Facebook Unethical behavior/horrible service

The incident happened last February 20, 2017 at the Kia Circullo Verde office when I went there to check on the status of the KIA Soul I bought last January 16, 2017.

As a background, on February 15, 2017 when we were in the Skyway on our way to the airport, the car malfunctioned. We called for assistance to the Kia Care, however, they said they cannot enter/not allowed at the skyway. So, we shouldered the cost of towing the car to Kia Circullo Verde for the repair.

I may have been irate because of the fact that no one from the service center is updating me on the status. So, I went there last February 20, 2017. The manager, Mr. Robert Francis Mendoza was so rude and even slammed the door on me when we had a slight argument and even said that I can just pull out my car. Is that customer service? Is that the way they should handle customer? I really felt very embarrassed at that time and was shocked at the actuation of Mr. Mendoza. Other staff there were also unwelcoming and unaccommodating of me.

Up until now, almost two weeks from the time the car was brought there for repair, no one from the service center is giving an update on the status. It is as if they don't care at all.

This is a very unfortunate experience for me and I am very disappointed on how they handle their clients. They are even bragging their awards as After Sales Achiever but in reality they have poor after sales service to clients like me.

I agree. Kia Marcos Highway service is substandard, most especially the people working there are unprofessional. What a poor service!

Facebook Graphic design studio

Encyclopedia Output is the worst Graphic Design company. I had a terrible experience with this company. The sales person, Otto Yu, I later know he is the owner of Encyclopedia output, completely took an advantage of me as a consumer.

He claimed he would help me succeed online, and what we got instead wasn’t worth the pixels it was painted on. What’s worse is I have to start over. I’ve lost months of time, burned through thousands of dollars, hurt our business reputation, and gone through the emotional turmoil of it all, and now I have to do the whole thing over again. It’s scary, because Encyclopedia Output’s dishonest, cheating and unethical business, I had to gone through the nightmare.

I hope you do not let it happen to you. Here are some secrets Otto Yu won’t tell you, to waste your time and money: I can make your print look nice and bring in sales. No. Do not buy it. Otto Yu is total clueless juniors and Otto Yu, is a slow, difficult, mean and knows how to play tricks and get away from the fault he has created. purposely drain your time so he could get more hours from you and have a good reason to charge you 3 times more that you can afford. You must be very careful of this so to avoid paying for the bills that are created by Otto Yu.

Imagine you’re standing here at Encyclopedia Output like me, and hope you can get the work and prints. You just want a simple logo and print. After 2 weeks, Otto Yu gave you 2 worst work and asked you to wait for another 2 weeks and then gave you another 2 worst designs. He will never make you angry with his careful approach but to drain your time to wait for another 2 weeks for 2 other worst work ever is a complete worst of your time… You get the picture.

Remember, your logo is just one piece of a bigger picture. After you are completely drained, you then had to wait for another 3 weeks to get the worst home page with the wrong banner and words. You start to wonder this person, Otto Yu, ever speak English?

You can’t afford to ask for 4 months for poor quality work of 8 worst outputs – it is all your fault that you do not know what you want - you’ll end up overhauling every element of your business with a total waste of your time!

You might be surprised to find out why this happened to you, and there are so many other clients that had the same experience as you are. This guy is the worst – I say this is for you, the next innocent customer like me, to save yourself thousands of dollars!

Facebook Scottish fold kitten

*please read before purchasing a cat from cozy cats ny*

I received my kitten on jan 20, 2017

Hasiya kerim / hasiya kerimova / hasiya badalov (Breeder)

• imports cats from russia / ukraine (I found her photographer who confirmed he lives in kiev, ukraine and has not traveled to the us)

• sent me a cat who was too young (6 weeks old) *medical record from my veterinarian confirming age attached*

• sent me an underage cat on an airplane (They must be 8 weeks old)

• used fake documentation from russia to fool the airlines into thinking the cat was 4 months old and full vaccinated *documents attached*

• sent me a kitten who is sick (Upper respiratory infection)

• sent me fake pictures and videos of my kitten (She has now taken down the post with the kitten she told me she sold but I took screenshots of everything *picture comparison attached (Her picture on the left, the kitten I received on the right)

•told me that the cat was fully vaccinated but sent me fake paperwork (On a canine form) *picture attached*

•refused to provide me with her veterinarians information to verify said vaccinations (Because she clearly did not go to a vet due to fake documentation)

Hasiya is a liar, scammer, and is most likely running a kitten mill in russia or ukraine.

Do not purchase a kitten from her and do your research on breeders! Ask questions and if they avoid them, cannot answer, or make excuse after excuse, do not risk it. She does not care for these animals, she only cares for the money and will do anything to keep producing kittens no matter the health risk of the kittens.

