I purchased 2 prescription glasses. One of them rayban the other one was nameless. Also I purchased additional 1 year full coverage warranty. Sales person told me if some thing happen to glasses just bring them here thats all.
After couple of months while reading we were on holiday in mexico, in the pool some one accidentally hit my son's glasses and broke the nose pad first day after vacation in the gym room another pad broke down.
I claimed for repair, lady said that okay you can get back your glasses after 3-4 days. 2 days later she called me and said that warranty doest cover my glasses they want broken part. But as I explained above it wasn't part of my warranty, they say it is not our request, rayban is asking for broken part, we didn't know this condition either!!! I told them you sold me that warranty, you must have known the warranty conditions and inform taht too your costumer. They just aid sorry.
I am getting ready to go to small clinical court against them.

    It is really disappointing. To avoid such situation in future it is better to read all the policies related to the company as well as product. Recently one of my friends ordered ray ban sunglasses from online. He was happy with the service and quality of the product.
