:This is by far the worst I've experienced. I had walk down to family dollar with my son in a stroller and the lady had told me no stroller which I don't understand that there is no sign showing it.. She said it again really rude after i heard her the first Then she had her daughter who I have seen there multiple time helping out dealing with customers. Who looks like she is about 8 or 9 years old who ran up to me to tell me no strollers .. This little girl shouldn't be in the store she is there almost everyday and everytime I go which is a lot. If you can have a cart that has wheels why can't you have a stroller... Please I hope something gets done

On 6-13-2018 purchased $116.00 worth of merchandise. I had a problem with my debit card so I had to return to my house to retrieve cash. (reason i'm telling you this will come shortly)
When I return home I looked over my purchase. I noticed I had been over charged 3 different items one extra time. I returned the next day to show the cleck the mistake. (it was a cleck that was there when I was) I told him what had happened. He told me I would have to come back the next day. He had to look at the video. I said "ok what about now". He then went on to say well I don't know about you. You had to leave and go get the money because your debit card didn't work. Really it $6.00. I really like family dollar. I live in one of the worst areas I chicago there's not alto to shop at. When I was leaving I hear him say to a customer sure because she white I should bereave her?. The area is 98.9 percent black. I have enough problems around there. Then to go in a family dollar store and to have there to sad!. I don't want anyone to lose there job but some good training?,
Please help the both of us!

Family Dollar service

I use to shop at family dollar store in modesto ca until my sister was kicked out they also kicked me out just for being related to her! I will take legal action! I was kicked out for nor reason kiko and maria yelled at me said don't come back in store again! My sister said why was she kicked out they said because she laid a price of toilet paper down on counter I found out she accidentally dropped it she was in hurry to go to bathroom she had to go home the store doesn't have a bathroom

Family Dollar cashier or manager on duty

Today my boyfriend and I had some time to kill so we stopped in carrying our coffee and our baby. We were stopped before we even came in the door and were kicked out because of our drinks. If it's such a big deal that you have to be so rude, maybe there should be a sign on the door. Or if there is a sign, maybe make it more noticeable because I saw nothing. I even looked after we were kicked out. We packed the baby up and took our business elsewhere, to the dollar general down the road, since the people there don't point you out and embarrass you. I think next time, this situation should be handled differently. And maybe look in to a noticeable sign, since people like me tend to follow rules when the rules are known.

Family Dollar comportamiento no etico

Hoy 12 de Junio de 2018 a las 8:30 pm fue mi mama a la tienda de 1908 Old Port Isabel Road Family Dollar. Queria hacer una compra de un Body Wash que iba a salir a un dollar. La compra si paso, marcaba en la pantalla a pagar un dollar pero la cajera la cancelo y borro la compra. Voltio la cabeza en una forma que ofendio a mi Madre por lo que le pidio que no fuera grosera. La cajera que segun es la manejante Cinthia empezo a gritarle y le falto al respeto al frente de todos. No es corecto que la insulten y menos que hagan sentir a un cliente de esta forma. Esta es discriminacion, hiso a mi mama llorar y todo por un Body Wash. No entendio por que la ofenden por usar un especial de la applicacion de su tienda. Preguntaron de donde lo saco y la culparon. No dan ganas de regresar a su tienda si sus empleados van a demostrar este comportamiento. Nunca se disculpo y ni la otra trabajadora ayudo. Seria de gran ayuda que algo se haga por esta gran molestia. No ha sido la primera vez que no aceptan cupones. No trabajan los cupones en Brownsville Texas y el sistema nunca trabaja segun los trabajadores.

Family Dollar rugged usb cable

I purchased this usb cable and when we went to pull the cable out of the PS4 charging station it came apart. I tried to return this with a receipt and she would not accept it. It is only $5 but I spend a lot of money weekly in this store and was embarrassed by her reaction and acted like it was my fault it was broken! She said that is the best one they sell and opened another box and pulled on the cord to show me. If it was that "rugged" why did it break? I didn't argue with her and just left. She is never in a good mood and it's unrasy for me to purchase there because she always acts put out. Just thought you should know. Store number 02913.

