Faremakers / Travel Channel Refund of ticket

Hi Sir/madam.

I booked a flight from your channel and I told the representative that I have to refund the return ticket if I have too. And he asured me that I will be refunded fully of return flight. After some days Mr Moez given me another representative Mr Junaid contact number for refund process as Mr Moez quit the Job.

After 3 days in toronto I contact Mr junaid your representative on thursday to refund my return flights and he said ok that he make the arranjements. But not responded me till date 27th. After that I again contact the official represnetetive and they said that I will only b refunded 45000. The reson he tell me that flight is in airport control and nosho cutting has been done. Even I inform him timely to refund my return tiket.

He commited me that refund of 45000 will be credited in 30 days.

Today dated 12 Agust 2023 I again contact Mr Junaid and he said that I did not ask you like this. And I have no refund of your tiket.

So can you please assisit me how to refund my actual amount.

My booking reservation is attached for your refrence please.

Faremakers / Travel Channel Miscometement issuing tickets Etihad airways

I got returned ticket from huzaifa and tell him clearly that my return ticket should be changeable when I reached uk I contact him fare maker official wats up to changes return dates first he accepted to change then denied I have proof of wats up msgs bcz of miscometement huzaifa I pay heavy loss if company didn't settled my loss I have right to go in courts

Faremakers / Travel Channel Froude travel agent

I am from Multan, I and my friend booked 2 tickets of Pegasus air from Karachi to Moscow from faremakers Lahore for 03 june 2021 of amount Rs 336, 000. We took a flight from Faisalabad to Karachi reached there. (We spent almost 60, 000 on domestic flight, PCR test and travel insurance).
When we reached to airline counter at Karachi airport for boarding pass they told that flight from Istanbul to Moscow has been canceled and they said they already have informed it on 31st may. while booking farmekers did mentioned their own email id and mobile number so we didn't receive any email or sms.
When we contacted them from air port they didn't pick call as it was around 2:00 am night. Next morning when we contacted them they said we are sorry for that and we can book another flight of Qatar air for next day. We agree and paid fare difference amount that was 80, 000 and booked Qatar air flight. Had PCR test again. Flight time was 3:00 am next morning but when we reached airport at 11:00 PM they called again asked us to transfer 336, 000 more otherwise they will cancel the ticket because they said flight from Istanbul is not cancelled. I sent them call recording with Pagusas Air help line in which they clearly said that flight was canceled and you take full refund. But they kept forcing to transfer 336, 000 again and they will return it to us when they will get back from air line. I asked them I can transfer 100, 000 more for surety if air line deduct some amount they can deduct from that 100, 000. But they didn't agree and at 11:30 am they cancelled our ticket and we had to go back to hotel again. Next day we buy a ticket from Karachi to Faisalabad and came back. From 4th june we were in contact them firstly they kept denying that flight was canceled after 10 days they agree that flight was canceled actually and they will will transfer amount to our account within 15 days while the airline said that in case of flight cancellation they refund full amount within 3-5 days but we agreed whatever they said. Now after more almost 2 months they transferred 309, 120 which are almost 27K lesser than what we have paid to them. Now my question is if air line returned full amount within a week, why they took 2 months and why they deducted 27K?
First due to their negligence we lost almost 1 lakh in domestic travelling and staying in Karachi wasted 4 days, now instead of giving compensation they didn't transfer actual amount.
I have all deviance, conversation and email history with faremakers and Pegasus. Voice recordings of calls. I hope VOC can help us in this regard and kindly suggest me what forum should we use to get our hard earned money back?

