I purchased two pair of Faded Glory relaxed fit jeans. They were made in Bangladesh. there is an RN# 106747. The problem is that there only 5 belt loops instead of the usual 7. Apparently the factory owner was trying to maximize his profits by cutting back. this may seem trivial but the lack of the two belt loops, makes the jeans uncomfortable.

the last two pair of faded glory "painter/carpenter pants" ( that were bought @ 6 months apart) both tore out at the rear pocket area; and also the belt loops tore out! WTF HOW ABOUT A REIMBURSEMENT OR REPLACEMENT...THANK YOU

Walmart refunds

I ordered this ring as a surprise for our 10 year anniversary on 9-3-10 for my husband. I realised on 9-5 that this ring was going to be to small. I called Wal-Mart.com and was told my order9still in processing) was cancelled and that my CC would be charged back. On 9-10 I looked into my account for the credit and nothing. So I looked into my Wal-Mart account to see if it was cancelled and the ststus was SHIPPED. I then called Wal-Mart back and was told no problem, just return it to any Wal-Mart store and they would refund me. I went to Newington NH this morning with all receipts and was told nothing would scan and the only thing I could do was return back in the afternoon with MY BANK STATEMENT(per Heidi P CSM) to prove that I paid for this ring. So I then went home printed off my bank statement FURIOUS and drove to the next local store Concord NH and was told that they could refund my money after I had to log into my Wal-Mart account at the store so they could prove I paid (they had never heard of having to see a bank statement), all said in done, I was given a STORE CREDIT not even the charge back to my account minus the shipping fees! NEVER AGAIN will I buy from Wal-Mart.com and am having serious doubts about shopping at Wal-Mart again!

Walmart horrible horrible horrible place

Horrible horrible horrible Walmart! The worst. 30 checkout lanes and they use 5 every night. Meanwhile on a Saturday night the store is packed and the lines are Sokol long that customers left and right are just abandoning their full carts and just walking out. Carts and crap all over the store. These idiots are too stupid to realize all the money they are losing my being so greedy and not hiring enough staff. Horrible place and I have decided that I will do what many others have done and boycott Walmart!

Nov 27 having worked 14-16 hr shifts-- My son and I stopped at Walmart to cash my payroll check, since banks were closed. For convenience I placed 200.00 dollars on money card, thinking this would be a way to pay utilities per phone. A day or so after depositing, I attempted to pay light bill -but card was rejected----so i thought maybe their bill pay just doesnot accept this type card. Exhausted and having only a few hours left to sleep before having to return to work again, i decided that I would try in Am. The next day I was placed on hold and gave up for i was on break at work. Once at home attempted to pay cable same incident ocurred. I called got to automated system which said that I now had a balance of forty some dollars -listened to transactions -----several for pizza---cell phones etc...Paid fee to speak to person who said that I would have to contact cell phone co and pizza places but they did not have addresses for them, etc representative no help at all. The day after making them aware, the balance on card continued to dwindle. I now have 10.00 bal. I have witten them making them aware i made none of the transactions. I never lost cards or gave info to anyone . All trans were made via phone or internet per representative. This certainly puts me in holiday spirit!

Walmart Money Card never sent cards as promised and just kept on deducting service charges. More than three months later, I tried to get my money back. Customer service department just hung up on me. Be warned! Do not use Walmart MoneyCards! You will loose your money and get no service.

As overnight stockers one of the most basic essential work tools we need is the pallet jack. While the store managers claim they receive maintanence, the jacks have not been serviced (or serviced correctly) in over a year. In the three years I have worked at this store, I have been injured twice using this equipment. The first being a sprained left...

Walmart kicked out for giving away stuggvids.com t shirts

While visiting friends in california this summer, I was at your local walmart. My friend does screenprinting, so we brought a few examples with us that read "WIN BIG PIZZZZA, Visit: www.stuggvids.com". Within the first half hour of handing out shirts, security was very rude, asking us "just what we thought we were doing", asking us to leave, and forcing us to turn off the tape recorder we had brought. SInce it's a free country, I fell okay with being nasty right back to the gaurd, at which point he told me that for the next three months me and my friend were BANNED. Good thing I don't even live in Orange Cove ###! IN closing, spend your money someplace else, the people that run this store are uptight pigs.