Family Dollar manager

The Family Dollar in Harvey (15930 wood street) has a manger names Latasha. She is disrespectful to her customers and employees on many occasions. I hear her saying offensive language with her coworkers as well. She once told a coworker to not say "y'all" because that's not what "her people" say. I think this is rude and not managerial talk. Her behavior needs to be corrected. That's not how you treat people and reflects poorly on the values of Family Dollar.

Family Dollar employee

I bring you greeting all the way from Brooklyn NY. I am a regular family dollar patron however on the evening of June 8 2018 my experience with family dollar was not a great one. I purchased a couple of toiletries and feminine hygiene products. The employee behind the counter thought it would be a great idea to comment on my women's items and proceed to give me advice about my upcoming women menstrual cycle. While it is a normal act of nature I'd rather your employees keep their comments to themselves. Thank You.

Family Dollar store manager

This is in regards of the store manager in the malta ohio store. My son has worked at this store for 2 years now, he has worked on days off for other employees, he has worked when he has been sick, he has covered shifts when someone had to leave early. The store manager has been giving him low hours, she talks about him to other employees, she has put him down along with other employees. She spends most of her time outside smoking, talking on her cell phone, or talking to her husband... I never see her inside doing her job. While the other employees, my son included do her job, plus theirs. My son has never been offered an assistant manager position because she does not like him, and she has made that clear. Other employees have came in and worked 2 weeks and was offered the assistant manager position. I feel that my son is being discriminated against and has been since she took over the store manager position. Nothing is being done about it either. She is rude and hateful to employees and customers alike. She does not deserve management position.

Family Dollar management

On memorial day weekend my daughter and myself went to the family dollar at 8:40pm and the manager and 1 employee were just starting to count the register, we knocked at the door and manager came to the door saying they were closed. I said it's not 9 yet and she said they closed at 8. We then drove down to another family dollar store and they were still opened and gave us corporates #. So I have been calling ever since being placed on hold each time before I hung up over 45 min. So that is another complaint I have. As i'm writing this I am still holding on my phone and now it's been 55 minutes. Ridiculous! Also another night me and my daughter pulled up at this store 521 s.E. 29 in okc an employee and her boyfriend might as well have been having sex, they were all on top of each other and then she got out and both of them smiled at us as if everything was normal and she went back in the store. Also the manager always parks right in front of the store where other customers should be able to park. I wish someone would call me to discuss this further. My 2#'s are [protected] or [protected]. And by the way been on hold now for over an hour!

Family Dollar assistant manager harassment

I am a new employee at the family dollar in Lumberton, New Jersey. Associate manager Fiona, was harassing me yesterday. I've asked her not to talk about matters that shouldn't be in the work place. I also stated the situation had nothing to do with me. She told me oh I'm the manager and we can speak on whatever I want. I walked away and she's telling me don't play with her. She called herself trying to bully her "power" over me. Cops were called, I went home because I felt uncomfortable. I tried to call the manager but it seems like he doesn't really care since he's leaving the store. I'm not sure if I have a job there still because of her position. But she's threatened both me and my mother based on something that had nothing to do with neither of us. She put her frustration on me. I personally felt like she wanted to see if I was the weakest link. This hasn't been the first time Fiona has yelled at her employees and customers. I'm just the one who felt to speak out on it. This is a big company and acts like this shouldn't be tolerated. I have proof on my phone that she called me after hours, cussing me out, making threats. I have text messages that shows her saying " Don't tell me not to call your f****** phone". Then continues to tell me where she's from and she doesn't play. I strongly feel like for the sake of the company, actions should be made.

