Facebook Deceptive business Practices, Fraud, Crook

Kat King of 105 Medford St., Arlington, MA 02474 who owns Affirmedia in Greater Boston MA sold me an advertising package in 2013 which entailed various tasks that Kat would do for my business. She told me she was a Certified Social Media Expert with decades of experience in Brand Management, National Marketing and Internet Marketing for Fortune 50 clients help you profit and succeed. Social Media Management, Multi-platform Campaigns, Contests, Brand Strategy and Coherence, Blueprinting Services, Social Media Evaluations. I gave her $1865.43 as a deposit for her work. That is when everything went wrong. She took my money and never performed any services for me. I can no longer reach her on her cell at [protected], [protected] and [protected] as she will not answer my calls. Her Website: http://www.affirmedia.com or http://facebook.com/affirmedia is not working as well. I e-mailed her as well at [protected]@gmail.com but no luck. I did find a report on her at http://datingpsychos.com/psycho/15267/Kat-KIng. You have to read this. Apparently she stole $50, 000.00 from her previous boyfriend.
She is a scammer, con artist, and a crook. Beware. Do not hire her. I have called the Attorney General on her. I'm just waiting in line as she has done the same thing to hundreds of other companies. I just want my money back. However, I'm afraid that may never happen.

Facebook Backyard breeder and dog hoarding

Karen wilson is a backyard done breeding facility. . . This so called woman likes to let dogs hump in a trailer and roam freely. The dog i bought from her was a total and complete mistake! I regret every minute of it. . .

She gave me some sab story about how her dad was sick and she is living with him because of is health plus the fact she was getting rid of al lof her dogs due to the fact she needed to pay for his medical bills. . .

She lives in eatonville washington and has no care in this wide world for the puppies shes abusing by mass breeding nd pushing on people.

I bought an english bulldog from her not long ago the damn dog has severe health issues, she never once explained that this breed can have penis issues. . . His dick hole closed shut, i now have to pay for cherry eye surgery and he has bad joints just turned 1. Hes on cosimine joint pills. . . Hey but i have breeding rights right! I day after day have tried to contact this ### for selling me a dog that had health issues and for basically ripping the money out of my ### for a dog that i now have to pay thousands for in vet bills plus the 2600 she charged me for the dog. Ha

The day will come when this old hag has to explain why shes wrongfully breeding the amounts of dogs that she is. Shes a hoarder and a dog collector! Not to mention her little scandle shes operating!

This woman is late 50s early 60s and looks like shes been thru a tornado, acted drugged out when we met, her mouth ran a million miles an hours and wouldnt shut up omg. . .

So before you decided to purchase a freely bred / raised puppy from this negligent back yard breeding bimbo please. . . Search her name! - read these stories! Ive counted 3 so far not including mine. Watchout for them dogs!

Oh and ms. Pull your head out of your ### and get a rel job and stop trying to presue the scam artist lifestyle thanks

The only information the charge gave was that it was from facebook, and the reference number. Somehow, facebook got my credit card number. I never entered it there before because there was no reason for, so i'm interested who is responsible for this fraud and what can i do against.

Yes, he is a fraudster. He also likes to woe women through countless flirting and sweet talk. He's very persuasive and persistent. He even sends his explicit photos and expect the same from you. Once you have given what he wanted, he will not answer your calls nor your sms. Do take note that his personal number is [protected]. He has multiple Facebook accounts and go by the name of Dandy Arval Benson or Dandy Arval or Dan Arval. There are some of the accounts which had even some been blocked/deleted by Facebook.

Facebook Fraud

Hi, I recently recently received notification from my bank that a credit card account I have is being used to pay for games i have not subscibed to, this has been going on since last November with money being debited regularly. I am in contact with my banks freud dept & they asked me to enquire how my credit card details were obtained, as i have NEVER purchased games & also how if my name was matched to the card number. Please help me with this matter as i am [protected]@ that these scams.Thankyou

There have been many times I have reported nudity, sexual cartoons, sex toy store ads, hate talk including threats, and many other things that clearly go against their rules, yet they say it is not . Then my latiest report came back as viewed without their findings.

My daughter was shot and killed on October 2, 2015. Here killer continues to harass me and our family on Facebook. I report her to Facebook and they say that she has said nothing wrong. Yet, when I post the truth about what he does to our family...Facebook makes me take down my page, or bans me for 1-3 days. I am going to deactivate my account with Facebook, and will never go back on there again. I will continue to report how Facebook allows KILLERS to HARRASS the VICTIM'S FAMILY !

I sent for a free offer from a site advertised on facebook asking for £2.99 pounds sterling to cover cost of p & p. When I received my credit card statement I found that this bogus company had taken this amount in $ plus an additional £66.69 converted to $ the name of the company on my statementwas not the name advertised and I did not receive any product except for the free trial. My bank cannot help as I have to apparently write cancelling an agreement that I did not agree to to a company that I have never heard of. I see that the ad is still running in a different format but is still basically offering the same deal. Surely facebook should check that advetisments are legit and based in the country that they pretend they are. I will must certainly will never buy anything from an advert on facebook again and I have advised all my friends and aquaintances to do the same.