I simply wrote the comment I posted above so as to not give my friend's website a bad name. However, this entire complaint was voiced before I realized that J-holes like you are hawkishly watching everything anyone ever posts, simply waiting to pounce on an individual they deem "unintelligent". Walmart walmart stole money from me

I am an employee at Wal-Mart in Quincy, Ma. 02169 I was off from work yesterday and went shopping there. I was over charged for an item I bought and discovered it after I got home. I took my receipt and the bar code from the item and went to customer service to be refunded for the over charge. I was told that employees cannot get refunds on over charged items. I asked to speak to the store manager, any other customer would have been able to speak to them and would have been refunded. The covering manager would not come to talk to me and told the front end manager to tell me that I could not be refunded because I am an employee. I had mentioned calling corporate and they said go ahead. They left the situation like that and stole my money, now I am also waiting for any retailation on the job. Can you help me?

Walmart Quincy scam
, US
Sep 29, 2015 7:44 pm EDT

I was charged twice for the same item the last two times I was in there at the Quincy location. First time I thought human error but the second time was very fishy. The item was rung in... Bagged... And then rung in again four items later! Not possible I would have seen her remove it from the bag to ring it in again. Somehow the register was programmed to overcharge! I am sure of this! check your receipts! When I brought it to the managers attention I was treated rudely and told to wait in the customer service line for a refund. I refused and demanded my money back with no apology of their mistake. Lesson learned I will never lower my standards and shop there again! Bad customer service and scams all around

Stealth Pilot, I know what you mean and one thing I would like to know from Joan is did she call corporate or did she just use this to get her money? If she really felt she was cheated by the store she should have made the call. I know that the Walmart I worked for at the Service Desk would give refunds anytime to anyone who wanted one and had their receipt. However, we did keep records of certain people. It would be interesting to know if this person was on the one at that store. I didn't mean that her store had to; But the corporate office when I worked there always told us that it is their policy to give refunds, No questions asked, If the customer had their receipt.

Was anyone paying attention to this person? This is one of their employees. They were overcharged. The employee discount will be less after the overcharge is fixed. Why would the store not want to give their employee a lesser employee discount? I worked for years at Walmart and I was never denied a refund on an overcharge. It is the policy of Walmart to give a refund without question if the customer has a receipt and proof of an overcharge. You are a customer no matter what if you purchase items from Walmart whether or not you are an employee. It doesn't matter if it is one time or one thousand times; If you have your receipt the store has to honor your request.

Walmart concern employee

Concern as a walmart employee, been with walmart two years now the first year I work my butt off knowing I had surgery due to a large fibroid tumor that was the size of a five month old fetus, never did I get a card of a get well rosemary from walmart that i work at in richland, ms... after the surgery i went back to work, noticing my body had alot of changes that was going on, I knew then my body was'n t the same after the surgery... so the medical bills started flooing in, OMG... they was a etimated total of 43.000 so I ask walmart do they have a program about associate in critical need, they responded sure we do, so i ASK how do u go by getting this program. they told me u have to have unpaid medical bill, behind on rent due to any unpaid medical bills, OK... after the co-manger sent it to cooprate office, they responded back we don't help famalies with medical bills, but they help other countries, speaking as an american... so as I began to sit down an sort things out at home finguring how to stretch my money what hospital I'm going to pay without filing bankruptcy, I also went a month behind on rent... so I went back to the co- manager to see if walmart can help me with rent, it has been almost two months before they even responded to me, so how concern really are they for there employees. do anyone really care... NO, , , they want u to get your work done on time show up for work, that's there only concern... i have been a very sick employee latley, due to the cancer in my cervical area they found once they said they removed, but now I don't know anymore if someone is reading this letter, please respond because i really need to know someone out there care,

Walmart thrown from wheelchair out to ground

Manager at walmart got five employees to scream obscenitys at me after I had just got out of the
hospital emergency for a bad right knee - I stopped there for food and had to use a wheelchair to shop and after I had paid for my food the manager and five men surround and threatened me as I was connecting my groceries to my bicycle. Then HE called a trio of Albuquerque police and had them physically pick me up and throw me out the door to the concrete! Then the cops threw my
groceries on top of me -then they threw my bike and my laptop on top of me. All this at 5 am
on MEMORIAL DAY MORNING - AFTER I had just come from the VETERANS Hospital where
I had been taken by ambulance earlier that day because I became lame and unable to walk due
to having been dragged by an Albuquerque buss a few days before.

Cruel comments from 3- this is the whole truth.
I put their electric shopping cart where it belonged before they started
surrounding me and cursing me! Just ask employees who witnessed it.

It may surprise some joker to know a bad knee wont stop a vet from riding a bike. Try taking cartilage from your knee and ride one, no cheating. My bicycle was by the phone inside the door.

Sorry but my cousin says I shouldn't talk politics, and I still say that wallmart should be made to pay and the cops as well. Where are the
people who can say they know how to make them pay and own up to the clowns they employs actions?

