I was playing the game of candy crush saga and clicked on checking out how much it was going to cost to buy more time to play and it went straight to saying thank you for buying on two diff times on the same game. I did not authorize any payment nor did I click on any amount to be to be taken out of my account on the 1-26 or on 1-27 of 2013. Respond at earliest convenience. [protected]@yahoo.com

This is a new "scam"... apparently a lot of people experienced these charges on their statements. You should dispute the charge with your bank, it will take 60-90 days to resolve the issue and does not guarantee your refund.

You should also file a complaint on scam book they have their own legal team and there is a good chance these charges might be a class action suit filed against who ever is responsible for these charges. So if you can't get a refund from the bank, you may still have a second chance.

Also report this to the BBB and http://ic3.gov.

Joanne, you are on a public forum that has nothing to do with Facebook. Contact your card company and tell them you want to file a chargeback on an unauthorized transaction -- you can receive credit for any unauthorized transactions, but you first have to file the complaint with your card company.

I paid $32.67 for a XBOX 360 and my mom got a 17 inch Toshiba laptop for $94.83 being delivered to our house tomorrow by FedEX. I will never again pay expensive retail prices at stores. I even sold a 46 inch HDTV to my boss for $650 and it only cost me $52.78 to get. Here is the website we using to get all this stuff, CentBuzz.com

I have been trying to contact someone in regards to unauthorized credit card charges on 6/18. I have tried calling the number my credit card company gave me but nobody answers, I can not find the dispute site on-line. Please contact me to help reslove this issue. sclarson55@comcast.net

Trying to build a bridge and I have gifted parts in my inventory that the game won't let me access. Frustrating, as buying the parts comes with a steep price. I love this game, but might need to chuck it. :(

I have noticed that too. Every problem I have had I have had to deal with on my own. First it told me I couldnt post on other peoples walls because my account wasnt verified. Then it stopped doing that and refused to post my comments because I was using a link in the comment box (which I wasnt).

I enjoy the website for quick chat and connections with family and friends but they really should do something about the lack of help available to users.

yesterday I was notified that my facebook account had been highjacked that someone had used my account from a different location. So I redid all the information and changed my password. At that point in time I did not realize that someone had charged $71.90 in facebook credits to my credit card. What this did was gave me an overdraft charge of $140.00 plus the $71.90 in the hole. I noticed yesterday that the 31 facebook credits I had accrued over time were gone and did communicate with Happy Aquarium. These facebook credits were used from my account to play Texas Holdum. I have never played this game in my life, and I did not buy them or authorize anyone else to buy them. Please help me this has put us in a terrible bind. My husband and I are both retired and live off of our Social Security. I have contacted the bank and filled out a report, theywill be investigating. There is a withdrawel pending in my bank account for 150.00 dollars...I did not authorize this transaction...please stop this transaction immediately. This is a public forum and no one from facebook is going to be able to help you. Unfortunately, from what I've heard, going through their customer service isn't much more help. You'll probably be better off talking to your bank/credit card company tomorrow and challenging the charges. You also might want to contact the mods of this board to get your post taken down because you'll probably get lots of crank calls/texts. :)

Why would it seem like a "good idea" to use your credit card for anything on Facebook?
You really need to close your account, reopen another one and NEVER use your credit card for anything on Facebook again.

That's not how it works. It isn't Facebook's job to figure out if there was fraud on your bank account. Follow their advice.

playing farmville & trerausure island u cant get gifts saying refresh page and when u do you loose ur gift and you cant receive them from the request section its frustrating and annoying please can u fix this all friends love playing theses games but will soon delete them if we cant play them

Wow, thanks for the 411, I was thinking of placing an add with them not too long ago but was a bit skeptical about it. For it to be placed for 15 minutes really isn't enough, or worth the pay. I know the term of "You get what you pay for" but in your case, 30 bucks sure didnt seem like a 15 min ad, you have completely robbed.

The same thing happened to me but i dont know how i emailed them like 4 or 5 days in a row been waiting ever since i still haven't heard anything or even recieved a reply so now i had to create a whole new freaking account i totally agree why cant they have customer service like every other site

Sorry Christie, But those jerks can get away with anything and they do! I started two CAUSES on Facebook... you also can. again, it doesn't do much, but it's a start! Wouldn't it be great to have internet Police to work on some of these other problems besides child porn?
