I placed an order around january 12th, the money was taken from my account, immediately! The shipping, order was confirmed on january 22nd, it is now february 2nd nothing!!! I've sent an email no response! No phone #! No contact! I'd like to know where is my merchandise or my money totaling $69.00 which includes $9.00 shipping! I have tried to no avail, to resolved tis matter "discreetly", but I seem to have gotten nowhere! I also tried using the tracking number provided to me via fairyseason tracking system (Four options provided) again nothing! This is not what I expected! : (very very poor customer service! I found this company on facebook, where my sister has a business as well, with over fine thousand followers! If dissatisfied customers started a complaint campaign, it would not be good for any business, all i... Want is the order I placed (Quality items) delivered within a reasonable time frame!
