FairySeason socks

I placed an order on December 1, 2016 and was told it would be shipped within a few days. My PayPal account was charged on the same day that I ordered but I have not received the product yet. The website has no phone number! and there is no way to see the status of the order. It was ordered as a Christmas present and it is now December 21 - we'll see.

FairySeason order

I placed an order for some Christmas gifts for friends on Dec. 7th, paid in full, expedited shipping and only received a confirmation email. The email stated my order will be shipped in 3-8 business days and I would receive an email regarding shipment information. It is now Dec. 21st I have paid in full, no way to tack my package, no way to call to check on my shipment but email. Very frustrated. Hope this website isn't a scam.

By my searches the site appears to be fake.
dispute the charge on your credit card and then go to BBB/ FCC and publish a claim.

FairySeason took my money & no order received!

I placed an order # FSC110754036733053 on Dec. 11th. They charged my Credit Card for the full amount. A couple days later I got an email that partial shipment was sent. That was 10 days ago & I can find NO tracking information for the UPS number they gave me that a package is in transit. I have tried to email them THREE TIMES and all I get is an automated confirmation that they received my email & no one ever contacts me. I also PAID EXTRA for "Expedited" shipping & that was 10 days ago! I will now contact PAYPAL AND CANCEL my order. And I will also have to file a Dispute for the charges they put on my Credit Card. DO NOT order from this company!

FairySeason order not being delivered!

This company has no phone number to call them because i'm sure it would be busy, due to pissed off person's not getting what they ordered..
I placed my order on November 28 and received 1 of the 2 items.
I have email them 4 times with NO response.
A christmas dress will not be necessary in a few days.
Happy new years Frosty the snowman Dress cant wait to where you Christmas 2017!.

I order 2 Christmas dress on November 26, 2016 & I have only received 1.
I of course took advantage of there free shipping so NO TRACKING provided. WTH
Do not know if I am getting the other Dress. I can not find a number for this company. I have submitted 3 requests to be contacted have gotten 0 returned.

If it is not here by Christmas lot of good a Christmas tree dress is going to do me in January!

One other thing, it states to contact them on Face book. This is what you get

FairySeason dresses!

I placed an order on december 3, 2016 with expedited shipping just received a partial order this evening december 20, 2016 with one of the dresses missing. I have sent several emails over the course of the past few weeks with absolutely no reply! So not impressed! And now i'm without a dress! And fully paid for! FairySeason non shipment of order

Placed 2 orders at the beginning of december... Nothing shipped but my card was charged immediately! Should have read reviews, will never order from this place again! Super scam!

FairySeason order never received but I was charged!

I placed an order on 11/28/16 of $136.99 with fairyseason.com. The order contained 12 items which were ALL CHRISTMAS GIFTS! I have sent SEVERAL emails and to no avail no responses on either! There is no contact number anywhere. I also had a dress for Christmas in that order. Some items said shipped but there is no way to track because shipping was free according to site. I wish I would of seen these reviews before I placed my order. Hopefully this will be helpful to someone else.

I have been sending emails to the customer service email address on your site. I have never heard back from anyone. In November I paid by paypal $67 and never received my items or a refund. On the orders page it doesn't even show my order! You accepted my money then not list it so you don't have to do a refund if its not really an order? not happy would like a refund asap

FairySeason not received order since 11/23/16

I ordered a dress and 2 shirts for Christmas from fairy season. It was ordered on 11/23/16. It is marked shipped, but I have not received it and it has not almost been a month. I have emailed and sent a message through their website, with no follow up. This is unacceptable. I hope people do a better job reading reviews before they order than I did.

I ordered 2 of the items listed above on 11/24/16. Order #[protected]. I received an e-mail on 12/3/16 saying that my order shipped. The website indicates that I cannot track my order because I had free shipping. The website also does not offer a telephone #. This order was for Christmas which is 6 days away. I am requesting a full refund to my credit card. I look forward to hearing from someone soon & this issue being resolved. Jennifer Carter

FairySeason expedited shipping on order#fso47023310688628

I ordered the tshirt in ample time for her to receive for a Christmas get together. She found you on Facebook & sent to me. I paid for 3 day shipping. So of course she didn't get it in time because it wasn't shipped till 17th. I went & bought another and paid overnight shipping.