Family Dollar cashier rosemary

Sunday morning at your gateway store in westville nj cashier rosemary cussed at me insulted me simply because I put in the wrong phone number for my smart coupon she said she didnt give a [censored] that her supervisor would back her up I need the surveillance cameras ran back she greeted me with an attitude from the begginning im a paying customer and I don't deserve to be belittled and threatened to call the cops on me because I called out her lack of professionalism and her disgusting attitude. She was the only one working and clearly upset about it but it's not right to have her negativity put upon a frequent paying customer. I need action done im very upset and it's unbelievable in this day and age that you get treated so poorly. I will be filling a complaint with the bbc and consumer affairs. Your employee speaking on my fact that I bought diapers she said atleast im not buying diapers for kids I cant afford and implying that I was unemployed since i'm african american and had on sweat pants and a hair scarg her rascist homes were disgusting and really saddened me. Please take care of this situation I was harassed disrespected racially profiled slewd profanity at and treated as less than.

Family Dollar I am complaining about your cashier named ellie that was very rude and shoved my bag at me.

STORE # 03741 located 3419 English Ave Indianapolis IN...

I went in to this store tonight around 9pm. The cashier that was working tonight name was Ellie. Me and my husband were there for about an hour. When we were doing getting things needed. We proceeded to check out with Ellie the cashier who was working. While we was ringing up things. 2 coffee cups that were on sale rang up wrong price. My husband than told the cashier that they were on sale for .60 cents. He went back to take picture of coffee cups that were on sale for .60 cents. She then told him that they were the wrong ones and that she would still give for sale price. Still wanting to argue with him. She
then overrode the price she kept saying I better not get fired over .80 cents. Then she rang up my stuff I had. She put everything in one bag and shoveled it at me with a big line of people . I was very shocked by the way me and husband was treated by this cashier. Thought she was very rude and unprofessional. I do not think that employee of a store should ever treat a customer like that. She was very rude and poor customer service. Disciplinary actions should be taken for her actions. I shop at your stores every week about 4 to 6 times. I always save 10 dollars or more and didn't get to use many coupons. I. Lost money because she didn't give me my coupons

Family Dollar stupid, incompetent customers.

All you people complaining on here are nothing but disgusting excuses for human beings. 95% of you probably have no job, 8 kids, and get over 1k a month in foot stamps but you think you have the right to complain about anything when it has to do with employees at these stores? You're the reason most these stores look the way they do, and why the employees are so "rude" to you. You're nothing but trash, and you suck the government dry because you can't get a job so you're just okay taking other people's hard earned money and using it. Get off your fat, lazy [censored] and make your own money and pay for your own crap. You could not last a single day working for this company and dealing with embicles like yourselves. You're the reason the employees are the way they are. You come in there to "shop" and most of you of course have like 500 kids and the minute you enter the store it's like you don't give a damn anymore about being a parent and you just let your brats run around, trashing the store with no supervision. Playing with toys and breaking crap you're obviously not gonna buy them because let's face it, food stamps don't buy toys. Don't ever complain about these stores looking so bad because YOU are the reason they do. Maybe if you could put crap back where you got it from when you decide you don't want it would be a start but of course not, you're too damb lazy to even get off your butt and get a job so there's no way you can put stuff back where it goes. It also baffles me that when you come to the register to check out and of course never have enough money for all your items or you just decide last minute you don't want something so you hand them to the employee talking about "Oh and I don't want this." Well [censored], does it look like we do? Did we bring it up there? No. So go put all the crap back that you don't want where you found it, that's start. And of course once you leave they're toys all over the store from your disrespectful children, who have no manners and who you haven't even paid one bit attention to the entire time you're in the store. And then there's the people always trying to get something for nothing and you theives, too. Don't worry though, when they have to shut these places down because of all the theift that goes on in these stores then you uneducated, lazy, sad excuse for a human being will have to find somewhere else to shop who won't put up with your crap. You customers are Family Dollars problem, and you only. They don't get paid nearly enough to deal with losers like you all day but they still do it and all you wanna do is [censored] and complain when you're the reason the stores look the way they do and the employees act the way they act. LOL 95% of family dollar shoppers are poverty stricken losers, which is YOU. Family Dollar customer service