Facebook fake account

Hello, I have a huge problem with Facebook and I'm upset that no one from Facebook wants to help me.
I don't know why and what for, but someone made a fake account and pretends to be me. He uploaded some of my photos and stole my personal information from my original Facebook account. I sent him many messages and asked him to stop that, but he did not reply. He reads my messages and I can see that in chat. I contacted Facebook support service regarding this matter and asked for help, but it seems like they don't care! I really need help with this!

She is evil, wicked crooked and corrupted, she tells any co-worker to lie on a person, she cheats people out of their hours by taking away their hours that they worked for and she lies on co-workers and writes them up for things they did not do! She changes schedules on co-workers. She tarnish co-workers reputations, she lies and denies things on co-workers! She makes up false accusations and false allegations on co-workers. She makes up any false story about anybody. She cannot be trusted and depended on! Do not work with her and do not work for her. Stay away from her, when you see her ignore her go a different way!

Cheryl Paradise-Kaczmarek is evil, wicked, crooked, corrupt and shady! Do not work for her if she becomes your supervisor and your boss, because she lies on co-workers and She cheats co-workers out of their hours, She changes work schedules on co-workers!Rock n Roll and Heavy Metal music poisoned her mind and made her act like that! She's was not a real supervisor at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa and Bradley Beverly Healthcare at 6735 W.Bradley Rd in Milwaukee.She don't deserve to be supervisor at those jobs hospitals and nursing homes! Facebook Fraudulent activity with david duchovny fans

A number of us had paid 200 Euro for Meet & Greets with Mr.Duchovny on his last European Tour. We were dealing with Ging Management, which is run by Brad Davidson. Multiple complaints have been submitted to the Trade Commission in the UK as Mr. Davidson took our money, never gave us the photos, and never returned our money. I am not quite sure how this is legal but a number of us have submitted official reports to the venues at which we saw David Duchovny perform. We are all fans of David Duchovny and would assume David Duchovny would want to know that Brad Davidson is stealing money from his fans

Facebook Sold broken item

I purchased a glass bowl head for a water pipe here and the product immediately broke upon unwrapping it. When I returned to the store they rudely denied me a refund or replacement telling me that "things work differently in the glass industry" as if that made selling defective products to scam customers a completely fine practice. The product I purchased snapped into two pieces upon being removed from the packaging the store wrapped it in, meaning that either the employee who wrapped it broke it during the wrapping, or he was aware of how brittle and close the breaking the product was and sold it anyway without informing the customer.

Facebook animal facebook hate page.

This page recently allowed a post that alleged malpractice against a local Animal Hospital. The page allows anyone to complain about a Veterinarian Practice. You must be a member of the group to respond. This group also gives Animal Medical advice. No one is a Veterinarian on this page. This is a violation of Illinois law. http://www.ilga.gov/legislation/ilcs/ilcs3.asp?ActID=1326&ChapterID=24
The Administrators of this group have been reported to the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation for prosecution. All Veterinarian offices in the area have been notified of this group and encouraged to take legal action if any false statements are made on this page. Cases are pending and complaints have been sent to the County States Attorneys office. The local Vets are also refusing appointments to members of the group making negative comments. The post with the above mentioned Vet Hospital had negative comments that may have been encouraged by the pages admins. They want to start their own animal rescue and encourage members of the page to seek Vet care outside the area. They also prescribe over the counter medications to members. Facebook has repeated complaints about this group and requests of been made for backups of members accounts. The Admins of this group need to be sued by the local Vets in the community to stop the negative liable statements that can be harmful to their practices.

The intent of our page is to inform and educate. We encourage our members to speak up when they have concerns. We just ask everyone to share either situations that are public record or personal, first hand experiences and to be as truthful as possible.
For example: Happy Tails of Rock Falls, IL just hired Dr. Dennis Johnson as the vet in their low-cost cost clinic. After a pet owner raised concerns, we researched Dr. Johnson's background and found about ten complaints against him documented by the state of North Carolina, information on the suspension of his license in North Carolina, along with a number of newspaper articles with concerning stories from Illinois. We believe the public should be very aware of any situation like this and we have to wonder why anyone would take issue with the sharing of this information.

Facebook unable to contact regarding a hacking complaint

I currently am unable to access my facebook account due to change of email and phone numbers listed. I don't remember my password. My sister Jordan Crook is still using facebook and has noted that there is someone using my account. I just want to delete my account. I can not find a place or way to do this without my password. It's been at least 2 years since I've been able to access facebook.

Facebook fraudulent sellers!!

There are a lot of people who make their online stores using Facebook and many of them are real scammers! Why doesn't Facebook check those sellers? They are making business using Facebook, they steal from people. Recently I bought a dress from a Facebook online store, never received my order and lost my money. When I contacted Facebook and told that someone was using their site for such purposes they did nothing. Facebook need to pay more attention to what's happening on their website!

