My account is under Lisa Keister. FSC116896299840393, I ordered 5 items and only received 4, The one that has not been sent to me is a PINK (name) top item # LT606621012CN. Order was placed on 12/11/16. I paid for expedited shipping. I received a noticed the items were processed, paid in full and shipped. I have tried over and over to track this item only to get the runaround and zero help. I loved the items i did receive and very much would like to order more.
