Family Dollar employee/ disrespect a minor child

On September 28 2018 I walked in the store with a neighbor.When I payed for my items the lady stayed that the neighbor had a problem with the workers so I pushed my neighbor out the door then one of the employees told me I was banned from the store.When I walked outside the store the lady countinued to scream at me as if I was an adult and I am 16 years old.All of the other employees never ever had a problem with me and I felt I was being discriminated.

Complaint against employee was rudely greeted by cashier came into the store there was no one at the front counter no one in the store stuff everywhere nasty after I purchase my items I brought them to the cash register to be pay for items ring the bell on the counter cashier cane out of nowhere very nasty attitude told me not to ring the bell twice and said that it was a note on the bell the note wasn't facing me it was facing her so I did not see the note on the bell she replied back to me rudely once again well if sitting right here you should've seen it very nasty and rude one thing led to another and she took my items off the counter and through them on the floor and stated that she was not going to ring me up and she was going to call the police I have footage of it but it could not be downloaded on your website you can send me a email where I can send a copy of the video that was taken doing my time in the store

Family Dollar manager black man with green contacts

He was following me around, so I said sir I don't steal, I make more money then you. I asked him to help me find a toothbrush, which he did. We walked to the counter, he then got loud and said you say you make more theme, I'm not helping you. Then told me to leave and never come back. I never once got loud as he did. I felt disrespected, I have been coming there for 8 years, daily.

Family Dollar general manager anthony cates

I over heard the General manager Anthony cates. Talking to another customer about his regional manager Cris I believe he said his name was that he didn't like him. And he wanted cris to drop down and suck his [censored]! And that Anthony said he was going to continue to steal money from the company. And that Anthony boss invited him to a bucs football game and that he would never go with that fat cracker. I can't believe you all would allow your company to have a General Manager to speak loudly and carelessly about his manager and the company. I'm a regular customer and the things that he says out of his. Mouth is racist and nasty! Family Dollar u need a new General man

Family Dollar management

Shopping in your store in capon bridge wv. Son needed a ball for a project. The ball needed to be able to bounce as high as his height. My son bounced the ball to make sure it would work for his project. Feom 2 aisles over we hear someone yell "don't bounce the ball unless youre gonna buy it" I replied "we are gonna buy it" she replies "then still dont bounce the ball!"... I do not like going in this store since this woman has been working there. The times I have been here... She is always yelling from somewhere in the store at someone... So because of the reason I just stated... I replied "this is why I hate coming in this store.. She is always yelling". She replied still a few aisles away"there is another store up on the hill" she was referring to your competition of dollar general... She then muttered something else to another employee. I walked toward the aisle and said "excuse me?" no reply. I finished my shopping and headed up front and they both followed us... Rude employees and very poor customer service.

I was a assistant store manager in a major retailer for 27 years. I would never have allowed an associate to yell at a customer. They would have be disciplined and possibly terminated. To sum up, she is a poor role model for your staff as well as for the community. She should have walked over and spoke to use if she had a problem. Not yell from
A few aisles away and expect her customers to return.
Several of our neighbors and friends have also mentioned this rude woman in conversation.
Help her find a new occupation where her rudeness may better suit their business.
Thank you for the advice... We will no longer shop at the family dollar in capon bridge wv. We will drive the extra mile to dollar general for much better service and a much friendlier staff.

Family Dollar profanity against a customer

At approximately 5:45 pm a customer in front
Of me was trying to pay 2 boxes of diapers . I guess they were scanning at a different price and manager refused to sell it to the customer as it scanned . Customer asked why not ? I'm not stealing, your not volunteering it, I'm paying for it " your manager proceeded to tell her, she wasnot gonna sell bet anything and to get out . Her own son was there, the managers teenager, and he proceeded to threaten the customer and call her a [censored]ing [censored] " . The lady was in no way shape or form stealing or refusing g to pay . That teenager isn't even supposed to be there, while the manager is working . I will never shop on your store again . This store is in Laredo, Texas in the corner of Guadalupe and Seymour . God forbid that teenager is there, and threatens to kill me . Innocent bystander .