Oh I think they care alright. Have heard they have teams which scour the net daily looking for things that have been posted about them.

Now does that change how they do business? I don't know.

All you people who complain about Walmart. Email your complains to BBB at bbb.com. I see thousands of complains in sites that Walmart could not care less about and one complain to BBB WILL be answered. Regardless on how big the company is, ther credit rating in bbb effects their credibility. Hit this small business killer where it hurts.
Their credit rating is A+ and this is the same company that used the slogan " We buy American, We sell American" for years. Remember that?

All your complains WILL be answered only if you submit to BBB. Walmart executives are not stupit, they have been counting on the normal Joe's stupidity for years.
Complain to BBB.com and get response faster that you think

Walmart athletic cup fiasco

i shop at wal-mart in rogers, arkansas. one day i purchased an athletic cup for use in my local softball league. i have to get the extra large because my dong is so massive. they didn't have my size so they recommended i purchase a size 10xl super nutsack holster - the eddie bauer edition on walmart.com. i really needed it so i set up the transaction online. a few days later, i got an email that it arrived and i went to the store. the associate was very nice and went to the back to retrieve it. since it was so big they had to get another associate to carry it out to me. 2 people were not enough so they had to get the really big guy who looks like the guy from the green mile who pushes carts to help. finally they got it out but i wanted to make sure it fit so i went to the family restroom and released "the thing that vaginas have nightmares about" from my shorts. i stopped to admire my ding-a-ling as i often do then i placed the nutsack holster on my titanium man balls. they were too small and they didnt have the underwire support like a specifically asked for. now i am out $39.95 for this janky ### nut holster and i drove all the way over there for nothing.

i called one of the assistant managers but she was afraid to see how it looked, so i took a picture with my iphone but the lens is not wide enough so all you see is a sea of white from the holster. she was kind of hot so i told her i would take a blowjob so that my balls would go down. she refused so i asked to see the manager. the manager was not hot but she looked really slutty so she passed me a note to come around back by the delivery door. at about 6 pm, she played my rusty trombone but did not have the decency to give me a reach around! customer service at wal-mart is such ###. not athletic protector, i'm out 40 bucks, and i get a ### blowjob from a slut with hpv and fake boobs. i shot my load on the ground. as i got up to walk away i slipped and sprained my ankle. so i had to buy an ankle wrap from the pharmacy section. i did not have the sunday paper but i heard that they sold the same brand on sale at kroger for 25 cents less. those ###tards at the register would not price match. so i said ### this and left the store. some 97 year gremlin asked me for my reciept. i said screw you chester! why are you asking me for my receipt? are you accusing me of stealing? he said no, but i suspect he thought i was stealing. so i threw the wrap on the ground and walked out.

then as i was leaving i saw the first assistant manager who refused to give me a bj. she smiled and said she got off work a moment ago and she would like to give me a handjob. i was really upset so i said ok but be gentle. she gave me a decent handjob but it wasnt enough for all the ### i went through. i am never shopping at wal-mart again!

Walmart won't recognize rural addresses

Tell me why when a Prepaid Visa Debit card is purchased with my hard earned money and I have to activate it and can't... I get NO help!
I live in the country and have a rural route address yet their system will not recognize it as an actual address...hello people but there is a house here and thats the way all the other mail comes...get it together if you want me to keep plugging your product...there are already 2 prepaid visa cards that have been sent to this address so what is the problem?
Not everyone lives in the city and thats a good thing because if it weren't for us country folk you would never have groceries to stock all your stores!

Yeah, I had bad luck this this too. Apparently, you need the register receipt from Walmart or it's no good. I got one of these for a Christmas gift and the gift-giver did not keep the receipt. Therefore, my $100 Visa card was no good. SCAM!

Walmart damaged watch

Incompetent Supervisor and damaging service. I took my watch to the jewelry counter for a simple battery replacement. After much inexpert probing, Nancy finally got the back off. After putting in the replacement battery she fiddled with a machine to replace the back. all it did was dent the back so the edges flared. She then took a hammer to the back of the watch to attempt to bang out the dent. Then she and two other associates kept trying to set the back on with the presser machine that now had tissue on it to make the pressing disc stay on. Each fumbling attempt by three different sales people failed to set the back on the watch. After twenty minutes I couldn't stand watching this anymore. I asked for the Supervisor. Nancy was the supervisor. I asked what was going to be done about this. She said it was not her fault, the machine didn't work right and offered a $20 Timex replacement of my choice. In order to have a replacement she required me to leave my watch with her. It happens to be a Mickey Mouse that I've had for more than 3o years. No Way! Utterly exasperated, I left the store with my damaged watch in two pieces and really angry with Walmart.

so you just now realized that maybe going to walmart to fix your 30-year-old watch? did it ever occur to you that walmart employees aren't the most qualified to fix jewelry? i understand your wanting to get it done for cheap, but really if your going to a place where they care more about quantity than quality, then your gonna have to expect this sort of thing.

