I applied for a free credit report from Family Identity IQ but instead of providing it for me they’ve charged my card for hundreds of $. There is no way to get refund from them for those fraudulent charges and because of this situation I had to get new card issued.
Family Identity IQ charged me $15 every month. I noticed it only few days ago. I opened all my bills during last year and I counted that they charged me $179 in total. It is a big sum of money for me. I can’t believe I didn’t discover this earlier.
