placed parley bet on slip [protected].11. bet all over the spread. looked up my winner the next day. it says 1 bet was under. I know I did not bet under on one bet of the parley. They were all bet over the spread.

On 1/26/21 I made a debit card deposit with fanduel.com for $1000. I was going to place a bet on the Superbowl. When I tried to place my IOWA bet fanduel denied my bet saying that I was in Illinois. That upset me so I requested they refund my entire deposit and I put in that withdrawl from the account I had set up with them. Fanduel refused my withdrawl and added $10 to my account for the inconvenience. I decided to place a $110 bet and I requested a $900 withdrawl. Fanduel refused my request again. Then I put in a request to withdrawl $500. Fanduel refused that request. At that time I had enough of their corrupt processing and bogus customer service so I contacted the IOWA racing and gaming commission, filled out a complaint form and have been dealing with them trying to get my refund for the past two plus weeks. Earlier this week fanduel told the gaming commission that they have processed my request and that the funds had been returned to me. I have checked my account every day and the only thing fanduel did was remove $900 from the account I set up with them and they never returned my money. So now they can't tell me where $900 of my account deposit went. This company is crooked and I would suggest that anyone considering making a bet with Fanduel.com GO to a Reputable betting site, they are NOT that!

I have been trying to collect the winnings I won from horse racing. The amount is 62.00 dollars. They wont let me withdraw the money I won and nobody has anwered my phone calls for 3 days. There is just a busy signal. It takes less than a minute for them to take your money. But when you try to withdraw money theres nobody to help you I have been trying to contact someone for 3 days nobody has helped me yet.

FanDuel had 2 outages in 2 back to back weekends, 1st on 10/11/2020 & 10/18/2020, both were for live scoring, there was none! Players look forward to see how they are scoring in contsts,
They blamed it on their stat provider.
They had a terrible way of handling it, very rude and very generic.
So they offered me a $4 entry in another game, which was a tolal rip off.
I have contacted them over 20 times and get no satisfaction from then at all.
They cheated everyone and are getting away with it.

I requested to transfer money from my fanduel account to my checking account. The next day I received an email stating there was a problem with the transfer and the money is still in my fanduel account. I attempted to get back into my fanduel account, but it shows my account has been suspended (without any other information). Have been trying to get this resolved for a week now and nothing. I've requested to speak with a supervisor and still nothing.
It looks like I'm going to need legal assistance to get my money back.
But they continue to accept money and run their games.

Made a ach deposit at fanduel and my bank for whatever reason did not allow it. Funds were available so no idea what happened as made many thousands of transactions over a year on playing with FanDuel before. My account was suspended with $1300 in it and I Was informed to call their 3rd party processor Global payments to resolve the issue. I Called with card to settle the problem
And was informed that they resubmitted the ACH and it would be 8-12 days until it is resolved. So Fanduel has blamed Global Payments for suspending my account and Global payments will not accept my payment to resolve this. AND THEY WILL NOT RETURN THE BALANCE OF MY MONEY UNTIL ITS RESOLVED. SO they have essentially highjacked my $1300 waiting for a $200 payment to be resolved. Offered to

I have a bunch of MLB games going on which started 50MIN AGO! It's still saying they are all "upcoming". The whole thing that makes fantasy exciting is being able to watch your team score. This is a total waste of all the money I played today. I cant enjoy any of it and if its not up to date soon, I sure as hell hope I get the same amount of free plays as I have paid for today! This is unacceptable for a fantasy website!

Although they clam that the service is a game of skill, they refuse to reverse or refund anyone due to any reason rain delay, postponement, or scratch at last moment, or a player for any reason decided not to suit up, no comp for another pick or even a swap is allowed. This my friends are what we call gamblers rules. If its a game of skill then why set the limits to these rules and let fellow players or gamblers who need to fill at last second a comp in another round or a swap of player to fit that is same value? This is a question we all should be asking them? The merger thank god did not happen. Can you imagine this monopoly in the betting arenas? But now they have added a app called scout that gives much needed updates problem here is again its not free and they must of just rolled it out from complaints abound the net. So this is a grievance I hope that helps them do better at their jobs stealing from the consumers to pad their own pockets. I would of rather went to a bookie. The vig is greater but at least you get what you pay for in return. Fanduel inc. Be aware of their practices.

Already had numerous lawsuits filed for employees using inside information to gain an unfair advantage and play on the competitor's site. Now they are using bots to enter ghost lineups, which employees can adjust to optimal lineups after contests have already started. In addition they can enter these ghost lineups in contests which are guaranteed to run even if they do not fill. (gpp's). By doing this it allows them to fill the empty slots to fill a contest, so there is no overlay and this results in most of the money being returned to the house. They are running a scam similar to the Ashley Madison situation that was exposed back in 2014, 2015 where men were unaware that fake profiles and pictures were being used to lure men into spending money to create a profile only to be conversing with a (bot) not a real human being. With all the online poker sites exposed and now banned from operating in the U.S. and now shutdown due to the employees cheating by being able to see the players whole card in a game I suspect and hope that more people will come forward and expose what we truly already know is going on here and this DFS industry will be shut down once and for all. I hope we can all come together and put an end to this cheating and dishonesty that preys upon us the common unaware sports fan. Scamduel and Draftkinks must end.

These guys from www.fanduel.com scammed me and took my money! They did that without my permission and when I contacted them they simply ignored me and did not reply. I tried their live chat option and nothing! This website is a total scam, don't give them any of your personal information, they will use it against you! I will not give up until I get my money back!

I signed up for www.fanduel.com and paid money on the same day. However, the agent said that my email was invalid and he advised me to use another one. I was shocked and created another email address. Not the rep said that I couldn’t use my account, because I have violated their policy and used two email addresses. How is it possible? They took my money and didn’t offer me refund.