Family Dollar fake money

Beware of counterfeit money coming from family dollar on5540 moncrief rd jacksonville, fl and their rude employees! Found out last night the cashier gave me fake money when used my atm card and got cash back... The person I gave the money to called me twice while was in church. So after service, he said he went to two stores with the money and they said it is fake! I called fd, they told me to come up there with receipt and the money. Although I didn't have the money at the time, they told me, no problem. By then they had locked the door and was counting the safe. So I was told just bring it back in the morning so the manager could run the tape. So I get the money back this morning, get at store before they opened. The manage tells me to stand there while she run the tape, while the line builds up and the other cashier that was there last claims she was not on the clock, yet proceeds to tell another customer why the manager was running the tape. The unconcerned manager comes back up and said, there is nothing she could do! Had I came right back in last night, they could have resolved the issue. That is my fault for not checking.. So I called for a cop 👮 to make a report, waited a hour none came. This is moncrief right! I called cooperate for fm and was placed on hold forever. So i've been had! Still pissed I left and went to work. Please beware of your change and cash back it's a mean world out here🤔

Family Dollar the cleanliness

I go into the store a couple of times a week to see what new items are in the store as family dollar is one of my favorites.

Anyways this store is never clean. People trip over boxes, there is always things in the isle, this has been brough to the store managers attention (louis) he says he will take care of it. He never does
The shelves are extremely dirty. The store is never recovered. Spiderwebs everywhere and I feel this store is a disgrace to family dollar

Family Dollar I am complaining about customer service and about how dirty store was

I has the very unpleasant experience in Family Dollar Store licated in Phoenix Arizona on 32nd Street and Greenway Road. First the conditional of the store was filthy and dangerous. The was freight all over the store. Then I was rung up by manager Blanca and during the entire time she was doing my purchase she never said a word to me however she did speak to several Hispanic customers going in and out of the store. What kind of manager is that? We dont have to be friends but i expect to at least be told what my totals is. This is not the first time. I. Am going to The Better Business Bureau next.

Family Dollar service

I had applied at the family dollar in my home town cloquet, mn. They were low on people and the manager promised me a job. Then after a month of waiting a daughter of a manager of another store got the job before me and then the newer manger at the store i applied at was telling me since they are moving stores that im out of a job and told another person asking about putting an application in that they arent gonna get a job at this location. But the manager that told me that sits outside of the store and smokes cigarettes while there are customers in store and also her girlfriend works there and when they work together they both sit outside and smoke or will sit and make out while customers are in store. And there service isnt always nice. They will sit and finish their cigarettes while you are standing at the counter waiting to check out. I am still waiting to hear back about the job.

Family Dollar I am complaining about a manager at 5958 old troy pike huber heights ohio 45424

I am laschell Conner husband, me and Mark had a dispute about church, and it turned into a argument, after that he stated that he could take me away from my wife, that is when it got heated, I got upset real bad, and started cursing him out, I went outside to cool off, he followed me outside to tell me that if I don't go out with him he was going to call and have me put out the store, from the general manager Tom! Monday night I was going home with my wife, and we stopped at the store, I had her go in and purchase a toy for my granddaughter, I stayed in the car, he was still upset so he decided to call and say I was working there, but we was at the hospital with my mother the whole day, I want to meet with the head of the stores to file a big complaint on him for pushing his sexual tension and lifestyle towards me, and I don't go that way!

Family Dollar complaint

store 5869
management and staff are very rude and doesn't have good customer service.Manager is very rude and will argue with customers. lines are extremely long and always only has 1 register open. products are always misplace and wrongly priced staff doesn't honor error concerning price. store is dirty. signs are always posted warning customers to have exact change or no service.
poor staff and management training .
store 5869 is in need of a overhaul starting with nasty and disrespect management..

Family Dollar racism!

The store located at Robinsonville, Ms. has serious racism problems! I will not go to any more Family Dollar stores if customer service does not contact me back. A tore package of cookies became a personal issue for the black woman who was at the register when i asked to exchange the cookies for another pack because it was torn. She looked at me with hateful attitude and said your receipt shows you were in here 10 minutes ago and that is too long! OMG she wanted to kick me out of store! I am a white 62 year old woman and never seen such racism in another store like this before. Our family has been in this store several times and no other store personnel has been rude to us in any way, but this woman has a problem and corporate office needs to address this asap!

Family Dollar tower light up speaker

I purchased a light speaker just to find out that it was missing pieces so I decided to return back to the store to get my money back. So the supervisor tod who was very rude told me I can't return the product exchange only so I repeated I don't want it!. & on my receipt it says in big letters return or exchange this false advertising! Ido not want the speaker I just want what I payed for this is the second speaker I purchased & something was wrong with it I just want my money back! So I can be done with family dollars!

