Family First Assisted Living / Refuse to pay for Billing Services Rendered

We were contracted to bill their medical claims. After we did the billing, they refused to pay us, return our calls, and emails. We have decided to take legal action against this company. I suggest to all others, to take legal action. Always remember "talk is cheap".

    I also was not payed by this company. Beware, this company is not on the "up and up." They steal from their own employees and contractors! Check them out with State Agencies and the Courts before you, too, are "taken to the cleaners!"

    I worked and still work for Family First and during the time that ILLA was providing nursing services she came in and was paid for all her services, which can be verified by the cancelled checks she received .The payment in question was for some notes that a licensed clinician refused to approve because the notes did not meet medicaid billing requirements.evidence of this can be verified through emails and mail corrrespondences.When posting information about compnaies one shold be mindful of the impact of such negativity and possible deflamation please be advised that any such false information posted on this site and any other without the proper documentation to support such will be subject to legal pursuit aganist the writer.
