Family Dollar I am complaining about a manager at 5958 old troy pike huber heights ohio 45424

I am laschell Conner husband, me and Mark had a dispute about church, and it turned into a argument, after that he stated that he could take me away from my wife, that is when it got heated, I got upset real bad, and started cursing him out, I went outside to cool off, he followed me outside to tell me that if I don't go out with him he was going to call and have me put out the store, from the general manager Tom! Monday night I was going home with my wife, and we stopped at the store, I had her go in and purchase a toy for my granddaughter, I stayed in the car, he was still upset so he decided to call and say I was working there, but we was at the hospital with my mother the whole day, I want to meet with the head of the stores to file a big complaint on him for pushing his sexual tension and lifestyle towards me, and I don't go that way!

Family Dollar complaint

store 5869
management and staff are very rude and doesn't have good customer service.Manager is very rude and will argue with customers. lines are extremely long and always only has 1 register open. products are always misplace and wrongly priced staff doesn't honor error concerning price. store is dirty. signs are always posted warning customers to have exact change or no service.
poor staff and management training .
store 5869 is in need of a overhaul starting with nasty and disrespect management..

Family Dollar racism!

The store located at Robinsonville, Ms. has serious racism problems! I will not go to any more Family Dollar stores if customer service does not contact me back. A tore package of cookies became a personal issue for the black woman who was at the register when i asked to exchange the cookies for another pack because it was torn. She looked at me with hateful attitude and said your receipt shows you were in here 10 minutes ago and that is too long! OMG she wanted to kick me out of store! I am a white 62 year old woman and never seen such racism in another store like this before. Our family has been in this store several times and no other store personnel has been rude to us in any way, but this woman has a problem and corporate office needs to address this asap!

Family Dollar tower light up speaker

I purchased a light speaker just to find out that it was missing pieces so I decided to return back to the store to get my money back. So the supervisor tod who was very rude told me I can't return the product exchange only so I repeated I don't want it!. & on my receipt it says in big letters return or exchange this false advertising! Ido not want the speaker I just want what I payed for this is the second speaker I purchased & something was wrong with it I just want my money back! So I can be done with family dollars!

Family Dollar manager

On 9/24/18 I was in the location (store #7801) and although I intended to make a purchase, the store was very cluttered and when I went to purchase Simply Orange juice, it was expired ot had a sell by date of 8/28/18.I looked at everything in the store then proceeded to leave, without making a purchase. I was followed out by the store manager Tryone Brown and when I asked him what the issue was he stated that "he caught me trying to steal " .By this time im in my vehicle and hes attempting to obtain the plate number.Since I fully aware that I didn't commit, or attempt to commit a crime, I give my full cooperation to the mis understanding and I go back on the strore to allow Tryone to check me, my purse, or my vehicle. Tyrone was so irate and rude also very sure that he caught me trying to steal that he insisted on calling the authorities. I gladly wait, and he stated clearly on the 911 call that he caught me trying to steal and that I was irate.Once the police arrived, Tyrone stated to an officer that he Never said anything to me inside of the store. Tyrone said to myself and authorities snd myself that he caught me trying to steal, and had me trespassed all over his assumption. He never had any interaction with me while I was in the store except when he nearly ran into me and said excuse me. He never once asked if I needed help at all.Id like immediate contact regarding this matter and id like for the tape of my entire visit to be reviewed by the proper management staff to see where I jad suspicious behavior. There needs to be an apology and some re training, im also contacting my attorney.

Family Dollar my purse; I fear for my safety

Last night at approximately store number 5844 in Memphis Tennessee the address is 4727 Neely Road a customer walk in the store took my purse from behind the counter ticket to an end cap sat and watched my purse after reviewing the video footage this customer stayed in the store but the cashier never alerted me that his that his behavior was suspicious proper protocol was followed by the cashier I spoke with my GM Gregory Pollock and ask him if I had to return to the store on Thursday because I fear for my safety nonchalantly replied what do you want me to do as a Family Dollar employee I take pride in trying to stop all shopping but no one seems to care about my purse being taken no one I need some of them corporate office before I seek legal representation I feel like this was a setup and no one is taking this matters seriously but me

Family Dollar bad customer service

Today I went to family Dollar and the cashier was very rude. I misplaced an item he got out from register and went to snatch the shirt and placed it back where it belonged with a loud sight right after. I bought bras and panties.
The bras did not fit so I wanted to exchanged them I went back and there was a lady as a cashier. She didn't even let me explain when I bought the bras or anything. As soon as she saw me pulling them out the bag she said "we don't exchange bras or panties". I tried to explain to her that I had just purchased them but she repeated herself twice. She then rolled her eyes and started talking to her co-worker. I did not know I couldn't exchange bras but I would've understood if she explained to me or told me in a different manner. The workers there are very disrespectful, always on their phone and have a lot of attitude when helping customers.

