Fanzoutlet nfl jersey

I wish I would have seen this before ordering what I thought was an official jersey. Ordered on December 11, and used PayPal. Tracking they sent me is bogus, Jersey is still not here and emails sent to them get poorly written responses telling me to be patient. Even more bizarre, I can not even find the webisite I ordered from anymore when I google it. Not sure what my options are at this point...

I ordered a Seattle Seahawks #32 Carson football jersey on Aug 22, 2018. I received the jersey on Sept 4th. The jersey has the Carson misspelled (Caroson). I emailed them at [protected]@fanzoutlet.com to ask for a replacement. They tell me that I have to pay for shipping. I told them I would not pay them anymore money and I wanted a full refund. This is the response...
