. They know who I am

I ordered through PayPal (thinking I had the security of my money back if I was to be a victim of fraud). Well, I never received one thing I ordered and it was almost $200.00 worth of items. After 6 weeks, I did get a strange robe type item that I suppose was sent to "represent" an item from my actual order? I guess their scam is to steal pictures off other designer websites (this is why they mostly have "headless" models in the pictures...they don't have the right to use those models pictures)! Then, they "make" the customer Fashionmia's own version of the item ordered and you're lucky to get something wearable! It can come with any material ranging from plastic to that cheap kids costume material...the formaldehyde smell and hanging strings are a free bonus! Anyhow, PayPal has been of little help. As it turns out they work for the seller and not the buyer. So, I returned the one, smelly, cheap, knock off, rip off item to China but since I only paid around $25 return shipping and it's $40-$50 for delivery confirmation, I get to be a victim without the security I thought PayPal afforded me.

I can prove I mailed the item back to China but it's not tracked to their door...so too bad so sad. Since the company won't admit they got my package or that they never send anything I ordered...I'm basically screwed. No one cares that I only received one incorrect item and the rest of the order was ignored. The whole thing is a scam...a huge, smelly, rip-off scam! The Hong Kong owner made 200 Million last year and I promise some of these positive reviews are paid for! They just start up a new website and do it all over once this cash cow dries up. Other names are Rosewholesale, Rosegal, DressLilly, Wish and please research for others. I did my research on this one. We have to stop these criminals from doing this to other American's. I guess they have immunity since they are in China and we can't really do anything about them sending us Chinese knock-offs...but showing us the genuine pictures of these designer items. I filed with the FBI and gave a police report. We all need to do this. I promise, you will be burned if you order...now or later. Stay Away...Far Away! Have no regrets about it. You be the smart one...I wasn't. Deal with legitimate sellers only and don't trust a seller just because they are on Face Book or take PayPal! Make sure you don't have to return anything to China! God be with you.

I made an online purchase with them. Every item I purchased was too small, and it took several months and three different packages for everything to finally get here. After receiving the first package I emailed asking them to make everything a size larger (on the things I hadn't received yet) and they would email back and forth with me and then tell me that it was already mailed out so they couldn't change the size. They did that two times. And they said if I wanted to return or exchange the items I had to mail them back to China and that I had to pay the shipping. And the quality is awful. Biggest waste of $80 of my life.

I was scammed like everybody else. So I made my order and bought a cute dress from them. When it finally showed up (shipping took forever) it looked absolutely nothing like pictures on their website. The dress was way too small for an adult, it actually would barely fit a child! I immediately contacted customer service and asked for a refund. They said that there was nothing wrong with the dress and said they do refunds only when items are damaged. And since there was no damage I wont be getting my money back! Don't order anything from these horrible scammers and stay far away from FashionMia!

I placed a order the middle of January - 3 coats. I received only one and the one I did get it it was marked as XXL however when I received it, it was a medium at best. I am so disappointed. Shipping cost back to China would be more than the cost of the coat. I had no idea I was ordering from China, if I had I would have NEVER had ordered.

The second coat - they claimed was shipped however I never received it. USPS knows how to find me and the coat was never delivered to me. It is their responsibility to follow up with them - not mine.

The last coat I emailed right after I received the first coat and cancelled it. I received an email back from 'Candy' (whom I have been dealing with all along - not helpful at all). It is now March and there is still NO credit to my credit card. I have emailed Candy multiple times and this issue has never been resolved.
