Fairy Wigsno refund

I ordered a wig for my elderly Aunt for Christmas. It took weeks to get here on the 23rd of Dec.
It was not the right style or color I ordered. I contacted them and they gave me an absurd return policy.
Here it is:
My dear,
We feel so sorry to hear that Fairywigs did not meet your requirements with your last shopping. Please accept our sincere apology. And please fill in the attached form, provide us photo evidence, with wig on wig stand and taking photos from different angle, and feedback to us within 7 work days (evidence not provided after 7 days will expire automatically).
Below is our complaint handling procedure for your reference.
1、Apply for return/refund/exchange (within 7 calendar days on the delivery;
2、 Receive an return/exchange procedure instruction email(within 2 work days)
3、Provide photo evidence support (within 7 calendar days)
4、Solution offered by customer service assistance(within 2work days)
5、Agreement reached (return/refund/exchange)
Refund credited within 30 calendar days;
Package return conducted within 7 calendar days;
Exchanged item start processing on delivery of the returned package )
Please pay attention to our handling time on each procedure, Otherwise, we will not be able to handle them.

I contacted Paypal, and I am not in a dispute with them to get my money back. I paid to ship it back.
It was not used and is in perfect condition as they mailed it to me. They offered me $10.
Do not buy from them. Actually I fear buying anything from China, as I have heard all kinds of
the same kind of stories when I posted my complaint on Facebook to friends.