Family Dollar fall in store

Hello, on Friday September 21, 2018 my famly and I were shopping at your family dollar location 840 S. Alma School rd Mesa Az 85210 my 13 year old son slipped and fell while pushing a shopping cart due to the Pepsi cooler leaking water. My husband informed the cashier working that our son fell due to water being on the floor (no caution sign was up) the cashier told my husband they were aware of the leak and the water and nothing else was said. I asked to speak to manager the gentleman I spoke to said he was a manager said he was aware of the leak and it was Pepsi's fault for not fixing the leak when they have told them serveral and walked away. I had to ask him to take our infor because my son hurt his leg and arm due to the fall. He took my info and said he would have the store manager to contact us, I have not heard from the store manager or anyone regarding this matter. I am also having a hard time understanding why there was no caution signs up or why there was nothing to try and stop the leak from speading, since they (cashier & manager) indeed state they were both aware of the leak . I feel very as if what happened is unimportant to your company and would like some acknowledgement of this situation. Thank you for your time in this matter. Family Dollar unethical behavior, harassment

On 9-22-18 at approx. 5:00 p.m. my wife was shopping at family dollar #8490 taking her time shopping and looking and the cashier approached her and stated that the cameras see everything and that she had been in the store for a long time, that if she needed to hurry and make it back to front of store so the cameras could see her insinuating that she was shoplifting. My wife offered for him to search her purse and he refused and he stated that they cant touch anyone's belongings. After being humiliated in front of other customers my wife left her buggy where it was and left the store. If this is how they are going to treat local customers in a small town that shop there often over blind spots in their camera system maybe they need a better camera setup. My wife will not be going back to this store or any other Family Dollar Store for that fact.

Family Dollar both employees at thornton ave. location

Two white ladies, one blonde with glasses, and another with red hair and glasses. Have the worse customer service and attitude. First of all, no greeting at the door. Then, I asked for help and since they were stocking, they both acted like I was such a bother. Aren't customers first? The red headed lady was so annoyed and not helpful at all, I tried to use my digitals and she denied explaining the problem and refused to sale the items. The other blonde lady acted annoyed and wasn't of much help either.

Family Dollar no restroom for customers / dirty store

I just came home from the Family Dollar Store in Mifflintown PA. I have a condition called "over active bladder" and always must seek out stores that provide customer restrooms. When I asked to use theirs, the associate told me they didn't offer any to the public! I usually shop at the Family Dollar in New Bloomfield and they have keys at the register. I thought it was a law that customers be provided with a restroom. I went to Dollar General where I walked right in, found the customer "key" hanging and was able to relieve myself and spend just over $80.00 in comfort. I will not shop at ANY Family Dollar Stores in the future until the ALL provide public restrooms.

The store doesn't have to provide a bathroom unless it serves hot food. That's the law. Besides they do make Depends. JS.

Family Dollar storewide clearance. 50% off all clothes

I was really happy once I seen that 50% off any clothes sign. Then. I quickly was dispointed once it was time to pay. My total came to $ 62.73 with tax of course. Sale was buy 1 get 1 50% off red tag clothing(Clearance Items) None of the tags you show were red tagged, they would have a red label saying reduced and then reduced price.

Family Dollar very disgusting upkeep

Store #8854 Wedowee, Al. I stopped by this Family Dollar, the only one close to my home and as I got of my car, one of the employees was sitting in a lawn chair (that was for sale by the store) smoking, talking on the phone about personal information and cursing. I walked in the store and their was a sweet woman working alone. The store was pretty busy at this time. I then walked past the computer for filing an application and the workspace was disgusting and had food wrappers, schedules, and old candy paper(all from the employees) Also an applicants private information was laying on that table. I have a photo of the workspace.

Family Dollar the store hours

I arrived at family Dollar on highway 85 at 8:15 am and the employees told me they not opening till 9am but the store and signs always said open at 8am I had a bill due to pay and because they didn't open at 8am I couldn't pay my bill. I believe having a sign that says open at 8am that's the time they suppose to open I believe it's false advertising please help to resolve my issue

There are always a variety of reasons stores open late. If the registers won't boot up you can't open. If the open mgr called out you have to get a replacement, Sounds like you needed to pay that bill when it was due.