Facebook recurring charges

I noticed that i have been getting recurring charges of $130.00 from facebook. i don't know how long this has been going on. the latest was on 5/1/14. there is nothing on facebook that is $130.00 and i want my money back.

Facebook WARNING! Scam Fraud - Avoid Hiring or Doing Business With Him

This message is for anyone intending to do business or hire Daniel Garcia Vega.

Over the course of the last several months, this individual has been frauding dozens to possibly hundreds of people by selling a digital product for which he either doesn't follow through with the delivery or recalls it leaving the buyer without anything. He has been banned on various websites. We reached out to him to get this resolved but he chose not to respond so we are forced to respond here publically letting everyone know to avoid this individual at all cost. Any employer or anyone who intends to do business with him should know in advance what they are getting into before doing business with him.

Facebook double charges

I was charged by Facebook for buying credits for GSN games, Bingo at $9.99 three times in April. The dates are 4/4, 4/7, and 4/14. I was also charged $10.69 three different times by Amazon.com for the same dates. $9.99 plus .70 tax per charge.

I need to know what each of the $9.99 charges are for as Amazon wants their money. I am not paying 2 times for the same transaction.

Facebook Table Top Ads BOGUS

We won a judgement against this woman. She has at least 30 other judgements against her yet she still is out there doing her scam. She signs you up with the false promise of placing your business in all of the restaurants she has contracts with. She gives the promise of all stating she is in over fifty places or so. There might be one table at one place that you might end up getting advertising in. She had us write two checks, one post dated because we told her we did not have enough to sign up at that moment. She went directly to our bank and cashed both and when confronted about it she lied. When we decided to cancel the contract within the three days alloted by the law she said no. She told our attorney no. So we took her to court and one because she was a no show and what she did was illegal We have yet to see one cent. DO NOT BUY HER FAKE ADVERTISING! We know several people personally that have been taken for a ride with this lady.

The following charges have been taken from my wells fargo account without my permission. Facebook SELLS SICK PUPPIES

I posted a picture of my family and a new puppy that we bought for Christmas. I may have even recommended the breeder BG Boxers, after taking the puppy to the vet we learned that the dog has some issues with his heart that could lead to greater issues when he is older. The breeder BG Boxers has stated that she will not refund our $1100 that we paid for the puppy, she states that we must wait until the next litter to select a puppy (which won't be until the summer and even then no guarantee). Who in their right mind would A. Wait that long for another puppy when this was suppose to be a Christmas Gift for my children B. Why would I want another puppy from BG Boxers when clearly Gail Rainwateris not trustworthy. A contract is a contract true enough, but doing the right thing when you are in the business is more important than a piece of paper. I am a firm believer in Karma and what goes around comes around. I have already contacted my attorney and the local news station regarding BG Boxers. Next up is BBB, Tarheel Boxer club, and the AKC. She won't do this to anybody else. #onamissonfordoingtherightthingHere is her response to my requesting a refund. "you did freely sign a contract which clearly states no cash refunds." "when you signed the contract you did not voice any concerns nor ask for any modifications to the contract, The Terms are clearly stated"her contract says that if the puppy is found to be unhealthy she will provide another puppy. The problem is she doesn't have any other puppies that are comparable, she says I have to wait to the next litter.she should not hold your money for 1 year until the next litter is available.. she is not a bank! the right thing to do is to give you money back, perhaps holding a deposit at most!When I told Justin (who if you remember has Sickle Cell) that we had to take the dog back on Christmas eve because he was sick he said "mama I'm sick and you didn't give me back". I have never in my life felt more heart broken. Justin asks me everyday, mama when are we getting another dog? My response is "soon I hope". I don't have the heart to tell him that I can't afford another dog because BG Boxer and Gail Rainwater has my money and the sick puppy. #heartbreaking

It sounds to me like he had a heart murmur as a puppy which is actually COMMON for the boxer breed to have until they reach one year old. The murmur is de to their heart not being fully developed as a puppy, not all the valves are closed. A vet that is AKC certified or recognized is a better choice for a pure bred to see, as they know the health issues of the breeds the best. Once he reached a year old I'm sure the murmur would have been gone and you would have had a perfectly healthy dog. Know the breed before you buy. This sounds like it was just a case where education would have prevented a lot of grief for everyone. Could be wrong, but I know this breed well and know about their health issues. Our boy had a heart murmur when he was a puppy, but is 100% healthy and strong now at 2 years old. The vet recommended an ultrasound at one year, we waited and took him to a different vet that knew more about the breed. It kept us from getting him fixed and everything. We learned very quickly that this is a normal and common thing. But it was also good it happened because we didn't know at the time to wait until he was a year old to have him fixed so that his hips would properly develop or else he would have hip dysplasia later in life. His supposed "murmur" helped prevent another issue from coming up. We love our boy like he's our kid, and were also upset when we found out about the heart issue. But again, education goes a very long way.