Family Dollar manager

On 9/24/18 I was in the location (store #7801) and although I intended to make a purchase, the store was very cluttered and when I went to purchase Simply Orange juice, it was expired ot had a sell by date of 8/28/18.I looked at everything in the store then proceeded to leave, without making a purchase. I was followed out by the store manager Tryone Brown and when I asked him what the issue was he stated that "he caught me trying to steal " .By this time im in my vehicle and hes attempting to obtain the plate number.Since I fully aware that I didn't commit, or attempt to commit a crime, I give my full cooperation to the mis understanding and I go back on the strore to allow Tryone to check me, my purse, or my vehicle. Tyrone was so irate and rude also very sure that he caught me trying to steal that he insisted on calling the authorities. I gladly wait, and he stated clearly on the 911 call that he caught me trying to steal and that I was irate.Once the police arrived, Tyrone stated to an officer that he Never said anything to me inside of the store. Tyrone said to myself and authorities snd myself that he caught me trying to steal, and had me trespassed all over his assumption. He never had any interaction with me while I was in the store except when he nearly ran into me and said excuse me. He never once asked if I needed help at all.Id like immediate contact regarding this matter and id like for the tape of my entire visit to be reviewed by the proper management staff to see where I jad suspicious behavior. There needs to be an apology and some re training, im also contacting my attorney.

Family Dollar my purse; I fear for my safety

Last night at approximately store number 5844 in Memphis Tennessee the address is 4727 Neely Road a customer walk in the store took my purse from behind the counter ticket to an end cap sat and watched my purse after reviewing the video footage this customer stayed in the store but the cashier never alerted me that his that his behavior was suspicious proper protocol was followed by the cashier I spoke with my GM Gregory Pollock and ask him if I had to return to the store on Thursday because I fear for my safety nonchalantly replied what do you want me to do as a Family Dollar employee I take pride in trying to stop all shopping but no one seems to care about my purse being taken no one I need some of them corporate office before I seek legal representation I feel like this was a setup and no one is taking this matters seriously but me

Family Dollar bad customer service

Today I went to family Dollar and the cashier was very rude. I misplaced an item he got out from register and went to snatch the shirt and placed it back where it belonged with a loud sight right after. I bought bras and panties.
The bras did not fit so I wanted to exchanged them I went back and there was a lady as a cashier. She didn't even let me explain when I bought the bras or anything. As soon as she saw me pulling them out the bag she said "we don't exchange bras or panties". I tried to explain to her that I had just purchased them but she repeated herself twice. She then rolled her eyes and started talking to her co-worker. I did not know I couldn't exchange bras but I would've understood if she explained to me or told me in a different manner. The workers there are very disrespectful, always on their phone and have a lot of attitude when helping customers.

Family Dollar fall in store

Hello, on Friday September 21, 2018 my famly and I were shopping at your family dollar location 840 S. Alma School rd Mesa Az 85210 my 13 year old son slipped and fell while pushing a shopping cart due to the Pepsi cooler leaking water. My husband informed the cashier working that our son fell due to water being on the floor (no caution sign was up) the cashier told my husband they were aware of the leak and the water and nothing else was said. I asked to speak to manager the gentleman I spoke to said he was a manager said he was aware of the leak and it was Pepsi's fault for not fixing the leak when they have told them serveral and walked away. I had to ask him to take our infor because my son hurt his leg and arm due to the fall. He took my info and said he would have the store manager to contact us, I have not heard from the store manager or anyone regarding this matter. I am also having a hard time understanding why there was no caution signs up or why there was nothing to try and stop the leak from speading, since they (cashier & manager) indeed state they were both aware of the leak . I feel very as if what happened is unimportant to your company and would like some acknowledgement of this situation. Thank you for your time in this matter. Family Dollar unethical behavior, harassment

On 9-22-18 at approx. 5:00 p.m. my wife was shopping at family dollar #8490 taking her time shopping and looking and the cashier approached her and stated that the cameras see everything and that she had been in the store for a long time, that if she needed to hurry and make it back to front of store so the cameras could see her insinuating that she was shoplifting. My wife offered for him to search her purse and he refused and he stated that they cant touch anyone's belongings. After being humiliated in front of other customers my wife left her buggy where it was and left the store. If this is how they are going to treat local customers in a small town that shop there often over blind spots in their camera system maybe they need a better camera setup. My wife will not be going back to this store or any other Family Dollar Store for that fact.

Family Dollar both employees at thornton ave. location

Two white ladies, one blonde with glasses, and another with red hair and glasses. Have the worse customer service and attitude. First of all, no greeting at the door. Then, I asked for help and since they were stocking, they both acted like I was such a bother. Aren't customers first? The red headed lady was so annoyed and not helpful at all, I tried to use my digitals and she denied explaining the problem and refused to sale the items. The other blonde lady acted annoyed and wasn't of much help either.