Family Dollar charming ultra strong 24pk

Just came home from the family dollar in west haven and purchased a 24 pk of charming ultra strong on clearence for 10.95 that was infested with bedbugs. I found myself itching like crazy and looked at my clothes and was covered with small white patches that in different spots. When I called the store to report this the man the cashed me out remember me and said all that I can do is return, I then told him my concern about my car and y would I go through the trouble of returning it to be cover again and my concerns about my car possibly being infested. I'm very curious to know if they knew if this problem and when I had asked the gentleman he replied that they no longer sale that anymore that's why it was on clearance. But they still had this same ones on the shelf with the others?

Family Dollar tammy at family dollar marietta oklahoma

I was in shop I go in there almost everyday. I was in there to buy all the headphones they had at$10 a piece for my daughters 1st grade class I was buying for kids who couldn't afford them. I was looking at them the clerk venessa who was new had about six people in line I asked her because all the others were outside smoking just if she know if they were ipad compatible about that time tammy and carrie walked in and she yelled at me telling me they didn't have the time to read the back of every device in rudest tone possible. I sat there a minute then I went and found her and yes I did something I never do I called her [censored] told her that's not how you talk to customers. Her friend carrie was trying to smoothe things over. This store, dollar general, and homeland are only three stores in out town I spend a lot of money in there. Not anymore went to dollar general guy looked at it for one second said yes should fit it not keep receipts. It was so horrible how she treated me letting the new girl inside be swamped with customers while she smokes where you come in door at but one good person vanessa when I was walking out looked at me and said i'm so sorry about that talking about the incident. She helped ease my anger. Glad though she did this dollar general had them for $5 and family dollar was $10 and I was going to buy at least 20.

Family Dollar giving me fake money.. refused to exchange it right away.

Shop there n she gives me my change back I ask if she changes one $ 20 bill she refused to change it after arguing she saying it good.. So my time was so limit because I have to drop my kid to his school bus... So I left for 10 minutes to and came back at 9 am then I found the store closes.. For reason. So I came back a gain at ten am I find the store still shot down close.. So I came back a hour later so after I spoke to casher she say no she can't change it she call her rude manager with attitude.. Make me look like unwanted.. Even with my issue to discussing with her so.. I felt like am dealing with ur manager there like scaming me of my money... End up calling the police for them... Nothing they can do refer me to call ur office... And you can check the camera. As evidence... Camera don't lie like your employee.. I felt like dealing with criminal. Swear the way they handle them self. And own appts complecs next to ur store... Any way. I want to get ahold of the owner and the district manager for that store... It's not the $20 it's the principal of how they handle it... It's sad.. I know they lost my business for ever.

Family Dollar profiling a child

To whom it may concern:

My name is Tomika Curgil and I am writing this letter to inform you of an incident that occurred at a nearby Family Dollar, 7200 NW 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33150. I am very disappointed in the services that were provided and I just wanted to share my experience with you.

My son, his father, and I were shopping at Family Dollar on August 24, 2018 when the security guard snatched my son's jacket hood off of his head. He did not ask my son to remove the hood before physically removing it, nor are there any signs in the store stating that customers are not allowed to wear a hood. I find it very disrespectful that he felt he had the authority to do so. I am assuming that the security guard thought that my son was in the store alone, but the fact that both of his parents were present makes the situation worse. Not only could he have asked my son to remove the hood without using force, he could have also approached either of his parents before touching him. Off of natural instinct, my son became defensive and upset and told me what happened. I approached the security guard to ask his logic and he was very confrontational.

The entire Family Dollar staff got involved and the situation escalated unnecessarily. The manager of the store did not find fault in the fact the security just pulled the hood of my son's head without asking and told us to leave the store. We were not able to purchase the items that we initially came in for. I have already filed a police report addressing the situation and felt it best to make you aware of my experience. I will be seeking legal action if necessary.

Family Dollar store complaint

Purchased products which is marked $4.00 rings up $4.50. I had a $1.00 coupon so the cashier said that it he marks it down to to $4.00 which is listed as the price on the box I would not be able to use my coupon. Which is crazy! Then tries to insult me and say what do you want me to give you $.50! Bad service!
I've been going to this dollar store since 1999 and can't seem to understand the change in staff!

Family Dollar I was shorted 5 dollars

I was shorted 5 dollars upon receiving my change after purchasing 7 items for 24.20 I received 70.80 I went back to the store location the to retrieve my funds for the cashier whom tendered my total out who was no longer there I waited for the store manager who clearly stated to me that her name was naty and not Natalie what her name tag read to complete two transactions after that she counted the draw down then called the employee unsure of The conversation but then stated to me that there was nothing there and insisted on calling the police on me after I refunded the items trying to get her to c that even with my change and refund I only had 95$ when I started with a one hundred dollar bill