Good Morning, On Thursday June 7 2018 around 6 pm, I Mary, went to this family dollar, I had a five dollar coupon to use when purchasing $25 dollars. I asked for a price check, and then they did not know how to delete it, and also they said the coupon was not valid. The expiration date is June 09, 2018, which is this Saturday. They said I had to wait, due to not knowing how to clear out the register due to the price check. I left my full cart of items and walked out of the store. I have been going to Family dollar for many years.. I am also an honorable woman veteran and work at a VA Hospital. This staff needs training in customer service. Thank you

Family Dollar rudeness from employee that was disrespectful

The lady with tattooed neck was helping my husband was rude. First off she was not at the front of the store for 10 minutes. She refused to scan an item to check price and told him to [censored] off. When told ahead was ride She shrugged and asked what the [censored] you going to do. She then continued to flip him off as he left the store. And kept cussing at him.
That is no way to treat someone whom is a customer at all.
You need better employees then someone to full of themselves to be respectful.
As an ex-manager that is not right work behavior to cuss and flip people off.
Some things needs to happen.
I will never go there again nor will people I know.

Family Dollar service

I have been a regular customer for years at this store and after today I will not step foot back in that store. I walk in there and there is a new girl working the register and the customer had an issue with a coupon not being credited. She needed a manager to fix the problem on the register and no one was to be found. There were 3 workers at the store and the young cashier could not leave her register. After 15 min of standing in line no apologies or anything and another worker opens register helping customers out way after I had been standing there. I finally just had to bite my tounge and walk out. This store is awful with customer service and its lights are not working in the back part of store and it's almost 100 degrees in there because the air was broke. ( the air was also broke 6/4/2018 when I went in there) I am thoroughly disgusted with my experience there and like I have said before, I will not ever step foot in there again. They have lost my business for good.

Family Dollar customer service/store cleanliness

Today I went to the family dollar on natural bridge in st. louis mo to simply purchase some work gloves to do lawn work in my yard. When I walked in the store instead of being greeted I was rudely asked " What are you looking for". Then I was directed to the aile with the gloves which I removed off rack for purchase. I then walked to the cashier to pay for the gloves but a customer was in front. I then heard the cashier speak out " Do you need a bag?" and even though I was unclear of who she was addressing I went to reply in slang "uh huh" which means yes but she kept repeatedly asking same question till I was in front of her. I then replied I answered your question at first but she then got rude again and said she didnt here me but strangely all the customers heard me. I then told her that just because other customers might give them a hard time doesnt not give them the right to treat other customers with disrespect and rude attitude.

Family Dollar falling due to the store negligence

Hi my name is Michelle Leavell and On 4/11/18 i fell in your jefferson city missouri store because there was water on the floor and there was no sign saying wet floor i sustained a strain knee and shoulder i had to wear a knee brace for my knee and a arm sling for my shoulder there were several witnesses that seen the incident the employee took my name and number i never received an apology or nothing from the store yes i have called a lawyer that I'm waiting to hear back from

Family Dollar cashier

Went to Family Dollar yesterday to buy a pair of shoes a certain pair of shoes size 13 for my 6 year old granddaughter along with those shoes I bought another $64 worth of stuff in your store when I got home the shoes were not in my bag but they were running up on the receipt I went back to the store with my receipt the Wintersville store Wintersville Ohio 43953 the cashiers name was Phyllis she called me a liar said I went home and took the shoes out of my bag and came back for more a I didn't spend $64 in your store to be stealing from you be the rudeness of her calling me a thief and a liar is uncalled for I paid again for the same pair of shoes which by the way your store only had one pair of size 13 and those were the ones that they didn't put in my bag the first time I spend over $300 a week in your store I don't have to I just like some of the items in there I make more in a week than that b**** in a month she got very rude with me told her I'm calling corporate because this is not right she said go ahead my name is Phyllis well you better do something with Phyllis because she's downright rude now I have the same pair of shoes and had to pay for them twice if this problem isn't resolved you'll never see me back in that store and maybe you just don't care but I don't either at this point she shouldn't be there she is not a customer friendly person
