Family Dollar rude manager and dirty store

Went to your Charlotte Michigan store #2922 and this lady Pat was so rude to me I could not believe it, she wouldn't help me a bit, all she did was sit there and talk to her cashier and laugh! The store had empty boxes on the floor and I had my hands full and almost fell cuz I didn't see them, thank goodness my husband said watch out for those boxes! I can't believe u have this going on in your store and this is not the first time I have experienced this with the same lady (Pat), I just figured the first time she was having a bad day but now I feel she is just rude and nasty. I'm done with that store.

Family Dollar store manager/ public restrooms

While shopping in your Williamsburg, Va. location my 5yr. Old Grandson need to use the restroom. The newly remodeled store had a note on the bathroom door that stated " not for use at this time ? When asking the store, he just said we don't have a public bathroom go next door to the Laundry business. Why? Was this Necessary when a public bathroom is located in the store and I am a customer shopping in the store .I have to use someone else's facilities this is rude and he was rude and cery unprofessional what type of business do not respect their customers needs a 5 year-old child. I would like a respectable response

Family Dollar assistant manager

My granddaughter had diarrhea and needed a bath room she is 8 yrs old we asked nicely if she could use the bathroom she swung her hand pointing at the door I had the door cracked open so I could watch her. The asst manager started yelling nobodies supposed to be back here. It could be my [censor] I corrected her for her language and she told me to get the [censor] out of her store . 3 times my granddaughter started crying. Asked her what the hell she was crying for. Her name is Paula .I have never ever been treated like that in one of your stores.I want her fired.I have contacted a lawyer for slander. My mane is Rosemarie Odell.I can be reached at [protected]@ yahoo.com.if we do not reach a settlement. I will have to contact the police prosy from my attorney and file charges for my 8yr old grand child. toy I hope we can resolve this with in 30 days.

Family Dollar internet coupons

I am a very upset customer. There are 3 stores in my area that will not accept internet coupons. When I asked all 3 of the store managers why they are not accepting. The answer is I'm just not taking them. How can they be allowed to make these decisions on their own. If this directive not come from corporate how can they do this. They have hand written sign that says" Not taking internet coupons.. I have to drive 30 minutes to use my coupons. This is not fair to your customers. I need someone to please contact me and tell me your internet coupon policy. If it's the correct product and not expired then it should be treated the same as one I would clip out of the Sunday paper
The stores I have had these issues are.
Both the stores in Kingstree S.C and the one in Andrews S. C.

Family Dollar customer service

There is an assistant manager at your Bolingbrook location that should not have her job! I am a customer service manager for the Napleton Automotive group Corporate office.. I oversee 43 dealership's customer service department and she by far was one of the WORST employees I have met. She "greeted" me with her starky "what?" at the registry while on her cell phone... I am asking her questions regarding your return policy, which she answered in the most demeaning, condescending way possible while still half talking on the phone. In the ten minutes it takes for me and my boyfriend to bring in our two items we were wanting to return she was still on the phone somewhere in the back and took way too long to come out and assist us. She then proceeds to tell me that she refuses to return the one organizer because it wasn't in the box (the box was damaged but I have every single piece and the reason i was returning it was because it was broken when I bought it! She never even asked) and said it was ridiculous and she wouldn't think of returning it. Instead of arguing with her because obviously she was having a bad day and i'm 6 months pregnant I say okay please return the other box... "isn't this one opened too" it hasn't been all the tape was still secure all the way around and she made it such a big deal to return those. Upon reading your return policy I plan on returning today and getting my second organizer returned as there is nothing in your policy that says anything about condition of product. The organizer has normal wear and tear.. it was apparent someone had used it before i bought it or it had been hit during processing... either way as a customer I did not deserve to be spoken to like that and she should learn it's not what you say but how you say it! Date of event 7/31/2017 all I want is a refund for an item I bought damaged. I should've brought it back the next day with my receipt but i've had an awful pregnancy and leaving my house is not always easy..

Family Dollar oxi detergent buy 2 get 1 free sale

I went into the store to buy some oxi clean detergent and use my coupons 3off...And the manager told me she wasnt letting me buy but 1 item. I asked how is that possible and its buy2g1free..She said she has been manager for years and never let people buy more that one item on sale from her store. I told her another store did...She told me..U better go back to the other store because she wasn't letting me buy but one. She said it is her store and she run it how she wants to. I told her she don't know her coupon policy. She was very rude and would not let me purchase anything from the store... She told me to leave her store! i was very upset! your policy #2 states that duplicate coupons in one transaction are accepted as long as there is an item purchase for each coupon. And there is no limit

Family Dollar bra and panty policy

I tried to return some bras and panties I had just bought the day before. The clerk informed me I couldn't and told me I was supposed to read the returns policy before I bought them. I told her I don't buy things that I intend to return. I just so happened to think they would fit too tight. I had all the tags and my receipt. It was over $20 worth of merchanise. She was very rude and told me that I had to keep them. Which I believe is unfair because I was just going to turn around and purchase more items. But now I don't want to shop there ever again.

