customer service complaint
My family went to farm freshedule store 6270 at 201 east Berkley Avenue in norfolk, va. We spent 128.00 that night. We went to the line of Kemeshia on 1/12/18. There was no customer service.with her at all. Oh my God she did not speak her head was down. I asked did I need to put all of my 6 pack sodas on the belt. She snapped with her voice and said yes. I said I did not mean to make you mad. She than explain that the scanner did not work. Her mannerisms were terrible and she rolled her eyes. Although we have not been to this location for a long time we will never go again. This young lady need some more customer service training I did not feel welcome at all.
Don't use them
I wanted to try them for many months, but I was constantly busy, I му seen many good reviews and that's why I decided to make an order. But they failed with the delivery. Customer service didn't help me whatsoever. I canceled an order and asked for a refund when I received my order! It was too late, I don't need it anymore. All I want is a refund.
poor service
The quality of your products is fine, but your customer service is very poor and disappointing. I don't know why but I can't reach them to say that they keep sending my orders to a different place. No response via email, no one picks up the phone. And even when they respond they only say that the situation will be fixed, but actually, nothing happens...
