unprofessional manager
At the store in Lafayette, Indiana today the manager was heard berating an employee. He told all the customers that the young man was late to work and he was going to fire him and hire some random person. The young man looked to be about 16 years old. It's Thanksgiving and the manager was flat out rude. I will not be returning to the store and will let everyone know of my experience.
Don't buy from Fanzz!
This website is terrible and their customer service is a complete joke, do not buy from them! I bought a jersey from www.fanzz.com as a Christmas present and it is now January 11 and still no sign of my order. Their site says that my order is in process and I have absolutely no idea what that means but I know for sure that my jersey was not shipped. Last time I contacted Fanzz customer service they said they had some issues and promised to ship my order as soon as possible. I have no idea how long it will take and I decided to cancel my order. I only hope they'll refund my money. Don't buy from Fanzz!
No info about the order and seller ignores me
I ordered some stuff from the website www.fanzz.com. After I paid for the jerseys, I waited for any updates or info about my order, but the seller didn’t provide the confirmation email or the tracking number. Also he didn’t communicate with the customers. I sent a lot of emails, but the seller didn’t respond at all. I waited couple of weeks, but nothing. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.
