I purchased one NET10 phone for $30.00 which included 300 free airtime minutes. Subsequent/additional minutes sell at 300 minutes for $30.00. Because I receive many unsolicited phone calls, I returned to Family Dollar to purchase a second phone with a new number. The price had changed and the terms which include the words "300 minute bonus" were unclear. When I inquired, the salesclerk assured me that the 300 free minutes would automatically be added to my phone as soon as I activated it. WRONG! NET10 only gave me 10 minutes. When I tried to return the phone to Family Dollar less than 24 hours later, the manager (Locust Street store in Terre Haute Indiana) said sue us, it will cost much more for a lawyer than what you lost. I e-mailed Dollar General headquarters but received no response. They, under the circumstances just described, are no better than thieves.
I went in on Easter.Sunday to the store at the store on the corner of N.Main and Sunset. in Columbia, SC at 10:20 AM.
The staff behind the counter,.2 or 3 women, were screaming and swearing at each other, ignoring customers who were waiting to pay for their purchases.
For six weeks the store at 89106 - las vegas - nv. At earnest - may and rancho has had no eggs and no one at the store knows why. You put up a sing that says 3.49 per doz. But no eggs.
being followed constantly been a costumer for years and the store never open on time all i can say is i will no longer spent another cent there 82nd and troost in kanas city they are rude and disrespectful.

Incorrect prices are checkouts on most items, many items in store have no prices and they overcharge 30c to $1 extra at checkout than listed prices, the customer service is terrible the old lady with grey hair has an attitude and acts like you are stealing from them when they're the ones stealing from you.
The family dollar in Salina has been closed for days. They are claiming a computer issue.
The address is 1130 N Main St Dayton Ohio. I'm a senior citizen and had to walk 25 minutes to get here. This is unacceptable. I should be compensated for having to wait over 90 minutes. An also you should have enough employees to make it open on time. Which is 9 am. Today is 10/26/2023
on or about September 18 or19, 2023, while entering the Family Dollar store in the early evening on 711 Broad Street in Providence, RI my hand was punctured due to a broken door handle.
The manager raberta Everytime I go in there is being rude and hateful to Assistant manager Karen,she fired her for getting sick with COVID, anytime I went in the store Karen would be working her butt off
The store has been closed alot for days and months the store is full of trash and freight all through the floors hard to walk through and went to buy something and was told to leave because they had no staff to ring me out during operation hours

Manager allows Male asst. Mgr.bringing his 1 year old kid to work sometimes and she sits, naps, eats in a cart for 7 hours! This Male asst. Mgr. also has made sexual comments to female customers and tells customers if he catches someone shoplifting he will tie them to a pole outside.
I felt like it was a racist thing cuz it's not the first time I had that problem with her in tulia texas and I dnt like wat she did to me and at11:45am this happened on July 6th 2023 in tulia Texas and I will not go back there again and she was being rude and nosey

My sister has mental disabilities, and often receives abuse from her store lead manager. From not counting her drawer fast enough at the end of the night to [censored]ing at her constantly for anything, and everything she does. If action is not taken about her, then I will take legal action against the corporation as a whole.
On June 6 2023 went into store 5804 and the store is so trashed can't walk down some isles. There is freight everywhere. O one working the friend and can't get to any of the product I needed

They close at 10 pm but I got here today March 19th at 9:50 and door was locked, they were closed and it's happened on several occasions

Christina was being very rude when I asked where the rags and towels were it was just a simple question and she was rude saying put your bag upfront in a nasty manner. also toward the end, she calls me sweetie I'm, not your sweetie.
So I am a customer service complaining about lady named Alicia. She works at the Family Dollar in Pottstown on Farmington Avenue. The outside lights at the Jonesboro, Louisiana location either don't work or are never turned on. It's not uncommon to drive past the store at night because it's not lit up. The driveway, one way in and out, is very difficult to see.