Family Dollar newport digital coupons

Hello I went to the family dollar in question with a digital coupon from Newport.com they still give the paper coupons but they're trying out the digital one I've to that store with same coupon they scan if no problem for some reason when I went there the last time the manager of the store denied me being able to use my coupon cause she's never seen it before she became really angry and rude even I've been there with the coupons and they've scanned it I go to family dollar stores a lot we do our shopping there pretty frequently there was no need for a manager of the store to act so rudely and tell me to go to another store

Family Dollar management

I am a regular customer at family Dollar in Centralia, IL. I know all the employees that work at this location and therefore, would like to remain anonymous in what I am about to say. I have contemplated even contacting corporate for these issues that I have with an employee but I feel that as a customer, our views/opinions matter because the we are what keeps the business running. Without customer support, sales would be on the decline. Never the less, these are my issues about one specific manager, Kimberly.

I have been in the store on numerous occasions, and have listened to her talk bad about the other employees, saying things like "Well, he can't do it because he is gay" or even "I don't even care about this job, it's just a paycheck." I have witnessed her physically touching another female managers butt and breasts and the other manager getting mad and upset about it and telling her to stop on numerous occasions. I have seen her get worked up because she messed up paperwork or have to call someone for help because she didn't know how to do something that as a manager she should know. I have personally witnessed her constantly being late to work like it is no big deal.

But my biggest issues are as follows:

1. She has received a ticket for selling tobacco to minors

2. She has been accused of letting customers take things without paying for them. (A lady named Ruby - whom she claims she is too afraid of to actually stop, when in reality she is friends with her)

3. She is always outside smoking or sitting in her white van.

4. Some days she smells like marijuana other days she is bouncing off the walls as if she is on some other drug.

My biggest issues is as follows:

One day a couple weeks ago I was on the store, it was a Thursday. I witnessed her get into a physical altercation with a minor customer. Kimberly was making comments about this minors mother and the minor punched Kim. Kim then grabbed the girl by her arm. Apparently the mother then stepped in and told Kimberly she had 1 second to let go of her daughter before she had to deal with her. The police were called and the customers were banned.

My question to you is why does she still have a job there? This store is located right next to a retirement home and it would be a shame if you guys had to close this store because of loss of sales or because theft is so bad that you choose to close the store. It would negatively impact many lives. Word of mouth is a big deal and can impact your establishment. Without your customers, noone would have that job. Therefore, I will no longer shop at Family Dollar/Dollar Tree as I feel your corporate values do not put the customer first. I will also tell my friends/family not to shop there either. Too many exceptions have been made for this one employee.

Family Dollar payment not received for returns.

07/26/2017 Store #06986 Plymouth, Pa. On this date I tried to return three items about 2p.m. all three items were clothing items.These items were purchased on [protected].The cashier inspected the clothing and brought them outside to the manager who was smoking.The cashier pushed the clothes back to me and said"We can't take these back"no explanation as to why not.There is no reason as to why the clothing could not be returned.They are only 12 days old?Thank you for attention to this matter.

Family Dollar employees

I frequent the Wareham MA store and last night was treated SO poorly by the 2 rudest employees. I go there probably every week, and one I see often and she's usually kind of cranky but last night was ridiculous. Her and the other woman were rude to me regarding the coupons you"clip" off the family dollar website and then were rude to my children when they asked how much certain items were because the shelves were such a disaster that nothing was distinguishable and it's right place. Yet one girl just sat at the end of the register chatting it up with the one who was running the cashier. Normally I see employees on their phone, Facebook messaging (I know the tone it makes they don't even bother to turn the ringer off) but they're not rude like they were so I let it go. But last night was the last straw.

Family Dollar mop

I brought a mop from Family Dollar for 4.25 and it broke the same day. I took it back to the store and the manager at the time, called another manager on the phone and she told him that I can not return the mop because I must have handle it too rough. I told him I don't see any signs saying you cannot bring merchandise back. they did not ask when I brought the mop or did not care to see when I purchase the mop. they just seen it was broke. I did not get a chance to use the mop one time.

Family Dollar store manager racist

I Work for this store [protected] w 26 while ago I can say that the manager for this store is a racist person for being black she looks for excuses and she lie just so I lost my job while a work for her I used to do things the i know I don't need have to do she was never in the store and she wanted me and anothers employee Do everything for her she treat my self really ugly for being black she did everything to take me out I think family dollar should take letter of this situation she use the employee and then she takes them out she just don't like black people sincerely. Family Dollar bad and poor customer service of an acting manager in belen, nm.

Acting manager refused to give back Receipt after of an item returned for refund. My daughter asked politely and the acting manager ignored my daughter. I was upset and I interrupted the acting manager for store Receipt. By then she said she can give me a receipt once she made a copy. Why! Couldn't the acting manager be polite about giving my daughter Receipt (?)