Faremakers / Travel Channel refund not received

3 weeks back I bought a ticket to Guangzhou from Lahore from this service business called faremakers. one day before my flight, unfortunately, the flight was canceled by the airline I claimed for a refund as per the rules of shaheen airline if the flight is canceled by their side full refund at the time of claim is paid to the customers. I visited faremakers again on the same day when I came to know about the cancellation of the flight. The salesperson Saqib Zia was dealing with me. He tried to make me satisfied saying full refund will be given to me within 10 days. Although I knew the time was more than the usual time required for an airline to send a refund, I agreed. After 2 days I called them again to confirm my claim of the refund they said it will take 45 days and there will be some charges, some hidden chrges maybe 1000 or 1200. I agreed heavy heartedly as I needed that refunded amount to get another ticket as being late was causing loss of my studies. I called shaheen official number to know about the updates and what they told me left me in extreme surprise. They hadn't received any claim of refund from faremakers. I called the complaint department and told them the whole story. My salesperson moved my case to another salesperson. Later I was told my claim to refund is forwarded. The next day Shaheen informed me that I can collect the refund from the agents whenever I want. On enquiring from Mr. Saqib Zia, he was ready to give me the refund but 4k less than original. I asked for the manager's number which he refused to give. And was very rude. Making the long story short, I called their manager and requested him to pay attention to my case. Later he told me Mr. Saqib Zia was trying to keep his own interest and now I can receive 40k. the next day I visited their office to get my refund, there were 4 salespersons sitting in the office they were trying to convince me that I made a useless effort calling the manager as they were about to give me refund as soon as possible, made me wait for about 45 minutes and at the end said the cheque needs to be signed by the head of the department which was on leave. I got angry at this, first, they themselves called me to collect money and then after wasting about 45 minutes were not able to pay me. I suffered continuous mental torture due to their so-called (providing excellent services to the customers). It took me about an hour to reach their office and still they asked me to come again tomorrow like wow how easy is it for people like them to waste others time. Highly non-professional. I won't suggest this travel agency to anyone they only like wasting time and money

Hi! This company is the biggest chor of the woorld. I bought three tickets from them amount of 5 lac . The airline cancelled my flight and they took 80000 rupees from me as their policy and refund the remaining amount after two months. The sale person dealing us was kashif( sales manager of kalma chock branch). Please don't buy ticket from them even they're giving free. From their head to manager each and every person is chor especially manager Talat and sales manager Kashif. Recently consumer court also fined them on one of customer complaint.

Faremakers / Travel Channel travel agent

My name is Muhammad Usman and I live in Toronto, Canada. I want to register a compliant regarding faremakers.com so that they don't do this type with anyone else.

I booked and purchased tickets from faremakers.com also known as flytravelchannel as on April 17 2017 and paid on the same date. However, on checking PNR as on July 15 2017 I saw that my tickets have been cancelled. After inquiry from travel agency Sales manager Mr. Muhammad Shahid he said that PIA has cancelled your tickets while when I ask PIA they said that the ticket was purchased and cancelled on the same date travel agent not by us.

Mr. Shahid Sales Manager cell number [protected] UAN : [protected] and [protected] was saying that you have paid and let me inquire and I will issue your tickets and finally as on July 21, 2017 he said that the fares have gone high and he can’t do anything.

I felt cheated and humiliated by travel agency faremakers. My brother has also filed complaint at their customer service helpline and talked to Customer service manager Mr. Usman contact # [protected] but he was not even picking my calls.

After giving severe pressure Mr. Shahid offered offered another ticket with 2 additional layovers. Agent did indeed provide us with a so called "ticket". Instead of our direct PIA toronto to karachi flight he gave us the ticket Toronto-Brussels-Abu Dhabi-Karachi ticket, despite PIA tickets being available. He forced us to take this ticket and would not refund us our money so we had no option but to fly on this hellish flight with small child. Needless to say our experience was horrible, our trip was full of shortage of halal meat, entertainment system not working, stroller lost and rude staff.

How can you let such a travel agent become authorized to deal with you. How can such a travel agent become affliated with you without having his licence revoked. How can PIA stand by and watch clients become ripped off by this travel agency. I have spoken to many clients of this travel agencies who have had a similar experience. They lure clients by providing them with direct PIA flights, cancel the ticket within 5 days and proceed to bully clients by not refunding their money and forcing them to accept [censor] flights that are cheaper than what they are paying for it.

Yet with my hellish flight over, I can firmly say that his dealership with PIA should be cancelled unless you want more complaints against him. I know they are no rules and regulation in Pakistan concerning this, and you will probably not do anything. But i have made it my personal mission in life to contact every single governing body IATA, travelling associations and anti corruption agencies to ensure that the travel agency Travel Channel International Private Limited also known as Faremakers.com should not operate as an agent for PIA because they are corrupt.