Why do you offer if you can't deliver on time.
You really should refund merchandise but definitely sipping

Will never order from your company and if your name is even mentioned near me you will not receive a nice recommendation, actually the opposite

FairySeason christmas dress

I ordered a Christmas Dress on 12/3/16 and said it would ship within 7 days. I received an email 12/5/16 saying it had shipped. I still have not received. Customer Service inquiries go unanswered.

I also ordered two ugly Christmas shirts 12/6/16 and said it would ship 3 - 8 days. Got notification one shipped 12/8/16 and the other one still has not shipped.

FairySeason made order on 12/8/2016 company will not respond to my emails

I put an order in with this company on 12/08/2016 I paid extra for expedited shipping the site says it will ship within 3-7 days. It has now been at least 8 days and no conframation email about being shipped out. I emailed them several times and have not yet received a response. The item number for my paid item is FSC082355039559152 unfortunately after the fact I read reviews on this company all of which are not good with same issues as myself I feel I've been scammed and not sure what I can do about this your help would be much appreciated there is no phone number anywhere on site to contact only way to contact is via email but they won't respond

FairySeason ordered a dress and never received it.

Paid extra for "Expedited Shipping".
Fairy Season did not even process the order for almost 2 weeks.
Then when I inquired by email, suddenly it was marked "shipped" the next day!
After several weeks, I began receiving updates that included several different stories like "its stuck in customs", it was "transferred to a different shipper", and that it was "delivered" on two different days (9 and 12 Dec). Followed by a notice AFTER they said it was already delivered that said, "sorry, you package is delayed" and that it would be delivered the next day...by someone else.
Every communication with FairySeason was answered with a different lie and excuses that it is "out of their control".
Bottom Line: I do not believe they ever shipped my item.
They refuse to provide a phone number and each communique takes 3-5 days to get an answer.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS...THEY ARE FRAUDS.

I placed this order on December 5 and it was supposed to ship within 1-5 days. It is now December 10 and I have not received any response to my many inquiries regarding the status.
They were Christmas gifts and I need to cancel the order as they have not even been processed. There is no one available to help with this at the company

FairySeason order never shipped but they collected my money.

I ordered a Christmas Hat Dress with Belt on 12-5-16 and paid extra to expedite delivery. They collected payment right away and it has been 10 days and the order still has not been shipped. I have emailed them twice as per their instructions on the website and they have yet to respond. I am not even sure where the company is located as they do not have an address or phone number anywhere on their website.

“what a big rip off!”

I placed an order 10 days ago for some wine socks and xmas socks for family members. Order confirmation reveled that my order would ship in 3-8 days and would receive an email when items are shipped. I paid for the items plus paid for expedited shipping which was not cheap. I have not received an email letting me know items have shipped. I have also sent 2 emails in the last 5 days regarding shipping and delivery with no response. I learned about this site on "facebook" and cannot believe that "facebook" advertises for them. I feel at this point that i will not receive any communication from them, will not be receiving my items ordered nor a refund of my money which was paid the 1st day when items were ordered on 12/5/16. What a big scam and the biggest rip off for a company ever.

FairySeason I ordered a pair of socks

I ordered a pair of socks on Dec 2 2016 I received a tracking # [protected] my order # is FSC023788047662944. they sent me an e-mail stating they received my payment and they said they would send another e-mail when item would be shipped but I haven't heard anything from them. I e-mailed them 3 times as of Dec. 14. I wanted to call but they have no business # went to Facebook page and I see very many completes about this company.

FairySeason delivery

I ordered 2 Christmas dresses on Nov 27, 2016. Paid for expedited shipping. Have not received dresses, poor follow up, requested phone number & haven't received any if what I requested. Only receive generic email response. Has been 17 days . UPS tracking says no information available. I should have read the reviews. I expect a refund of my shipping cost since delivery was not as implied!