Facebook Supply of caustic soda

I transferred 10% of a Proforma Invoice as an advance for the purchase of 50 tons of caustic soda (pearl 99.9%) while the balance was supposed to be paid 60 days after delivery.
the money was transferred to an account of this company at Bank of China at Heibei branch. On receipt of funds she mailed saying that she will soon ship.
After we asked Intertek to check on the company and to inspect the product before shipment, she wrote changing the terms asking that we increase the deposit and raise a site LC. I refused and insisted that she comply with the agreed terms of payment or refund the monies. Since then, she stopped corresponding.

Facebook Breeder doesn't provide valid rabies vaccination certificates; sells sick cats

On August 11, 2016, I made a deposit of $300 via PayPal on a purchase of a British Shorthair kitten from a breeder whom I found on https://www.felines4us.com
The breeder then directed me to use her Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/BritishShorthair.wfs/
On August 28, I paid additional $655.20 to complete the purchase via PayPal.
The breeder also agreed to send me the mother of the purchased kitten in lieu of the airfare fee which was paid by me, but not used due to weather conditions in Florida and the rules of the airlines prohibiting transport of flat-muzzled pets, like British Shorthair cats, in the temperatures 80 F or higher.
Both the kitten and her mother cat were brought to me by my family member who happened to travel to Florida. When the cats arrived to my house, the kitten had a certificate of rabies vaccination required by the Federal law, whereas her mother didn’t have such certificate. I requested the certificate for the mother cat from the breeder on multiple occasions to no avail. It was not provided.
On November 2, 2016, the mother-cat bit my hand. On November 14, 2016, I took the kitten to my vet suspecting contagious ringworm disease, although the high price paid to the breeders is charged precisely for the guarantee that animals are healthy. The kitten was diagnosed with mites and we are awaiting the test results for ringworm. On the same visit, the vet became concerned with the bite I sustained from the mother-cat and requested her certificate of vaccination. I phoned the breeder again and she could not produce it. By the Massachusetts laws, the incident had to be reported by the vet to the Animal Services [protected]). I was rushed to the local emergency room for the Rabies Post-Exposure Immunization. The cost of one immunoglobulin shot can be as much as $12, 000 and not all insurances cover it. Two shots are required, and the series consist of 5 other kind of shots. I reported the incident to the Animal Services in the breeder’s area in Florida at [protected] and they opened case # W573729.
On November 15, 2016 PayPal and I contacted the breeder to request a full refund for the hardship I sustained and for selling me sick animals. She has not replied, but during the call from my vet she stared to send me threatening text messages in Russian as retaliation trying to deter my intention to report her.
I have all the documentation to support my case and would like to warn unsuspected buyers (see her website above) where she advertises cats for sale. However, she breeds dogs as well.

My experience started off ok. JAC showed up a day late, but they called the night before to let me know. At the beginning, the guys began working very hard. They worked late, and the job they were doing seemed to be going ok. Then came the bad part.

They did not finish the job once I paid them. They pressured me for money promising that they would return.
What they had finished was sloppy. I have paint on EVERYTHING. My floor, windows, appliances, and counter tops.
They were rude. I understand Spanish. They made fun of me and my family right in front of me.
I later learned that their owner had just got out of jail.
I would not trust them alone in my home.
They are the only contractor that I have ever had a problem with. I have had every type of contractor.
In review, do not use this company. They are not trustworthy. I am left with damage caused by them and an incomplete job that I will have to hire out.

Facebook abusive user on farkle blitz on facebook

The player/user is named Arthur. He has over 2 million points, and this is certainly NOT the complaint. I logged on and started playing. He immediately put in a friend request and the box popped up. I clicked the reject button. He popped the box back in about 5 times consecutively and quickly, and I kept hitting the reject button. Then he started in with the foul language: I will play very slow now. then: You rejected me you Kunt. Then, he typed the same message over and over again, and kept popping the friend box over and over again, almost making it impossible to play the game. He was obviously expecting me to give up so he would automatically win. I did not, and would not give in. He was also waiting the full length of time allotted between rolls, and choosing the dice to the point where it took about 10 grueling minutes to play against him, making it almost unbearable. This person needs to be found and he needs to lose privileges.

Facebook I have no idea what to do

I can't enter my Facebook account and it seems like it was hacked or something. I tried to use their “forgot password” option but it did not help me. At the beginning I thought that I really did forget the password (silly me) but later my friend said he received messages from me! Then some other people called me and said that someone actually uses my account and sends messages to others. I started to worry and contacted Facebook service asking for help. I thought they could change the password for me or delete the account but they did nothing. And they never even bothered to reply. I have no idea what to do! I really need to delete that account!