Facebook do not purchase facebook group poster before reading this.

Below is a transcript of my facebook conversation with Aron Prins, devoloper of Facebook Group Poster. I was very pleased with the functionality of the software at the start. He had slow response time, but the software worked so I was happy. Then I messaged him because the posts I was making daily were filling up my friends' facebook feed. Keep in mind that with an autoposter posting over 200 times a day, this is a big problem.

In the message below you will see his response to me. What you can't see is the time it took him to respond. Each post I would make I would see the facebook notification that he saw the message... but he would take forever to respond. This is not a big deal, but it was the first indicator that he was not interested in helping me.

His facebook auto poster is a one time fee, so since I've already paid him, he had no motivation to help me any further. Every response he made was short and rude, and he offered me no help in the end with the issue.

If you are looking for a facebook group poster, this is NOT one I can recommend, because in the event something (anything) goes wrong Aron will not help you. The most interesting thing is that on his website you see his kind, helpful, cheerful responses, because those are public. But the way he handled me via private fb message was very different. Unacceptable Service.

I recently did business with Devin E. Hilton and it was a horrible experience. He is extremely rude and he provides unethical business practices. I tried to work with him but he refused to work with me to resolve matters. He was very aggressive and threatened us many times.

Fraud - wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.

Steal - take (another person's property) without permission or legal right and without intending to return it.

Not sure why someone would register an account with my name and post this. I hope that the administrators of this site see this and the fact that this person isn't posting any information about whatever transaction they perceive that I have commited fraud on or how I scammed them and removes this posting. The personal information posted here is also old and outdated, I would hope that anyone that I have recently conducted business with would at least provide current information so that people could have the current information available via my social networking sites.

Facebook unautorized payment

My name is Dehavenly Clark, I tried to make a purchase to promote a post I had made with my Netspend Card today. When I tried to make the purchase It would not accept the payment. There was money on my card, so I tried it again and It said the same thing " purchase could not be processed". I went ahead and used my debit card to make the purchase. So I went to check my netspend card to see the amount I had on my card which was a balance of $26. Then I went to the transaction history which showed that both times I tried to make the payment, that it had been charged to my account. So I would like to get a refund on those two charges and know why I had been charged when it wouldn't let me promote the post.

I have also unauthorized charges on my debit card from any Facebook affiliate. Contact me at [protected] to resolve this unauthorized withdrawing from my account. This is a scam and is an illegal practice. I will no longer being a active customer of other Facebook games for which a debit purchase is used. Facebook stands to lose a sizable amount of funds due to this !

Facebook unauthorized charges on my visa debit

One of my minor children gained access without my permission and has used my debit card to charge thousands of dollars to play games on Facebook. None of these charges were authorized by me or my husband. The charges began in September and occurred as recently as 11/13/13. I will be sending a follow up email complaint with all of the exact dates and charges . How this was undetected when thousands of dollars a day were being charged to a game like " Mall World" I don't understand. We want the charges to be reversed as soon as dates and amounts are provided.

I read it clearly - could be open to interpretation. She said gained acces without permission, used the card to purchase. To me, "access" indicates that the card was already on file and the kid just accessed it. It does not say the kid "took" the card.

Actually, my guess isn't that the kid stole the card but that mom or dad had already entered the card number in FB and the kid just bought more lives (or whatever they do) Either way, a good life lesson for parents and child. FB has nothing to do with it.

A Facebook friend of mine named Ash Lee, is being terrorized by a gaggle of rain-impaired trolls, haters, liars and useless jerks on the Facebook page entitled "Prayers for Hannah Anderson."

Ash Lee has asked these dopey jackals to stop and leave her alone but they continue to harass and cyber-bully her online.
I would like the Complaint Board to take note of this terrible disease of trolling that exists and makes people' s online experiences an exercise in frustration. Just like SPAM in your email inbox is unwanted and unnecessary; so are the creepers who maliciously hate.

Facebook unauthorized transactions are being debited from my account by facebook

I click on a promotion ad to promote my business page that was only supposed to be for $5.00 on 11/1/2013. The next day I noticed $14.92 was debited from my account by Facebook. Then on 11/4/13 another S 40.00 was debited from my account, 11/04/13 another 40.00 and on 11/06/13 $60.00. Enough is enough! I want my money returned to me immediately. I already connected my bank and they turned my card off. So I would like for someone to contact me directly at [protected] between the hours of 10 am -5 pm for a full refund. Thanks and I look forward to speaking with someone soon to resolve this matter.