Walmart cruel fish neglect

My 3 yr old daughter always asks to see the fish when we go to Wal Mart. The tanks are always filthy and there are more dead fish than live fish. There are never any employees in that section yet there are many employees in the gardening section and all the others. I tried to purchase a few of these fish and every employee I asked for help seemed to have no clue about the fish. They all said " I don't know, let me go ask..." I waited 30 minutes, not wanting to disappoint my daughter, for an employee. These fish are basically neglected. In the next town, they've removed the fish tanks entirely because they weren't able to keep up with the 12 tanks at all. Why hasn't someone said anything? Why isn't there a desk back there with a pet care employee? These fish, though no one may care, are still animals and are being treated in a very sad and disgusting way. People are trying to take them home as pets for their children and such. Meanwhile, children have to walk by these tanks, excited about a chance to see these creatures that are mostly corpses floating in filth, neglected by a multiconglomerate coorporation who couldn't give a fishes tail about who they are poisoning or mistreating.

I agree. How hard is it really to care humanely for animals being sold at any store. If large buyers like Wal-mart required their suppliers to do so and then showed a committment on the retail end, things could be much better. Corporations just love to claim they are "green" with their packaging and recycling etc. How about applying similar effort to the living creatures in their care. Children learn that pets are disposable when they only last a few days to weeks and get hurt when those pets die.

Walmart flies and gnats in packages & on donuts

Every time I am in Wal Mart there are flea and gnats behind the glass all over the Donuts. There are Gnats crawling around in the products packaged in the WalMart Deli, mostly on cookies. I took some pictures today of Donuts, behind the glass, crawling with these gnats. I aim to post these images on Facebook. Also, why is there no one back with the fish? Everytime I want to buy a fish, there are more dead fish than live and it takes a half hour to get an employee who's willing to help a customer with the obviously neglected fish. Most of them are diseased and die within the first two days of owning them. Shouldn't there be "a fish person" on hand at all times to answer questions, save the fish and assist customers?

We stopped in to Walmart to buy a head of lettuce for dinner. We chose the best looking one from a batch of fairly poor looking lettuce heads. When we got home and peeled off the first leaf, the whole head of lettuce was rotten all the way through. The next day, we went back to Walmart and exchanged the lettuce and asked to see the manager and the produce...

Walmart returns

I was lied to by the walmart cashier that I was able to return my breast pump as long as it is unopened and I have the original receipt within 60 days. I called customer service and they also told me I could return the item unopened. But they denied me when i attempted to. Who can I get in touch with to help with my return? It is not fair for them to lie to customers. I am now out $100! Who can I report this complaint to other than the walmart store managers? Also, with the headquarters, who would i ask to speak to about making the return. I would never have bought the stupid pump if it was not returnable! I am very mad and I am highly stressed. It is stupid for Walmart employees to lie to customers! They need to educate them about these items. I am so mad right now!

Derrick at the Griffin GA Walmart went as far as to send us to different mangers (that were reporting to him) to simply waste our time. We tried to return a Christmas gift and because I didn't not have a receipt the cashier at returns -Bridgit - would not return the gift. She told me that I had used my 3 returns without a receipt. When I mentioned could my wife return it she said that actually they don't even accept returns on this item (it was a CAN OPENER) - A lie and a change from the original story. Derrick the supervising manager sent us back to returns saying he would be there shortly. He never showed and eventually sent another manager who said he (Derrick) was not going to change his mind and take the item back (OK - why could he not tell this to my wife and I directly). Then he arrived and said it was like we were buying beer for our underage son. That we were suspicious and that because now my wife wanted to return the item they could not because it was as if we are trying to buy beer or cigaretts for someone that should not be purchasing those items ( I PROMISE - I AM NOT MAKING THIS STUFF UP). Thanks walmart for keeping me so intertained with the folks you put in charge at your stores.

Did you bother to look at the return policy yourself? Whatever is in writing trumps what you were "told".

