Fanfiber ali-a socket

I ordered the Ali-A Socket on March 3rd. After 3 weeks I emailed Fanfiber and they said they ran out of them. But they expected more soon. After another week I emailed them again. They will not respond back. Then I got an email that it had shipped but there was no tracking number. So I emailed them and ask for the tracking number. They will not respond to my emails. They charged my charge card the day I placed the order. I ask them why they charged my credit card before they had the product to ship. They said that's how they do business. This was for my Grandson's birthday. This company is terrible. Do not buy from this company.

I still don't have the Ali-A Socket from Fanfiber Company. It has been 6 weeks. They will not respond to my emails.

I ordered a Memeulous hoodie from Fanfibre and it took a month to arrive, bare in mind this was the flat earth hoodie, so by the time it arrived, the joke had come and gone. In addition, the hoodie was poorly made i.e. it smelled of glue and made from cheap and uncomfortable material when I was promised that the hoodie would be the opposite. Fanfibre also has an abysmal return service. Nothing is listed on their homepage about returning products and when you do manage to return it, it takes another month for the money to be returned to your bank account. One more thing, if you do plan on returning a product you're unsatisfied with, you have to pay for shipping; which in my opinion is unfair seeing as they have lied to you about the product your buying. In conclusion, I warn anyone who reads this to stay away from this site no matter what your favourite YouTuber/Internet personality encourages you to buy from them.

Fanfiber Item not received

Against my better judgement, I ordered a Jacksepticeye plush for my daughter for Christmas. I did try to research whether Fanfiber was legitimate and trustworthy. At the time, there seemed to be more of a lack of information rather than negative information. After reading the shipping info and f&q on the website, I understood that it would take several weeks for the item to reach the US. I did not understand that the item was shipping from China. That was one of the things I looked for on the Fanfiber site because I've found that ordering from China often turns out to be a negative. So, the order is placed on 11/22. Nothing (except them taking payment) happens until 11/29 where the tracking assures me that it's been accepted in China. As of 12/21, the tracking states that origin post is preparing shipment. I do not expect to receive this order by Saturday. I have emailed Fanfiber to ask them to explain the tracking information to me as I would've expected the item to be in the US at this point. I have not requested a refund yet, but will do so if the item doesn't arrive by mid January. I will be sending some sort of email or message to Jacksepticeye on youtube just to let him know that he's allowing a crap company to sell his merchandise and represent him. I understand that the youtube personality is not directly responsible for what this company is doing, but by sending kids who watch him to this company to buy the only legitimate merchandise, he's doing them a disservice.

I have not received my order from Fanfiber.
I emailed them four times, still no reply.
Very bad customer service.

Fanfiber Unethical business practice

On 11/22/15 I purchased and paid for 2 items. 1 is in stock and they refuse to send it to me. I have been in email contact since they had stated the products were going to ship in Mid December and have not. They are now saying one item (hoodie) is there but they will not ship until another item comes in which they now say was a pre order, but was not listed as such. They have taken my money, but are refusing to send what they have in stock. They have been emailed several time with the latest one dated 12/15/15. I informed them that they should not have charged me until the items have shipped, but no reply.

I ordered a sweater for my sons birthday from Fanfiber in The Hague Netherlands. It is still not here after 2 weeks! I email them and send Messenger posts but no reply. Than suddendly after I said I will post negative FB they answer I must have had a tracking code on my yahoo mail. I replied I don't have a yahoo mail!
They asked for my proper one and after 2 days again...no answer...

I am happy I paid trough Paypal. I will ask for a refund today.

Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered. Received a hoodie in the wrong size. Was then told they would send me the correct size free of charge as it was their error (Great... all sorted I thought). Wrong! Back and forth with emails for months with them saying they were checking sizes etc. Finally they agreed to give me a refund for the incorrect item so I sent it back by tracked post and they were "not available" to receive my returned item according to Royal Mail tracking and they never arranged to have the item collected from the Netherlands postal service so I now have no idea where my returned hoodie is and they just keep saying they will "look into it" when I email. I have no hoodie and I am around £50 out of pocket now with no hope of a refund. I would never deal with this company again.

I ordered a hoodie from this company. My credit card was immediately charged, but a week later, I have not yet received a confirmation email or order number of any kind. I have emailed them with no response. Like another reviewer on this page, my credit card information was stolen and used (at an online European store) 3 days after placing the order. I am hopeful I will receive the hoodie I ordered, but I have my doubts. VERY shady vendor.

Wish I saw this before I ordered, but I did it because it was for charity for hurricane relief funds... This is what they sent after I emailed them after the first week. Emailed them again today and got no response for over 7 hours. Its been almost 3 whole weeks now... Im calling my bank for my refund this is BS

Oh no. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them. I am an older Jacksepticeye fan so I ordered a T-shirt of his, from them, and they told me it would come in on January 11, and now it's January 26, and I still haven't got it. I ordered it as birthday present to myself. :P And my birthday was 6 days ago, and I don't even have my present yet. Oh well. Maybe somebody should contact Jack and tell him how crappy this company is that is selling his merchandise, he seems like a really sweet guy so i'm sure he would find another company to sell his merchandise. I don't know what company Markiplier uses, but I ordered one of his shirts at the same time that I ordered Jack's, and I got Mark's shirt EARLY. It came in WAY earlier than expected. I would recommend that company to Jack if I could. xD I hope nobody here is upset with Jack over this, it's the company's fault not his. He probably doesn't know that this is happening.

I ordered a $40 hoodie and received a key chain instead, how could you mix that up? I have emailed repeatedly and have heard nothing! The hoodie was suppose to be one of my daughters Christmas gifts. Dear Lord I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered! What a joke! They had better resolve this soon, if not I will blast them on Facebook, Snap Chat, etc and have all my 1, 000 friends blast them as well! You would think the celebrities who sell their #### on this site would step up and make sure Fan Fiber would get it right!

I ordered a jumper for my eldest son we just buried our youngest boy and I was mental when I realised my jumper wasn't on it's way 4 Xmas I contacted jack septic eye I contacted fanfiber through email and facebook .. Still haven't received it its only a few days to Xmas eve if I haven't received my package by then I'm going to report this site to television and radio

With all these complaints one would think the company had got this matter sorted out, but I am having exactly the same experience! Very disappointing indeed :(

I ordered a t-shirt as a trial from Fanfibre having read some negative reviews. It has been over two months now and I keep getting the whole 'we will check with our courier and get back to you in the next 72hours' response. Furthermore, when they provided me with a tracking number assuring me it is en route the tracking number did not work! Although they usually respond within 48 hours apologies don't cut the mustard as I've paid for a product which has not been delivered. All I can say is ...

Don't waste your hard earned money with these people as it would be better spent on beer because at least you get something for it ... a hangover :-p

I agree with all the complaints above! I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. It took a MONTH to get the hoodie for my son! No tracking number or information… And when we finally got it, it was the wrong size because there were no boys sizes listed, so we ordered a small men's size. I'd no idea that I would have to pay return shipping for the hoodie to the Netherlands! They don't offer exchanges and I won't get my money refund for up to 21 days. WOW HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The rep I spoke to was terrible and unresponsive. I won't buy here AGAIN!
