Fandango Media - dinner and movie gift card

I purchased a Dinner and Movie Gift Card from the Fandango Website as a birthday gift for 50.00 Confirmation# M385JNNZYU3B. The Dinner (Food portion) of the ticket did not work. I spoke in detail to the manager of the restaurant and was told explicitly the gift card was not working and he was unable to pay for the meal. I had to call in and pay for the dinner over the phone so my family could leave the restaurant. When I went online through the chat I first chatted with Aldith, who told me nothing could be done, I asked for a number to speak with a manager. I spoke with William, and he said nothing could be done, told me to call the restaurant and work it out, refused to connect me to a manager, put me on hold and never came back. Then William send a incident report stating I hung up. I tried to call the corporate office, same customer service number, tried to call accounting, their mailbox was full. When I attempted to respond to the incident report # [protected], it keeps coming back, your reply did not process correctly. No sir, I will never ever purchase a gift card from this facility again.

Fandango Media - no refund policy for online movie tickets even though tickets not used

Bought two movie tickets online 3-17 for 70 yr. old friends Birthday. Money was taken out that day. Gave printed certificate to my friend 3-18. He called me day of show to tell me his family was having a celebration for him so he could not make show. I was at family function too and told him I would take care of it. Today 3-20 I waited 1 hour to "chat" with agent. That agent told me no refund because it wasn't two hours before or after the show. I asked to speak to her supervisor and got disconnected before I could talk to them. Waited another 1 1/2 hours to "chat" with Jovain. He would not connect me with supervisor and disconnected right as I responded. My confirmation # with Fandango is A0140272903. I would like movie experience valued at 32.70 or my money refunded.

Fandango Media - I twice bought tickets from this company

I have ordered tickets to movie from Fandango LLC. I got the email that the code was wrong and I needed to purchase the tickets once again. I was shocked, because they didn’t return previous payment back. Basically, it was their problem and I didn’t get why I needed to pay again. When I called them, the agent said that I have lost money, and they weren’t able to help me. Be caution.