Walmart uniform & service

This Walmart is terrible. I used to shop there several times a week but now have declined to shop there due to the workers and their attire. There is one cashier who works there who is at least 400 + pounds and her shirts are just either too small or riddled with bleach stains and holes and her pants are too small. Her stomach hangs from the bottom and a customer complained about her but was told there was not a Store Manager so nothing could be done at the time. No one wants to help you half the time. Just terrible!

Walmart waste of money

I purchased an I-pod touch in December 2010 and in July it would not power up. I called/contacted the extended warranty company. They sent me a label to send it back. We received the product back and still won't charge. I contacted the warranty company and they explained that they did not fix the product because it has been submerged. It has never been wet or spilled on unless you count sweat from running with it on you. They say the computer shows them this and they won't cover it. I requested proof and they said they would e-mail me a picture. I never received the e-mail. I e-mailed Walmart and the warrany company with no response. I spent $195 for the I-pod and another $30 something for the warranty and it lasted 8 months. When the product left my house it was okay except wouldn't power up. Don't by your electronics from Walmart if you want a real warranty. They don't stand behind it. What a joke.

Walmart has nothing to do with handling the extended warranty or referring it to the mfr under mfr warranty. Corporate approves the programs and then lets all hell break loose no matter how many people are deceived. @danigurl121, you can buy the plan after the date of purchase. If this weren't true, then no one would be able to add a plan on a gift purchase. They would like to sell you it from date of purchase, but it is not etched in stone.

As of last week I am a proud owner of a Samsung Intensity 2. I love the phone. Walmart not so much right now. When I bought the phone I was offered the warranty and I turned it down to begin with. The more I thought about it I decided I really wanted it. Here is the trouble. I go to the walmart I was nearest and after standing in customer service line I was sent to the mobile section of walmart where the employees are all goofing off. OK... I finally get someone to help me (unwillingly) Who told me that they no longer offer the extended warranty after it is bought. hm. Ok So I would return the phone, re buy it and wha la I have the warranty. NOPE! Cant do that because the phone, once deactivated cant be used. IS THAT SO?! Walmart, the phone I bought cost 92 dollars after tax, the warranty 19 bucks. You are telling me you would rather me return the 92 dollar phone, that once you deactivate cant be used. ( or you later resell for a lesser price) get a BRAND new one, ( loss profits for you. ) just for a 19 dollar warranty (aka profit for you.)

yea.

I agree. Walmart warranties are a complete waste of money. They misrepresent the warranty and getting product repaired or replaced, virtually impossible. Learned my lesson the hard way. Walmart will not get me again...ever.

Well in Dec. 2008 I bought a Philips 42 inch flatscreen tv. 3 weeks ago while watching a dvd my screen went black and started making a high pitched squealing noise. At first I thought it was the dvd skipping, so when I walked up to turn it off I noticed the power button on the tv was flashing really fast and smelled like burnt motor. I tried to turn the tv off, it wouldn't do anything I had to unplug it from the wall. Plugged it back in and it started making the noise again. So I knew it was messed up, so I called the warrenty center. The warrenty center went through all the steps and said someone would be out in 2 days to fix it. The next day I get a call from the place that is suppose to fix it and they say they can't come out the next day because they have to order the part. 4 days go by the place calls me back and says they need the serial number and model number before they can order the part. I was pissed, shouldn't you know those kinda of things in your line of work. Then they say it is going to take another 7-10 buissness day before we get the part. So about a week after they ordered it we get the part and we call them. They make an appointment to come out to our house 4 days later, nobody shows up so we call back. The lady says oh sorry we were suppose to call you this morning and cancel. Said they would be out today and nobody has yet to show and we have already called. And we have called wal-marts warrenty center and they just said well we can give you another place to get it fixed and then gave us the same number of these people. I will never buy a tv from them again. I was told by a guy at work the walmart can sell their tvs so cheap becuase they use cheap parts comared to best buy and electronics stores. That is why they fail and break so easily. I wish someone would of told me that before I bought the tv.

I purchased an Xbox from Walmart in April 2009 and purchased a 2 yr warranty also. In August 2010 the Xbox stopped working. We also contacted the warranty company, received the label and returned to the Xbox. After 1 1/2 weeks we received the Xbox, supposedly repaired. I was impressed because I thought wow 1 1/2 weeks, this is great. When we took it out of the box, it was so dirty and the casing was so scuffed it looked as though it had been thrown in the trash. Upon plugging the Xbox in, it worked for about 2 minutes and when we went into the menu, it came up with "System Error" on the screen. So much for being impressed. I contacted the warranty company 2 days ago and am still waiting on my email for the label to resend the Xbox out, so much for 24 hours till I get the label. I will never purchase another electronic that I wish to buy a warranty for at Walmart. So disappointed!