Family Dollar rude store manager

The store manager working on 07-19-2017 at Store #02489 SA TX at 14:53 ranging me up at the register and he was completely Rude to me. I went in with my backpack and he yelled at me that I couldn't walk in the store with my backpack to leave the backpack at the front of the store. There was no sign or anything to warn me of not being able to do so.

Family Dollar not being given mandatory breaks like all other employees

I have now work at this store for almost a year and through this year we have gone through almost 2 crews of cashiers and asst this is beacuse kelly O'Connelly is unfair in how she works so there for everyone quits and so she relied on me alot in these past couples months but as soon as she hires her friend now she just going to screw me with hours and days off such as me being the senoir asst i ask for one of my days off to please be a weekend dayy and i come and look at the schedule and everyone else has a weekend day off and i mean eveyone on our schedule and her friend who isnt even a key holder yet get more hours then me im very aggervated with how i am being and treated and if we dont find a conclusion then im going to have to file a complaint with the labor borad for all these months ive been noy given a break .im in store 3479 plainville ma 02762

Family Dollar employee and manager rude, made false accusations, called me n[censor]

I went into a Family Dollar with a friend who was looking for a certain item that the store did not have.. I was ending a call on my cellphone as we were getting ready to leave the store and threw my phone in my purse as the store employee ran over to me and got in my face telling me she just saw me steal something and throw it in my purse and she demanded me to open my pocketbook that I never closed. I was so confused I looked around and asked who she was talking to and she said Im taking to you.. I just watched you take an item an put it in ur purse now open ur purse now! Then the manager came over and i told them both they were crazy and I didn't steal a thing and I was leaving the store. As i started walking out the store the employee who accused me of stealing called me a n[censor] on my way out the door. Then the manager started recording me with her cellphone threatening to call the police and have me arrested for allegedly stealing. I was so upset, humiliated, and appalled of being falsely accused and now being called a n[censor] also in front of another black customer who was so disgusted he left his items and walked out the store shaking his head at the manager and employee. I turned to the manager and told her she needed to review her camera footage and confirm what I stole. I ended up opening my pocketbook and let the accusing employee look inside it and asked her what exactly is it that she saw me steal and throw in my pocketbook? The employee who did all the accusing replied with "I don't know." I said well let me help you since you insisted i stole and since you insisted I open my pocketbook...it was my cellphone you saw me put in my bag! I had anxiety and my body was shaking so badly from the embarrassment of being threatened to be arrested, falsely accused, harassed and called n[censor] in a public establishment with other customers present.

Family Dollar the store manager

He was super rude !i was their to do a return and my son had gotten a 50cents candy and he made me pay for it first before going in the store and after I called a family member to tell him how rude he was being with me he told me I had to leave the store because I was talking about him!im so upset and will never visit your store again!his location is in TAFT CALIFORNIA AND HIS NAME IS ROBERT THE STORE MNAGER!

he also said that my son is not aloud to eat the candy unless we paid for it my son is only 5, he asked me why the man is being mean and i had to tell him he thinks we are steaking because we are black. i had to give my son a lesson on racism.

Family Dollar store # 07769

I was in the store shopping and almost passed out because the air conditioner is not working I had to stop shopping and leave that's how hot it was in the store when I spoke to one of the cashiers she advised me that the air conditioner has not worked in months I think that is very unacceptable that you would force your employees to work under those conditions it is 100 plus degrees outside you have to window fans blowing on them at the counter that's not helping. I'm going to call the health department and anyone else I need to call to either clothes to store or make you sure there is air inside the building. I've shopped at some of your other stores and I'm never win and one with the air woods and on or working so is it because of the location that you don't care I just think it's sad.

Family Dollar cashier harassing my daughter

I live less than a mile from the seven springs store. I shop in there 3 to 4 times a day. I spend alot of money in there . there is an employee by the name of amanda. Mt daughter will rum out if house and not slude shoes on. She goes in every time without shoes. When amanda sees my daughter amd im not with her she will harrass my daughter. Follow her around the store and make comments about her feet. my daughter has told me everytime well she never says anything when im in there. Well today she did and she was hanging all across the counter to look at my daughters feet then proceeded to tell her ahe had to leave mind u we were at the register checking out. I stopped her and asked her where their sign that informs customers of no shoes no shirt no service. Well there isnt one she then tells me she can make that policy. I then tell her to tell her managet to tell me my daughter has to leave. By this point im pretty heated. I was talking with a friend in line trying to avoid anymore problems will i ran my mouth to my friend and said noone needs to tell me what i can or cannot do especially without the proper signs in display. And i said i will drag someone if they start with me. Amanda then tells me i threatened a coworker and could never come back. That i was banned. And she was calling the law. The coworker she is speaking of is the manager and she was not even there anr amanda did not call the manager either. I do not feel as i should nor should my daughter be harassed to this extent over shoes.
