This is what farm credit of northwest florida does... Farm credit has relationship with seller, high appraisals by their hand picked appraisers (Borrow complained appraisal were wrong but appraiser did not amend, fc told borrow to stop contacting their appraiser, dual tracking, no truth in lending statements, concealed assignments, deceiving trusting borrowers with verbal agreements then perjuring themselves denying them, dirty attorney always reminds court that all agreements must be in writing (Case after case) , verbally telling borrower to stop making payments then denying it, every few months calling borrower for modifications then charging you fees and writing them up as new loans for commissions for themselves (Dirty attorney deceives court with them) , fraudulent notorized and unnotorized papers, inducement, threats of foreclosure and pressure to sign paperwork you felt was wrong, rude employees, demanding payment on a matured note, raising interest rate on distressed loans, lied about delivering hand delivered notices, altering records, turned off online banking then charged late fees, lots of attorney fees, appraisal fraud with their own appraisers and appraising several times and charging you, dirty attorney filing fraudulent allonges then lying in memorandum to court, demanding payments on a note that hasn't been signed until months later, bait and switch, inducement, concealment, fraud on the court, foreclosure fraud, unfair advantage, threats of foreclosure if they can't change your terms, borrower never has input of anything, thousands of dollars in attorney fees and costs added to amount owed, attorney and fc doing exact same thing with foreclosure after foreclosure after foreclosure, etc?
